Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered

Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. We went as a group of friends. You get what you pay for. Yes the hotel is dated, but it isn't a 5*. The location was brilliant, the food was OK- like you would expect. We only ended up having breakfast and some evening meals. We prefer to eat out. We visited Barcelona which wasn't far and enjoyed some quality time with friends on holiday.

Lloret de Mar 2024 Hotel was nice and very clean, well located for all amenities, the balcony had no table or chairs to sit outside and the room could have done with some more storage, otherwise ok for a budget hotel.

The staff is friendly, communicates well in English, and especially, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 1:30! Check-in and check-out procedures are simple. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and cute. For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location! Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room.

I had the best stay with my partner. One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The pools are chill with a bar to grab a drink while you relax. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was first time choosing an 18+ and it was worth it. It was the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were cleaned daily with brilliant AC. The price/performance ratio is very good. It is close to the sea. The breakfast is very rich. There are two swimming pools. It is very photogenic.

Very comfy rooms... Lovely thick towels and dressing gown... Staff very nice esp Timothy who got me coffee at 6am! Food lovely... Massage not good... Girls didn't have firmness in fingers...lovely soft cushions at the pool... If u have trouble walking this is not the hotel for u.. Lots of steps uphill... But I wud definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead.
