Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered

Very familiar and correct hotel. Very good price. The comfortable and complete rooms. Polite staff. In the dining room there was a lot of variety and dishes that I never imagined seeing in such a cheap hotel. All very rich. Very nice facilities. Clean and well-kept yards.

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

The hotel rests a large number of progressive European youth, so loud music and the screams of the night - a common occurrence. Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Hotel its self was great , reception was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. Location was great close to the beach, however we revived room facing the main road with pubs and clubs which was a bit enoying as it was very loud at night. The perfect adult retreat...gorgeous hotel and interior, fantastic selection of pools to choose from. Food was lovely and the selection and quality from the rooftop bar was gorgeous. One thing though we had a room that over looked the strip...could not get asleep with noise. We asked to be moved and got a room overlooking the main pool, it was perfect.

They only did the bed, the hotel overall has problem with the cleanliness, i saw dust and hair all over (even after the daily “cleaning”) i even had to look for a clean mug at the breakfast, see the photo below. Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station at one side and the beach the other. Fantastic views from the rooftop pools and bar. (Even provide the towels, so you don't need to pack any.) Breakfast was all you could eat from a wide selection of foods. Note this is an over 18s hotel. No children!

I traveled alone at the end of September to relax for a week. I really got to do it. Incredibly nice and accommodating staff. I would especially like to thank Anna in the reception who was so nice to me during my week there. The hotel is located in the city center and close to the sea. Perfect place to jog in the morning! The rooftop was very nice to be in during the day.

The rooms are correct, but far below the standard and in accordance with the categorization of the Hotel (4*). Food and location are excellent. Staff disinterested and reserved. WI FI exists, but doesn't work, because two hotels use the same network. Don't expect too much from this hotel.

Great location right on the strip. The downside of this if you get a room at the back where the cut through is, it is very noisy throughout the night! The staff, food and services were fantastic. The receptionists were very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager gave us a free lunch on our last day. I really couldn't ask for more. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is due to the deco in the first room we stayed in being mismatch and dated.

Nice hotel, very clean, we got separate room for child! Staf is very pleasant. Meals are rich with different food. For breakfast you can taste local vine or shampaigne. Pool + jacuzi and cafe on top. There is a also free internet. Very often organise some show or music. Pool work 10-19. Nice view on sea. For safebox you need 10eur + 10eur deposit, but if lost your key it will cost you 20€.

A very convenient location. First, to go to the sea little more than two minutes. Secondly the next bunch of streets with shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff is very polite, the food lot and delicious. Pillows uncomfortable (small), wifi paid.
