I literally love this hotel. My school took us here for a school trip and we were honestly suprised how good it was. The food was amazing (all my friend and me would get three plates plus desert). Staff was so nice. Multiple times our room cards would de magnetize but the staff was always there to help. The location is great as well with the Club Tropics next door. I had an amazing stay at Xaine, thanks to Kevin. His fun activities, from pool games to table tennis, made every day exciting. I spent 7 nights at this hotel with my family, and we were very satisfied. The service was both professional and friendly. The hotel food was very tasty, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. It takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach from the hotel, but that’s a plus because you need to burn off the calories accumulated in the dining room :). Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The Hotel has a pretty good location, although it is on on top of the hill. The room was very small for 3 people ans only had one outlet in the room and one in the bathroom (again we were 3 people). Stayed here with my Wife after a two week drive across Europe. Very nice secluded place nestled in a woodland setting. Bedrooms need some updating as they aren't cosy. Word of caution: The access road to the hotel looks like the aftermath of an earthquake so be careful whilst driving as it is completely unpaved. Drive slowly and be prepared to be rocked from side to side.

Not bad out of season!

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

They are not very large squares, but as the theme of the apartment in Lloret is, it is affordable.

Hotel personnel is amazing and helpful. They really make the guests feel welcomed. The food is very good, both the buffet and the pool side a la cart restaurant. Be sure to book a room with pool view if you are a light sleeper.

Spent two weeks at this hotel. Central location, can be noisy at night, but once the doors are closed it's very quiet. Huge comfy bed, staff are very friendly and helpful, the lady who cleaned our room was very friendly. Nice pool, not too busy, bit chilly, but fine was you're in, probably warm up the hotter it gets.

Just returned from family holiday and had a lovely time. Complex is large so lots of walking between pools and/or bars. It was busy and there's the usual race for sunbeds in the morning but the facilities are great. Three pools, saltwater one not loved by our kids but was busy, has its own pool bar and snack area. A very very nice hotel, the swimming pools are great, for each is a choice, but because it is a holiday season, it's crowded every day. The food, how can I describe it. There are foods all Day long, from breakfast till 22hr in the evening. There are lots and lots of choices, but after few days it is getting a bit boring because the buffet kept presenting the same taste, and the foods need more seasoning...

When 800 people are booked for 3 nights, I give a lot of slack. Most of us were booked 2 to a room. Many (maybe all) of the rooms were configured with 2 beds next to each other, rather than seperate. I think they all had sofa beds, though. The on site buffet was good (but not great). 10 minutes from the beach on foot. Nice, touristy city.

I loved this place. We stayed for a couple of days and the views are amazing. Everything clean and good service.

From the moment we arrive till the departure everything was perfect: parking, check in/out, booking for tennis, paddle surf, breakfast, etc! Unique combination of beach and pool which is great to switch from one to the other without going up and down like in other hotels in Costa Brava. The service in all the facilities was superb! The hotel is in an amazing location, overseeing the Santa Cristina beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted really good but a bit on the pricier side. The beach facing rooms have fantastic view. If possible try to get room on the left side, on the right the trees partially block the view. Definitely staying here again if I'm back in Lloret.
