The hotel is situated on the beachfront and within walking distance from the entertainment area of the resort. Recommend for families with children.

Location: 17 km from airport, 11 km from the centre of Palma, on the beachfront.

Consists of one 13-storey building.
Total 230 rooms. There are rooms for people with disabilities.
Beach: public, sandy (Playa de Palma Nova), 50 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 1 km away.

Very satisfying stay, the receptionist was very hospitable (a very tall man, sorry I forgot to ask his name)! The restaurant staff was also perfect! Very pleasant stay! If we have the opportunity to come back, we will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine. Good animation and entertainment for children. In the evening live music and pleasant artists. The room was clean and cozy. Wonderful view from the terrace of the hotel. And the beach is very close, about 4 minutes walk. We are definitely satisfied with the choice of the hotel! A great option for a family vacation.

The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days. The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well.
Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though.

This hotel has a serious security issue. There are no guards or surveillance, and anyone can enter, including questionable individuals and delinquents from the nearby nightlife areas. The lack of control makes this place particularly unsafe for families or couples seeking peace of mind. Avoid at all costs if you value your safety and serenity.

Great views. No immediate swim beach. No ice machine. included tap wine undrinkable. Other wine option available only when bar open. Decent buffets but would be nice to be able to order dinner off of a menu.

Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony.
Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo. No Kleenex.
Okay for the price but don’t recommend all inclusive.

We stayed in a superior triple room, such a stunning view and the whole hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly and we felt very welcomed!
The main pool is lovely, the only thing I would say is that I saw on the pool rules that you can’t reserve sun beds, yet many people left towels on them all day and you never saw them until late afternoon, which isn’t fair on everyone. Nothing against the hotel at all, but if you want a sunbed, you need to reserve one in the morning!

I traveled alone, for 8 days and 7 nights, I only wanted a view of the sea, and I got a very nice, clean room with a double bed, with a direct view of the sea. The room is fully equipped with everything you will need from air conditioning, a refrigerator and a small kitchen with a stove and, of course, a perfect balcony. This perfect hotel is located right by the beach, it is one street down to Palmanova beach, which you can reach in two minutes. Breakfast was included in the price, where every connoisseur can enjoy a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, sandwiches, fresh pastries and, of course, a fresh selection of hot meals in the form of large buffets. But the best thing about this hotel, if I have to emphasize it, is the excellent staff in the whole hotel, whether at the reception or in the bar or in the restaurant, I won't change it because you are all great and you deserve to know that. Therefore, a big thank you and a round of applause to the staff, without you this hotel would not be so great and work so well. Everything was taken care of, everything I needed was furnished, with a willing smile. Once again, thank you very much, I was glad to meet such people, even when I was in need, they did everything to make things right, this is how I greet you all and I appreciate it. I will come back here, again and again. Big, big THANK YOU ❤️🙏🏻

The hotel is not bad. The town of Palmanova is a great place if you like to hang out.
The hotel has a small parking lot if you are in a rented car, in our room there was sand on the floor a couple of times after cleaning.
As for the food, there are a lot of dishes, but the taste... so-so... a couple of times they were tasty, but not comparable to another cheaper hotel where we were before this hotel, there you wanted to eat everything.
The staff is very friendly and we were checked in very quickly. This is a huge plus for this hotel. The animators are also cheerful guys.
The owner of the hotel needs to take care of the staff, they are very friendly people.
Overall, the place is good, but would we come here again? No. We would not come for a week more, maximum for two days to walk around Palmanova.

At first we thought that a beach with boats was a good idea, but in the end it turned out that it was not.

We spent nine nights at this hotel, and I'll start with the highlights. The location is ideal, with a stunning beach nearby and restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with breathtaking views. The reception staff is friendly and accommodating, and the pools are clean and well-maintained, however there aren’t enough lounges/chairs to accommodate hotel guests. There are some areas for improvement. The food, unfortunately, was mediocre at best. Despite booking half board, we only ate at the hotel a few times due to the limited and repetitive options. The menu featured uninspiring salads, tapas, desserts, pasta dishes with lackluster sauces, and grilled meats lacking seasoning. The paella was also subpar, with low-quality seafood. While some dishes were rotated throughout the week, they didn't impress. Room cleaning was adequate, but noise levels were an issue due to loud and inconsiderate guests (mainly German tourists). Overall, this hotel may not be the best fit for families seeking a peaceful stay.

Hotel has good location because it’s by the beach and there’s a nice boardwalk with good restaurants and bars/clubs nearby but not close enough where it’s loud. Hotel is good for folks of all ages and we saw families, couples and groups of friends. View of the ocean was nice and a lot of amenities like pool, gym, arcade, etc.
The main drawback was/is parking. Hotel has 12 or so spots and if you come back after 6pm it’s hard to find a spot. There is public parking nearby but it’s very difficult to find spot/ park. We spent 30 min wondering trying to find anything.
Room was also not very clean. Cups and spoons didn’t get cleaned/refresh. Floor was also sandy.
Also bed was two twin beds pushed together which was a bit annoying.
We got a good price and we are satisfied, but would probably look somewhere else next time unless we got a super great price.
