From the time we checked in to the time we left the hotel staff could not do enough for us. Particularly James (Seamus) on reception 😊 Really welcoming & helpful. The rooms are clean & well equipped. Handy fridge, decent hairdryer & excellent shower. Any issues we had were dealt with efficiently & without a problem which is the real mark of a Hotel. The hotel is well situated & a 40 minute journey by bus to either Palma centre or the airport. This is a German resort but having lived in Germany that suited me fine. Highly recommend a visit!

Sound isolation is non existent in this hotel. You hear everything your neighbours are doing.
Beds are quite uncomfortable, almost no double beds available . The hotel is catering to a very young crowd.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Had to check out early as could no longer stay there - the staff would not even return me the tourist tax for the unused stay.

German tourists are screaming, littering and banging doors until 4am. Cleaning lady starts banging doors at 8am. So if you are lucky you can get 3-4 hours of choppy sleep. Don't recommend this place for a quiet vacation with a wife. Not coming back until this place has some sort of security to handle these german guys. Writing this under fake name because we are still staying here for another 2 days and don't want to become targeted by the staff. People should see this info before booking this nightmare of a hotel.

Very nice hotel with good view. Nice kitchen, comfortable rooms, great location and the most important part - bicycle garage! Great value for the money, although the spa and dinner drinks are not included.
The only thing I can complain about is a small leak in the shower, but it did not bother me much.

Not the place to go if you are British. Do not expect to sleep until 4 am. Very drunken German men hammered partying, dragging furniture and banging on the wrong bedroom doors. It was a totally awful experience. Even the locals were disgusted, with police called. The staff were really helpful, but it didn't stop the next night. The spa is small and well equipped, and the ladies lovely. We will not be returning any time soon to Palma.

This hotel is very nice ,Location is very good only a short walk to the beach, All the staff are very friendly, The food was excellent, There is a bus from the airport that stops right outside the hotel no need for transport or taxi €5

Lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Quiet but walking distance to the beach promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good selection and quality. Nice pool area . I also took advantage of the spa , excellent 10euros for two hours. My only criticism is no English channels on the TV .

Clean rooms although a little outdated now but nothing wrong with them ,great staff and service pool is good size and wasn’t overcrowded restaurant is ok plenty of choice but sometimes strange food combinations? Ie for example veg at breakfast no mash when thers stew on etc one thing reception area needs de/ cluttering and lighting up but very pleased in all ✔️

I stayed in a 3 bed room with my friends for 4 nights. The room was really small, so small that it was impossible to pass through the room when another person was standing somewhere. Someone would always have to move to make room. The room was really dated but the beds were comfortable. The fridge was barely cold, but at least it didn't make any noise. The shower was functional enough, but not great. There was also always water leaking out from the shower into the room which caused the floor to get dangerously slippery.
The staff at reception was quite abrupt and not particularly friendly. But we had no problems with them.
The spa was a joke as the saunas weren't hot enough to actually be considered as saunas. The steam room was almost completely in the dark, so none of us dared to go in there as it also seemed a bit dangerous to not be able to see.
The pool in the spa was ok, but so heavily chlorinated that there was foam all over the surface. Our highlight in the spa were the hot stone chairs, I highly recommend relaxing on them.
It would have been nice to have some music playing in the spa, as all we could hear was the sound from the air vents.
We didn't try the food or the outdoor pool, so can't comment on these.
The vibe in the hotel was not good. It seems to be a base for people who like to shout, be noisy and get drunk. I also witnessed someone peeing from the balcony onto a roof below. Really not recommended if you want a nice atmosphere.
The outside was also really noisy so we couldn't keep the windows open at night and had to rely on the A/C, which only ever properly cooled one part of the room.
Overall I thought the hotel was an OK choice, given the budget price we paid for it.

We had a twin room with a sea view which was great to sit at on a late afternoon into the evening watching the sun set.
The sound proofing isn't the best between rooms and they are a tad dated. No fan in the toilet/shower.
We booked in as B&B and the breakfast couldn't be faulted. Plenty of everything to keep anyone happy.
Pool area was nice and clean and caught the sun all day. The spa is fine to spend an hour or so on a wetter day. Nice little pool and steam rooms with a decent sauna.
The location is good. Couple of hundred meters from the seafront where you'll find lots of restaurants and shops.
A Seaview is a must I would say.
