Was there initially for a short stay with my wife and kids which we then prolonged due to the magic of the place. Food was fresh, local and excellent, and the kid's facilities were excellent they really enjoyed it

The pool is lovely, deep and a fair size. The sun loungers are comfy with a lovely little pool side bar to serve you without going too far. A lift is available to the pool area for those with mobility issues

The service was nice, the food was very good, there were nice rooms, the reception staff are excellent, there was the manager Gennaro and a boy I think his name was Mahdi, they were very kind to us, they treated us very well, congratulations to the hotel for having staff like them, thank you

The nightlife and atmosphere is great with dancing, karaoke and games! The hotel is on top of a hill but is close to local shops and amenities and around a 10 minute walk to the beachfront

It can of course get busy but the lines move fast and plenty of seating available

The cover is torn and has holes. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash

Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :( But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away

Restaurant staff worked really hard preparing tables to ensure queues to enter the dining area were small and all with smiles on their faces. We would definitely visit again, in fact we wish we could go back tomorrow

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back. It's not as cheap as it was but then what is ? The food has improved, can't really fault it, lots of choice and plenty of meat options

The room was adequate and offered a small side sea view. The majority of the hotel staff was helpful, especially the restaurant employees who were incredibly warm and gracious. It was not functioning at all

Make sure you bring along a beach blanket of some sort as the sun loungers are like gold dust but there is lots of room to lay down a blanket at the aqua splash. The food is very basic for the kids

The pools are brilliant for the kids my two boys age 7 and 3 loved them. And the aqua park they absolutely loved with all of the slides

My boys love that kind of stuff so it was a win for us!, food for the adults was very nice lots of new things to try and alot of things that I would make at home for dinners, we was all inclusive and I have no complaints about the food whatever

There are lots of shops close buy to get gifts and bits for yourself. But my 3 year old did struggle somedays with the walking too and from so I would say if you don't have a very confident walker bring a pram

Me and my family stayed here from 15th - 22nd of August. The staff were all really nice and are willing to help you with anything, they really keep on top of the general cleaning of the resort

the air con didn't work the first night for us but we reported it to reception and it was fixed the very next day. Beds where made for us every morning and also fresh new towels

The other was people queuing and running (yes literally running) to get the best sunbeds when the pool opened at 9. There were a lot of sunbeds but many of them had no view of any pools so not ideal when with children

We planned for a night then extended it to three nights. We were family of 6 including our 4 children. They gave us an additional coat. The pools both indoor and outdoor were amazing with kids activities

We stayed in this hotel in September for 4 days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is so beautiful and big with lots of pools, sunbeds so no need to run to get one

Last day and night here we were pleasantly surprised to get room 626 which i beleuve to be a modernised room which was very nice and to be able to have a buffett style breakfast and not just continental was a bonus wasnt expecting that overall good stay at this hotel

Drinks were in the all inclusive but a bit of a strange card system in place for having a plastic cup which had to be returned before you could have another drink. Staff were all friendly and helpful

Only downside was the noise at night. Our room was on a main road so couldn't really have the doors open at night. This was nothing though compared to the noise of other guests

I always judge hotels by what I pay. This worked out at 20-something Euros a night wirh an all-you-can-eat breakfast included. With that in mind, this hotel is fantastic value for money

The decor is quite dated, but again for what we paid, I'm certainly not complaining. There was an issue with our neighbours playing music very loud in the early hours

We called reception and they dealt with the issue immediately. If you're expecting the Ritz at 20 euros a night, you're not being realistic

Looks like this is the best hotel in Lloret. Very close to the beach(take seaview room, you pay a bit more but it is worth it). Food in restaurant is amazing (can say that this is the best food I have eaten in 4*hotel)

My wife, son and I spent a week here at the end of July on half board basis with a sea view room. After more than a year of covid nonsense we badly needed a break away from the UK. The Rosamar & Spa was absolutely ideal

Food was very good quality and lots of choice, especially fish and sea food, wich we really enjoyed. Staff in the restaurant very pleasant and efficient , especially Marta, who was welcoming us on a regular basis

It was family friendly without being chaotic, the food was very good (with some delicious seafood options) and the staff were so charming and helpful

We want also to highlight young lady at reception whom we asked how to get to Girona and she explained everything and also advised to visit Tossa De Mar, she is the best! So polite, so energetic, so lovely lady, we were in love with Tossa! Thanks to her! Also very nice that guest relation or management asked our opinion regarding our stay in hotel( Valentina spoke russian which was also very comfortable...

By the way there are also some evening activities in the dancing hall (which is a bit hard to find) like flamenco night, live music etc. All in all it was a fantastic week in Lloret and Rosamar hotel

Only the rooms are small - but that's not a problem - they have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is very good. There are two small swimming pools - they are OK. The beach is very close - about 300 m

I think the children pool was very basic and needs improvement not just 1 slide, The pool area had a bar which was nice just wished the pool was bigger especially at the busy times was cramped at times

Good for the price...rooms have fridge that doesnt cool anything, showers are either hot very hot or cold. Food is good but can be better. Swimming pool is excellent, the staff are great.

The Hotel has a nice Location, very close to the clubs and the beach. The Service is good, the staff were very nice. Some of them even speak very good german

If you want a spot, get up nice and early! The big pool was clean, and the small pool was okay. Most of the time, it was empty or very little people in. Sharp parts on the bottom of the pool, though, so be careful

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

Tiny small games room downstairs in the hotel and a bar inside and outside the pool side. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available depending on the package you have

And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant

Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

To work the aircon, make sure the key is in the slot and the balcony door is closed. This is to stop you wasting aircon and letting it straight out the door. It isn't the fastest and comes out slow

I did not have a sea view but I could watch the sunsets

Delicious food, super clean rooms (daily cleaning), the staff and reception are very friendly and ready to help you with everything you need

The room was clean, quiet, had AC and blackout curtains and I enjoyed my stay a lot, although the furniture seemed a bit dated and the mattress unfortunately made my back hurt (too soft)

I booked a single room for 3 nights here. It was on the top floor and had a furnished rooftop terrace almost the same size as the room, which was the highlight of my stay

I was surprised that in a 4* hotel, there was no kettle or wine/water glass in the room, and I think a welcome bottle of water would be nice. The location is ok, 10 minutes walk to the beach

Diner beverages is not included but the price is also good. The parking is available but best to reserve it. We end up paying 15 euro per day which is ok, a bit lazy to walk around 5 minutes
