First time in hotel will definitely return Big thanks to all staff made to feel welcome from when we arrived until we checked out smaller hotel so no queues for beds ,meals or the bar no pressure from entertainment staff to take part in activities big thanks to Gabriel and Nuri both had time for everyone Gabriel had some moves Could only liken it to an octopus falling out of a tree and Nuri good luck with whatever you decide to do Hope to see you next year

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The staff and service is excellent. The all inclusive package is highly recommended with very good quality and selection of food. The bar staff are not shy with the measures and the beer and wine on tap are plentiful. All in all a very good 4 night break in a fantastic location.

The hotel was lovely and clean all the staff were polite and helpful especially Gabriel who always went the extra mile with everyone. A large selection of food and snacks were available at various times throughout the day . We’re hoping to return next year ☺️

and would highly recommend it! The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff was truly amazing—so friendly and helpful. We felt well looked after from start to finish. We're already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be back!

Having read all the current reviews, I agree with most comments. However I disagree with statements regarding the food. Breakfast was a joke as you could not get a fresh edible fried egg. Most that I tried were also totally cold. I asked very nicely one morning for the cook to please cook me a fresh one. I was told in a raised voice that all the eggs are fresh. I agreed that would gave been so when cooked but laying in a hot tray is allowing the egg to continue cooking until the yoke was brick hard and the ones on top cold. The young lady (Whose name is known but not used here so as not to cause embarresment) kept screaming at me in a loud voice. So much so the restuarant went silent. Generally food was not 4star and repetitive. Entertainment is another weak area. A quiz on a Saturday night ??? REALLY. Suffice say, all the great points for the hotel are nullified in my mind by my comments above sadly. I think you can guess that I would not return.

Just returned from a week's stay with my husband. We had the best week. On arrival the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. I didn't think our room would be ready due to an early flight but it was, which was great. We upgraded to the Magnus room with a pool view prior to our holiday. The room was spotless and modern. We had a coffee machine, coffee pods with a kettle along with a big bottle of water on arrival. Our mini fridge was filled with cans of pop , water and 2 cans of San Miguel. There were also bath robes and slippers in our room. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and our coffees refilled. The beds were very comfortable. Pool is a little small but adequate for the size of the hotel. It was never crowded and we always got a sunbed. The food was good, at breakfast there was a great selection, lunch and dinner the same, always cooked meats, fish, pasta, salads and breads. Please ignore the negative reviews of the food because there isn't really anything to complain about! I honestly don't know what people expect if you're all inclusive. The staff were all so friendly, every single one of them! The Hotel is so clean with a very chilled atmosphere and also in the best location. Thank you Fergus Bermuda's we will return

I chose this hotel for the gardens to sunbathe in with plenty of sunbeds and shade under the trees but near to the pool. Pablo the lifeguard was very friendly offering tips of where to go in palma nova. He did a great job clearing beakers from around the pool & keeping it clean & tidy all day. Rooms spotlessly clean, food lovely & hotel in great location. One tip, the bedroom needs a big mirror in the bedroom as the only one is in the bathroom. Would return here.
