Very comfy rooms... Lovely thick towels and dressing gown... Staff very nice esp Timothy who got me coffee at 6am! Food lovely... Massage not good... Girls didn't have firmness in fingers...lovely soft cushions at the pool... If u have trouble walking this is not the hotel for u.. Lots of steps uphill... But I wud definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

Probably one of the best hotel I ever stayed. The room was heavenly confortable, it's quite memorable. I have been unable to find an hotel dedicating such care to details over the last 15 years. Nice place, near the sea, a large number of visitors in the weekends, during the week nice atmosphere, beach pebbles and sand, a beautiful view of the cliffs is interesting and beautiful reefs.

The hotel is perfect in all respects! The location on the beautiful beach, vintage style design, ideal cleanliness, attentive and courteous service, excellent breakfast, fully equipped spa. Interesting but shocking. We were asked to pay for the stay at arrival ("pay all and get the key of room. No full pay, no key" - literally said by the front desk lady (both of them)) Personnel which would know slav language only. That I found it very disappointing. I stayed at this hotel in end of September 2023 and place was clean and overlooking the beach nice location the problem I had was one of the maids stole my 500 skirt I realized when I got home and was unpacking so please beware of your belongings lock them up it was very disappointing to come home after a beautiful vacation and realize that was stuff was gone through

Inside is a different story, we just checked in and the room is beyond basic, needs upgrade, cheap Furniture, 250 euro a night feels like a total rip off. Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.

I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

We stayed as a group and from the first moment we contacted the hotel for the booking all ran perfectly. The team both in written communications as well as at the location were fantastic. Nothing was too much and they were incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel itself not being right on the beach front, but the service and facilities made up for the few minutes walk. Me and my partner stayed for 5 nights, and we enjoyed every minutes of it. Beautiful hotel, very clean ( our room was cleaned every day). Great atmosphere, beautiful modern decor, very friendly staff members , perfect location. In general, we really enjoyed our time and we will recommend to our friends.

Older staff prefer to serve Spanish, so prepare to wait at the bar. Facilities good, lots of pools and separate kids pool.

This is a beautiful place to be with the family. We had a lovely time at this hotel for our 7days stay. Great staff in Coral restaurant, very welcoming ( Delicious food and lots of variety to choose from). Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. The room was clean, comfortable beds. There is a fridge in the room. We uppgraded to pool view and it was nice. The hotel is fresh and clean. Stuff were helpful and welcoming. Kids pool was a favorite.

Location of the hotel is absolutely stunning but I think people should be aware of few details.Firstly is extremwly noisy,you can hear absolutely everything ,every single step,slamming doors very loudly from very early in the morning,I never experienced this in other hotel. Beautiful location with amazing landscaped gardens and a fabulous pool and outside terraces. Lots of seating nooks and crannies inside and loved the enclosed courtyard too. Friendly staf. Wonderful hotel, with an incredible view! Excellent service! The pool area is perfect, the flowers make the atmosphere light and cosy. Very good meals, music every night. Even though the territory is very beautiful, the room itself wasn’t clean enough. We found someone’s fake lashes, hair and scrunchy. Also there were lots of dust on the chair and on the balcony.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, our room was on the first floor, but it was clean, the maids listened regularly, all the staff were kind and pleasant to the guests, what impressed me the most was the food and the buffet. There was plenty of food to suit everyone's taste. The hotel is close to the promenade and the beach and for every recommendation.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms. The cleaning lady changes your sheet every day. The food was nice, we paid for breakfast and dinner. There is a pool in the hotel that is clean and a bar that closes at 11pm. Check in was at 2pm but they let us in one hour earlier. It’s very close to the city beach. I’ve never slept better in my life😂. I would highly recomend this hotel.

We came here on honeymoon and we can't fault the place, we stayed in the suite and it is very big, lovely views and clean. Only thing we couldn't figure out is the safe, but we didn't really need it. If you look for cheap option to stay, it is ok. But apartments itself requires refreshment, needs to invest a bit. Great complex but I think on a busy week like the end of August they are not equipped to serve a full hotel. Cues everywhere for food hall, pool, sunbeds etc. Food was okay but not the best for myself. Found most of the staff rude and didn't are much for visitors for the uk.
