We went here for our family holiday. I can honestly say we would definitely go back. The staff were amazing and were so friendly. We met alot of great people there. I would definitely recommend here for a family holiday.

I'm giving this place 4 stars. This is my second visit here. The rooms are pretty basic but clean. The location is halfway up the side of a big hill a mile out of town. But the pool and bar area are fantastic. A friendly fantastic family vibe around the place and we love coming here. 👍👍

A Shuttle bus to the beach free of charge every hour , apart hotel in a quiet area , 20 min walking distance to the town, large pool and playground area, kitchen, makes it value for money for families with kids.

Hotel was spotless and good service in the bar. Reason 3 stars for location the location was fantastic for us up in the valley but for older guests or people rhat are not so mobile if could be awkward

A lovely place to stay . Rooms a very basic and spacious , everything you need in there. its good for when you have a young family. Hairdryer in bathroom is very good. Beds are comfortable and shower has alot of power . it's a bit out from the town centre but it's a nice walk only takes about 15 minutes.they also offer a free bus which we never took .

Rooms have nice decor especially the refurbished bathroom and great power shower. Great air conditioning. Checked in late and it was no problem also checked out early and that was fine too! Just returned from a lovely stay! Our room was very clean, modern, and spacious. We were in a ground-floor room. The apartments are located just on the first line in the city centrum. Very clean. The staff was friendly. They provided us electrical kettle by request and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more on the very last day.

A perfect location beachside. The apartment has no thrills but it's comfortable and has a terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and most importantly the beach. I find this property very relaxing and because you have a kitchen you can cook too. Off road parking too.

When 800 people are booked for 3 nights, I give a lot of slack. Most of us were booked 2 to a room. Many (maybe all) of the rooms were configured with 2 beds next to each other, rather than seperate. The only negative thing I should mention about is the fire alarm. When someone smokes in the room the alarm is immediately activated. Very annoying, especially at night. Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station at one side and the beach the other. Fantastic views from the rooftop pools and bar. (Even provide the towels, so you don't need to pack any.) A lovely hotel just 5-7 mins walk away from the busy areas, but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. Loved the location and comfortable hotel

We stayed in this Hotel 7 days. (3 adults and 1 year old kid) Everything was perfect. Delicious food, super clean rooms (daily cleaning), the staff and reception are very friendly and ready to help you with everything you need.

I booked a single room for 3 nights here. It was on the top floor and had a furnished rooftop terrace almost the same size as the room, which was the highlight of my stay. I did not have a sea view but I could watch the sunsets. The room was clean, quiet, had AC and blackout curtains and I enjoyed my stay a lot, although the furniture seemed a bit dated and the mattress unfortunately made my back hurt...

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the impeccable cleanliness. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was also perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. From the moment we arrive till the departure everything was perfect: parking, check in/out, booking for tennis, paddle surf, breakfast, etc! Unique combination of beach and pool which is great to switch from one to the other without going up and down like in other hotels in Costa Brava. The service in all the facilities was superb! The hotel is in an amazing location, overseeing the Santa Cristina beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted really good but a bit on the pricier side. The beach facing rooms have fantastic view. If possible try to get room on the left side, on the right the trees partially block the view. Definitely staying here again if I'm back in Lloret.

The perfect adult retreat...gorgeous hotel and interior, fantastic selection of pools to choose from. Food was lovely and the selection and quality from the rooftop bar was gorgeous. Wow. Just WOW! We popped to the cafe after getting in and were given service, I'd argue, would be beyond satisfactory for royalty. Great fun, great drinks and left with great memories. Cannot recommend enough, and if in season, try asking for the Perfumed Gilbert Fizz. Easily the best I've ever had!!

Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. Had a coffee in the bar, fantastic service, all the waitresses are so friendly and efficient. Best place in Lloret to have a snack or eat lunch. A really great experience. A special mention to Paola y Melania, the very best, a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.

I literally love this hotel. My school took us here for a school trip and we were honestly suprised how good it was. The food was amazing (all my friend and me would get three plates plus desert). Staff was so nice. Multiple times our room cards would de magnetize but the staff was always there to help. The location is great as well with the Club Tropics next door. Honestly i can't wait to go back

Clean, well kept property right by the beach. Plenty of options to eat in the hotel restaurant and reasonable prices or at one of the many local restaurants along the boardwalk. Hotel is at the far end of the town near the castle(quiet end of town).

Great stay for reasonable price. All of the hotel and rooms are spotless. Vast selection at breakfast and the ******* VIP perk, of free daily use of the spa was much appreciated.

An excellent place to stay with family. Nice and very spacious lobby, very professional, cooperative and courteous staff at reception, very well kept and wide corridors. Room is very spacious with private balcony giving a good view. Very comfortable beds with neat and crispy linen. Bathroom is spick and span with no odour. Staff are very helpful, would avoid the male bar staff however. Rooms are clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. Spa is not free but the gym and yoga sessions are. Pool is small and cold but the outdoor area is overall quite nice. Clientele are older, so this is a nice relaxed place to stay with few loud guests.

Nice, adults only location, can really relax. Good breakfast, excellent service from the bartenders. SPA area with extra pay, a bit smaller pool and saunas. Clean rooms, still with classic lock with a key. Regular rooms are rather small, longer than wider, you only have 40 cm to pass near the bed end.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good and halal was clearly pointed out which was a bonus for us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked and the cleaners did a great job. Overall, we were happy with our stay and had no issues.
