I can understand why some people might give this negative review. You are not told they will have 80% german students there getting drunk shouting and screaming. I literally love this hotel. My school took us here for a school trip and we were honestly suprised how good it was. The food was amazing (all my friend and me would get three plates plus desert). Staff was so nice. Multiple times our room cards would de magnetize but the staff was always there to help. The location is great as well with the Club Tropics next door. Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. Very nice hotel at 1km from the Lloret de mar beach with lot of attractions and activities. The bar is open until 23 and the staff are very kind. We had a good reception and enjoyed our stay. Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

Not bad out of season!

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

They are not very large squares, but as the theme of the apartment in Lloret is, it is affordable.

Hotel personnel is amazing and helpful. They really make the guests feel welcomed. The food is very good, both the buffet and the pool side a la cart restaurant. Be sure to book a room with pool view if you are a light sleeper.

Spent two weeks at this hotel. Central location, can be noisy at night, but once the doors are closed it's very quiet. When 800 people are booked for 3 nights, I give a lot of slack. Most of us were booked 2 to a room. Many (maybe all) of the rooms were configured with 2 beds next to each other, rather than seperate. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, our room was on the first floor, but it was clean, the maids listened regularly, all the staff were kind and pleasant to the guests, what impressed me the most was the food and the buffet. Honestly loved our stay here to say the least. Was such good value for money. When walking around the town, this hotel looked the best in the area. Was so clean and had a great atmosphere, not only in the rooms but in the communal areas too. We opted for just the breakfast to be inclusive of the stay but I would recommend to go for the dinner as well. This is one of the best food buffets I've had...

Everything thought through to last detail. Breakfast top notch and all areas are clean. Decor is beautiful and rooftop area is super relaxing. DJ and live music fantastic add ons and staff very friendly.

They only did the bed, the hotel overall has problem with the cleanliness, i saw dust and hair all over (even after the daily “cleaning”) i even had to look for a clean mug at the breakfast, see the photo below.
