Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

After reading previous reviews we were unsure of what to expect and we upgraded to a suite. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. The suite was lovely. Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

They are not very large squares, but as the theme of the apartment in Lloret is, it is affordable.

It was good overall but we could hear the people banging their doors and being loud when speaking in their rooms that were next to ours. And you could hear the music coming from the downstairs pub where people dancing. But staff were nice!

With rooms available, we were given a room with a view of a wall and service staircase. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. The reception staff refused to change the room and were not friendly. The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! Stayed in a twin room with two single beds — clean, comfy, and perfect for a relaxing stay😁😁. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the massage service at the spa was amazing. Only an overnight trip by coach so very brief stay. Very up to date, modern, clean, very good dinner and breakfast. Staff very helpful. Only downside- which was very unfortunate - was the luggage lift taking cases up and down to reception wasn't working but staff quick to do the necessary and carried the cases for us.

My recent stay at BPM Lloret Hotel in Lloret de Mar was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel in end of September 2023 and place was clean and overlooking the beach nice location the problem I had was one of the maids stole my 500 skirt I realized when I got home and was unpacking so please beware of your belongings lock them up it was very disappointing to come home after a beautiful vacation and realize that was stuff was gone through

Inside is a different story, we just checked in and the room is beyond basic, needs upgrade, cheap Furniture, 250 euro a night feels like a total rip off. Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.
