Everything was very nice. Except we had a room with a smelly toilet. Location, food perfect, all staff trying for their best, can't say anything bad.

We booked this hotel based on good reviews and seeking to avoid Lloret de Mar. At just under £1000 for 6 nights for the three of us, half board, it was a good deal. Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.

I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

Very pleasant stay in Fenals gardens-pool view rooms have evening sun-great food selection-comfortable beds. Short walk down to lovely beach-20 minute pleasant walk down to Loret-exceptional beach and shopping-highly reccomended for relatively quite holiday

Lovely clean spacious hotel with excellent staff. If however you want a peaceful quiet holiday Lloret really is not the place to go. Even at the far end of the resort from the nightlife you'll hear drunk teenagers throughout the night walking the streets. The midnight bin men and constant drone of scooters

Clean, well kept property right by the beach. Plenty of options to eat in the hotel restaurant and reasonable prices or at one of the many local restaurants along the boardwalk. Hotel is at the far end of the town near the castle(quiet end of town).

Great stay for reasonable price. All of the hotel and rooms are spotless. Vast selection at breakfast and the ******* VIP perk, of free daily use of the spa was much appreciated.
