We went here for our family holiday. I can honestly say we would definitely go back. The staff were amazing and were so friendly. We met alot of great people there. I would definitely recommend here for a family holiday.

I'm giving this place 4 stars. This is my second visit here. The rooms are pretty basic but clean. The location is halfway up the side of a big hill a mile out of town. But the pool and bar area are fantastic. A friendly fantastic family vibe around the place and we love coming here. 👍👍

A Shuttle bus to the beach free of charge every hour , apart hotel in a quiet area , 20 min walking distance to the town, large pool and playground area, kitchen, makes it value for money for families with kids.

A lovely place to stay . Rooms a very basic and spacious , everything you need in there. its good for when you have a young family. Hairdryer in bathroom is very good. Beds are comfortable and shower has alot of power . it's a bit out from the town centre but it's a nice walk only takes about 15 minutes.they also offer a free bus which we never took .

For a holiday with young kids it's a great place to go as it's safe and enclosed. However, it is away from the town and a bus or taxi is needed. Stayed here the first time we went to Tossa in 2017. It has everything you could want, if you're not someone who wants a hotel to have all the bells and whistles. We loved it and stayed here again in 2019. The rooms are spot on. Bed, toilet, shower and somewhere to make a drink or some food. Staff are fantastic and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. This is a lovely hotel that is big enough to be able two entertain the children and give them something always too do, yet is quiet enough for the parents to relax and for the children to sleep (and adults too) at night. The apartments are located just on the first line in the city centrum. Very clean. The staff was friendly. They provided us electrical kettle by request and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more on the very last day.

A perfect location beachside. The apartment has no thrills but it's comfortable and has a terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and most importantly the beach. I find this property very relaxing and because you have a kitchen you can cook too. Off road parking too.

When 800 people are booked for 3 nights, I give a lot of slack. Most of us were booked 2 to a room. Many (maybe all) of the rooms were configured with 2 beds next to each other, rather than seperate. We're very disappointed after our arrival, because instead of one bed, we received two separate beds, what was unpleasant for us as we are a young couple. Spent a week here with family. Nice hotel, rooms were very clean ( although you only get clean towels every 4 days). Rooms have air conditioning which we needed as temperature was in the 30's. Plenty of choice for food. I'm quite fussy but there was always something I could have.

Lovely hotel in fabulous position - book a sea view it's so worth it. Half board very good food choice. Coffee undrinkable though & no kettle in room. 4 euros a day to rent so bring a travel kettle. That is the only criticism we can give. Hotel pool & bar is great. Cannot comment on entertainment at sister hotel as not been over yet. Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station at one side and the beach the other. Fantastic views from the rooftop pools and bar. (Even provide the towels, so you don't need to pack any.) I traveled alone at the end of September to relax for a week. I really got to do it. Incredibly nice and accommodating staff. Nice hotel, very clean, we got separate room for child! Staf is very pleasant. Meals are rich with different food. For breakfast you can taste local vine or shampaigne. Pool + jacuzi and cafe on top. There is a also free internet. Very often organise some show or music. Pool work 10-19. Nice view on sea. For safebox you need 10eur + 10eur deposit, but if lost your key it will cost you 20€.

From the moment we arrive till the departure everything was perfect: parking, check in/out, booking for tennis, paddle surf, breakfast, etc! Unique combination of beach and pool which is great to switch from one to the other without going up and down like in other hotels in Costa Brava. The service in all the facilities was superb! The hotel is in an amazing location, overseeing the Santa Cristina beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted really good but a bit on the pricier side. The beach facing rooms have fantastic view. If possible try to get room on the left side, on the right the trees partially block the view. Definitely staying here again if I'm back in Lloret.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good and halal was clearly pointed out which was a bonus for us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked and the cleaners did a great job. Overall, we were happy with our stay and had no issues.

Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Rooms at the front of the building face a busy junction but didn't affect sleep. The rooms facing the pool would be quieter. Impressed that there's a lifeguard at the pool. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket and bus stops. A ten minute walk down from the hotel gets you to the very pleasant Fenals beach.
