Enjoyed this holiday stay all inclusive was good value had good fun with other guests and the staff were very good adult games were fun.pool lovely.will come again.

We went as a group of friends. You get what you pay for. Yes the hotel is dated, but it isn't a 5*. The location was brilliant, the food was OK- like you would expect. We only ended up having breakfast and some evening meals. We prefer to eat out. We visited Barcelona which wasn't far and enjoyed some quality time with friends on holiday.

very good staf and food also area was cheap . The hotel is near the sea so its very good for people who comes here to swim in the sea also there is a big swimming pool and many games also bartenders were very nice to me I really love this place. But I must warn you The staff will be nice to you untill you dont mess with them.

I liked the location, it was close to the beach. The service was nice, the food was very good, there were nice rooms, the reception staff are excellent, there was the manager Gennaro and a boy I think his name was Mahdi, they were very kind to us, they treated us very well, congratulations to the hotel for having staff like them, thank you .\.

Nice hotel in a great location in Lloret de Mar. Hallways and room was clean and well maintained, and the food was as to be expected. The nightlife and atmosphere is great with dancing, karaoke and games! The hotel is on top of a hill but is close to local shops and amenities and around a 10 minute walk to the beachfront. Would recommend!

It is a 3 star hotel so don't expect 5 star. £60 a night for 2 people with breakfast and dinner is fine. You could pay that for dinner if you ate out. We just used it as somewhere to eat and sleep. Hotel mainly for young people at night a lot of noise from drunk young people knocking on the doors

It was good overall but we could hear the people banging their doors and being loud when speaking in their rooms that were next to ours. And you could hear the music coming from the downstairs pub where people dancing. But staff were nice!

With rooms available, we were given a room with a view of a wall and service staircase. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. The reception staff refused to change the room and were not friendly. The breakfast was good.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Copacabana. The rooms are a little dated however they are cleaned every day with fresh towels provided every day. The food is good at breakfast. Dinner options are ok and the staff are great. Also it's a 5 minute walk to the beach

At the end of the day it's a budget hotel and for 35 euros a night with breakfast you can't expect much but please paint the rooms. The staff were fantastic and so was the service. The reception area is all marble and very nice and so is the bar area. The restaurant serves the same food every day but is quite nice tasting. A good hotel, 7-10 min walking from the beach. My single room was nice, clean and quiet. On the 5th floor. Towels were changed every day. The hotel in general is very clean, only a little old.. As far as the food goes, it's ok. Breakfasts were in general ok, not too much choice though. The juice was just coloured water, coffee terrible. This hotel is located in the best part of town for those who like nightlife. Within 200 meters there is the largest number of cafes and night clubs in the city. It is about 200 meters away from the beach. The pool was clean. Water in the pool is salty. The food was good. The staff was very friendly. It was nice at the hotel and even better in town. Enjoy

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big and nice view of the pool. Unfortunately the cleaning of the room was not there, only the garbage was taken out. Stayed twice April 2010 and July 2011 both times decent enough for me, liked the jacuzzi and barman was so lovely (doubt he’s there anymore!!!)

Myself and my daughter arrived quite late,first impressions, quite modern, the guy on reception spoke good fluent English and was very pleasant, they gave us a double room by mistake but it was rectified in minutes, with no issues. Good 3 start hotel a bit old but everything is covered by good service . There were some problems but the stuff was great and fixed everything! Food is fine for 3 stars, there is a free pool. More than a big recommendation to stay at this hotel. The hotel is a family business, everybody do their best to be at the best service to the guests. The food is very good with the varieties every day. Prices are affordable, even for the AC and Wifi. Don't expect for 3 stars hotel to be like 5 stars, for which you will have to pay 3-4 times more. Excellent hotel with very short distance to the seashore (200 m.), very friendly staff. We've been there for 9 days and it was awesome. Clean and comfortable rooms, very nice city and a place to stay. Totally reccomend!

This hotel is amazing. It`s new, the location is great. It`s near the beach, close to the center and the clubs and yet, it`s very quiet. We stayed there this summer and we had a great time. The room was cleaned every day, we had new clean towels every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer and even toothbrushes. We only booked bed and breakfast because when we go somewhere we want to go to different places...

In room 308, the air conditioner did not work. There was no internet. 15 minutes a day 🤔🤔🤔 There are no balconies - the booking system is not clear. We were a tour group, some were asked to pay extra 70 euros for 7 days for a balcony. The second was given with a balcony at no extra charge. The only good thing was the cleaning. Thanks to the maids for their efforts.

I wouldn't leave a review for a petrol station, unless it was exceptional. They're fuel is cheap, staff are helpful and friendly, carwash is new and very well priced, and they have a shop, laundry, jet wash, they deliver my heating oil too. Brilliantly run place.
