After reading previous reviews we were unsure of what to expect and we upgraded to a suite. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. The suite was lovely. Clean and spacious, a huge comfy bed and sofa bed for the children which was also comfortable. The air con worked and there was plenty of storage space for clothes and a lovely bathroom. First of all take bad reviews with a huge pinch of salt. Half way through our stay and the staff are friendly, breakfast is great and no silly queues. The walls are not thin in the rooms.as for evening buffet I can't comment on as we chose breakfast only. Great hotel and staff for the price.

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

Hotel mainly for young people at night a lot of noise from drunk young people knocking on the doors

It was good overall but we could hear the people banging their doors and being loud when speaking in their rooms that were next to ours. And you could hear the music coming from the downstairs pub where people dancing. But staff were nice!

Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.
