First of all take bad reviews with a huge pinch of salt. Half way through our stay and the staff are friendly, breakfast is great and no silly queues. The walls are not thin in the rooms.as for evening buffet I can't comment on as we chose breakfast only. Great hotel and staff for the price.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and overall we have had a lovely time. I highly recommend the suite rooms. We had a huge bed, big wardrobe, a spacious kitchenette with a table and chairs, a sofa (with extra bed underneath), a large shower and double sink bathroom and a decent sized private balcony- with a hot tub! I have no complaints about the room except some frosted glass or perhaps a privacy screen...

Spent a week here and was more then happy with the place. Rooms were spacious and cleaners do a good job, bit of wear and tear but easy fixes for the hotels. Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

The hotel rests a large number of progressive European youth, so loud music and the screams of the night - a common occurrence. Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

Inside is a different story, we just checked in and the room is beyond basic, needs upgrade, cheap Furniture, 250 euro a night feels like a total rip off. Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.
