Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Overall the hotel is good , it’s located 400 meters from the see, it’s 15 -20 minutes by foot to the beach. We reserved 2 hotel rooms for 3 and 2 persons. In the last few days my daughters started itching and had red rashes on the body , and then we found bedbugs in the room. I think the appearance of bedbugs is related to the superficial cleaning of the rooms.

We recently stayed here for 7 nights. We found all the staff to be so nice and made us feel very welcome. We booked 4 standard rooms, all the rooms where clean, however a little dated. I asked if there were any superior rooms I could upgrade to (note we arrived at around 11pm at night). The receptionist was so helpful and said yes there was availability. Me and my partner stayed for 5 nights, and we enjoyed every minutes of it. Beautiful hotel, very clean ( our room was cleaned every day). The hotel is in the residential area and during night is very noisy. We could sleep well during our stay. The isolation is very bad. The breakfast is nice. Everything is waking distance.

Wow. Just WOW! We popped to the cafe after getting in and were given service, I'd argue, would be beyond satisfactory for royalty. Great fun, great drinks and left with great memories. Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. Had a coffee in the bar, fantastic service, all the waitresses are so friendly and efficient. Best place in Lloret to have a snack or eat lunch. A really great experience. A special mention to Paola y Melania, the very best, a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.
