Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...

I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered

Nice hotel in a great location in Lloret de Mar. Hallways and room was clean and well maintained, and the food was as to be expected. The nightlife and atmosphere is great with dancing, karaoke and games! The hotel is on top of a hill but is close to local shops and amenities and around a 10 minute walk to the beachfront. It is a 3 star hotel so don't expect 5 star. £60 a night for 2 people with breakfast and dinner is fine. You could pay that for dinner if you ate out. We just used it as somewhere to eat and sleep. The location is really good, and the rooms are fine, the cleaning of rooms was good, the only thing that I would like to mention is the breakfast was really disappointing. I don't mean not many options but with low quality products. even the cakes are not home made. The presentation wasn't attractive, It’s clear that when they go big, the quality drops.

The Hotel has a pretty good location, although it is on on top of the hill. The room was very small for 3 people ans only had one outlet in the room and one in the bathroom (again we were 3 people). The pool ans terrace is very nice. The rooms were only semi clean when we arrived but enough to make it work for a couple of days.

Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

The hotel rests a large number of progressive European youth, so loud music and the screams of the night - a common occurrence. Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Not a bad hotel for a budget holiday. Who prefers a VIP vacation - not here. Thin walls, excellent audibility of regular conversations between neighbors, tasty and varied food, close proximity to the beach and cafes. I recommend it not for picky people 👍

When 800 people are booked for 3 nights, I give a lot of slack. Most of us were booked 2 to a room. Many (maybe all) of the rooms were configured with 2 beds next to each other, rather than seperate. The Hotel has a nice Location, very close to the clubs and the beach. The Service is good, the staff were very nice. Some of them even speak very good german. Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker!
