Really enjoyed our stay at Globales Palmanova Palace. Great location — close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was a big highlight — very tasty, lots of variety, and something new every day. Everything we tried was good.

Room was clean and comfortable, pool area nice and not too crowded. Overall, good service and a solid hotel. Would stay here again.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Terrible food, rooms are dirty and dated, unprofessional and rude staff and managers. Especially the guy from the picture. Be careful he is very aggressive. But duty manger - Florian really don’t care about it. I will report this hotel for all the lies and staff behaviour!!!! I paid for all inclusive and was not able to go for few hours to my room to pick up my medication - I need insulin. Took the taxi and went to the hospital to get my injection. I have asked manger to call the police but they refused. From my room air pods was stolen. Also, on the other picture the lady she is a liar and gave me all the wrong information, charged me twice and after this she said is not true. PEOPLE DTAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL REALLY YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE RUINED. And keep your children away from black hair activity guy… !!!!

This is an unusual little hotel. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and our room was very nice too but sadly the aircon wasn't very powerful. The clientele is mixed, Spanish, Italian, British and there were big groups of Russian and French men when we were there. The resort is a party place where people go in same sex groups. The big groups of men might intimidate some people but they seem to be generally well behaved, they just want to sing and have fun. The food was perfect in my opinion. A small selection but everything cooked well. They even put on traditional Mallorcan Ensaimada one night.

Just back from a 10 night stay and have to say we had a really great holiday The staff from reception , animation , bar staff , restaurant staff were amazing, cleaners were friendly and a special mention of Alex the lifeguard always helping us old guys with the sun umbrellas. The food was not the best but there was an amazing choice so always something to nibble on ( especially the rice pudding) So a big thank you to you all Dave

I must have stayed in a different hotel. How can anyone be so critical of the amazing staff in the Globales Palma Nova Palace.All of them work so hard to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble from reception..bar restaurant staff..cleaners.All professional in their jobs.Guess there's no pleasing some people.

This hotel is not family friendly. My children were constantly made to feel uncomfortable and not welcome. The staff were really unkind and not friendly. Even for adults it’s a 3 star at best. Don’t stay here with children. You get constant dirty looks and staring off staff.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the location of the hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the nearest beach and the city of Palma is easily reachable by bus. We had the chance to relax but also to have fun thanks to the great entertainment the hotel offers. We had the all-inclusive option and we enjoyed the snack bar by the pool. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel 21st June to 5th July Lovely welcome from reception on arrival. The rooms are kept very clean by the cleaning team. We were concerned about previous reviews of the food but we had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and lunchtimes we ate at the snack bar. The pool area isn’t massive but there are plenty of sunbeds available. Special shout out to Alex the pool lifeguard- friendly and always helpful. The animation team are brilliant. Ask if you want to join in but won’t push if you say no. The bar staff are so friendly. Big thanks to Rosario who helped me with my Spanish and Karina who gave me a lovely hug when we were leaving. We were all inclusive. The only alcoholic drink I like is Amaretto but this wasn’t included. We had to pay for this (although it is cheaper than bars outside). Can’t understand why it is not included. It might be helpful if the food labelling of the meat dishes in the restaurant was a bit clearer. The lamb shank we had was lovely but we guessed that was what is was as it wasn’t labelled! Overall we had a lovely 2 weeks

We stayed here as a couple for 5 days, we were a little worried after reading the reviews. For a couple or groups I think this Hotel is ideal, very clean, food and drinks great and beds super comfy. Hotel is little dated, aircon needs updating but we didn't let it worry us, on the whole we were really happy here. Location is perfect, we would definitely come again as a couple, I wouldn't come as a family, as its not really aimed at kids. All staff were great and the 2 animators were so friendly and energetic and tried really hard to get everyone involved. Thanks for a lovely stay
