Very comfy rooms... Lovely thick towels and dressing gown... Staff very nice esp Timothy who got me coffee at 6am! Food lovely... Massage not good... Girls didn't have firmness in fingers...lovely soft cushions at the pool... If u have trouble walking this is not the hotel for u.. Lots of steps uphill... But I wud definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. The hotel is perfect in all respects! The location on the beautiful beach, vintage style design, ideal cleanliness, attentive and courteous service, excellent breakfast, fully equipped spa. Really, you can spend an entire vacation without leaving this hotel. We were very impressed, the hotel is highly recommended.

Interesting but shocking. We were asked to pay for the stay at arrival ("pay all and get the key of room. No full pay, no key" - literally said by the front desk lady (both of them)) Personnel which would know slav language only. That I found it very disappointing. Looking to complete area where cyrillic text was all over, it should be ok for them. I did not enjoy it.

I stayed at this hotel in end of September 2023 and place was clean and overlooking the beach nice location the problem I had was one of the maids stole my 500 skirt I realized when I got home and was unpacking so please beware of your belongings lock them up it was very disappointing to come home after a beautiful vacation and realize that was stuff was gone through

Inside is a different story, we just checked in and the room is beyond basic, needs upgrade, cheap Furniture, 250 euro a night feels like a total rip off. Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.

The hotel is in an amazing location, overseeing the Santa Cristina beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted really good but a bit on the pricier side. The beach facing rooms have fantastic view. If possible try to get room on the left side, on the right the trees partially block the view. Definitely staying here again if I'm back in Lloret.

Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Everything was good for us, the room was basic but clean & functional with a nice pool view balcony. The food was excellent, we don’t eat meat but always plenty of fish and fresh veg. The area is not the centre so a bit quieter but plenty of decent bars etc.

Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Stayed in a twin room with two single beds — clean, comfy, and perfect for a relaxing stay😁😁. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the massage service at the spa was amazing. We booked this just as a base for a 4 day visit and just wanted something cheap and cheerful, we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel reception, lobby and bar area really nice and the pool and surrounding area is also lovely. We recently stayed here for 7 nights. We found all the staff to be so nice and made us feel very welcome. We booked 4 standard rooms, all the rooms where clean, however a little dated. I asked if there were any superior rooms I could upgrade to (note we arrived at around 11pm at night). The receptionist was so helpful and said yes there was availability. Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

Only an overnight trip by coach so very brief stay. Very up to date, modern, clean, very good dinner and breakfast. Staff very helpful. Only downside- which was very unfortunate - was the luggage lift taking cases up and down to reception wasn't working but staff quick to do the necessary and carried the cases for us.

My recent experience at BPM Lloret Hotel in Lloret de Mar was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff at the reception were always available and willing to assist with any requests. Friendly staff (almost all of them). Good breakfast. Extra thanks for cleaning persons as room was everyday as one would love that their home is. Definately considering again if coming back to this area. Only negative side is paper thin walls so you will hear when someone comes, goes or does something. My recent stay at BPM Lloret Hotel in Lloret de Mar was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, our room was on the first floor, but it was clean, the maids listened regularly, all the staff were kind and pleasant to the guests, what impressed me the most was the food and the buffet. There was plenty of food to suit everyone's taste. The hotel is close to the promenade and the beach and for every recommendation.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms. The cleaning lady changes your sheet every day. The food was nice, we paid for breakfast and dinner. There is a pool in the hotel that is clean and a bar that closes at 11pm. Check in was at 2pm but they let us in one hour earlier. It’s very close to the city beach.
