Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities. All in all a fantastic hotel.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay, originally just booked bed and breakfast but upgraded to half board when we got there for really reasonable prices. I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner, what I also really like was the star was available for us no matter what time it is, would definitely visit again with my family

Loved it. Shocked at what you get for such a cheap price. 2 minutes to the beach. Supermarket next door. Bus station 5 minute walk to Gerona (GRN) and BArcelona (BCN) airport. Very clean.

Good value, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Nice little Spa that you book by the hour, hammam, sauna, hydromassage shower, gym machines, hot tub and pretty little pool.

the food is very good, hotel is near the beach and the main shopping street as well as a bunch of good restaurants which are nearby... we suprisingly got the room which had access to the rooftop instead of a regular balcony so this was fantastic for spending the spare time, wifi on the lower floors could be improved but we didn't have a lot of conectivity problems speed could be updated...

Super kind people, fantastic staff in the hotel, very clean rooms, new towels every day, delicious food. Hotel is just 2 minutes walking distance to beach.

Reception is really nice and helpful, took my luggage to store 3 hours before i was even supposed to check in. Rooms are clean and nice. The gym is small and have to pay for it, that's the only bad thing apart from having other buildings blocking any sort of view. Overall, good.

Rooms have nice decor especially the refurbished bathroom and great power shower. Great air conditioning. Checked in late and it was no problem also checked out early and that was fine too! Lovely food and drinks available too! Kids loved the selection of ice creams! We had noisy neighbours coming back from the club one or two nights but it was sorted out when we complained to staff so was ok!

Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Hotel/room was clean, spare a couple scuff marks on a wall and floor. Bed was good, shower powerful(although hot water ran out fairly quickly). We booked a last min deal for a very low price. We weren't sure of how good the apartment would be, it was lovely. Very well kept and the gentleman who owns it will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. There is no pool but we had an all inclusive deal which allowed us to use all the facilities of another hotel. For a cheap, quiet holiday I would definitely recommend.

We had a nice welcome when we arrived as the smiling receptionist proposes us to give information and tips about Lloret and the places to go. We could visit all Lloret from this well-located and quiet place. The flat is well-furnished. They made available all you need to cook. There is a supermarket only three-minute walk away. The beach is about half a mile away.

The manager Juan is brilliant and very accommodating. Apartment was of a good size, very clean and comfortable. We had clean towels halfway through the week. Excellent quiet location and close to beach and many restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. We are hoping to stay here next year as it was perfect for us.

Having spent two weeks on holiday at Selva Park we must say a very big thankyou to Juan and his staff for the excellent room, the cleanliness on arrival and his obliging efforts to ensure that we had a great holiday. Wonderful sea views if you get one at the front. Kitchen utensils basic. Could have done with a couple of sachets of coffee/tea/milk when I arrived at 1.30 in the morning. Perfect apartments comfy beds and sofa bed in living room. Great kitchen area with everything we needed. Air con also. Sea view apartment. Power shower. Located on a hill at the edge of the town, approx 1.5 mile to the bus station / town centre of Lloret. Its a good 30-40 min stroll. The walk back to the hotel is the hard-work! The apartment was clean, with a few minor flaws, but otherwise nothing really to complain about. By Lloret standards, this is a really nice apartment. The Wi-Fi was good, and the stovetop worked perfectly. The hallways, however, weren't always clean. Within walking distance of all the clubs and restaurants in the area, so there was always something to do. Highly recommended for a clubbing holiday.
