Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

Ok hotel, very affordable with comfortable rooms.

I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered

Very familiar and correct hotel. Very good price. The comfortable and complete rooms. Polite staff. In the dining room there was a lot of variety and dishes that I never imagined seeing in such a cheap hotel. All very rich. Very nice facilities. Clean and well-kept yards.

I went with some friends one weekend and everything was perfect, very friendly staff and great food. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

We booked this just as a base for a 4 day visit and just wanted something cheap and cheerful, we were very pleasantly surprised. We recently stayed here for 7 nights. We found all the staff to be so nice and made us feel very welcome. We booked 4 standard rooms, all the rooms where clean, however a little dated. My recent stay at BPM Lloret Hotel in Lloret de Mar was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, our room was on the first floor, but it was clean, the maids listened regularly, all the staff were kind and pleasant to the guests, what impressed me the most was the food and the buffet.
