I don't know where to start, my boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel which theoretically should be 4 stars but I don't even deserve one. We arrived and asked how it worked to get towels to stay at the pool and they told us that we would have to leave a deposit of €10 and in cash! No, coming from Europe we didn't have cash. So we couldn't get towels as we couldn't pay with a card. We also had all inclusive, but apparently not all cocktails are included like Gin and tonic if you want it you have to pay extra as well as the bottle of water. In the room there is neither a kettle to be able to have a coffee in the morning nor an iron. When I asked at reception for the iron they told me that I had to pay €16.99 a week to be able to use it?! We were only there for 3 nights so you can understand that it was unsustainable. Also the staff was not friendly at all it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE, it is just a waste of money and not a true all inclusive!

This has to be the worst 4 star we have ever been to. The place is bland and very boring. 1/ the pool bar...staff are terribly unfriendly, and if you want a drink, you have to use a token. I mislaid it, and they refused to give me a glass of water, so I had to go to reception to pay a euro for another token. 2/ entertainment area is a disgrace, dull, boring, and very limited seats. Not 4 star. 3/ The food is worst ever..awful, im vegetarian, and the lack of choice was pathetic. I had to complain 5 times before they added a decent veg dish!! One day, for evening meal they had cauliflower and dried out scramble eggs.. inedible 4/ breakfast is disgusting.. limited choice.. dried out eggs on the buffet if you are one of the lucky ones to get any. Continously empty food trays, never filled up. Staff don't care, and all have an attitude. I've now complained 5 times and still not resolved. One good thing is room is basic but very clean , beds comfortable .. certainly not 4 star, more like a 2 star. I'm currently staying here for 2 more days and have made complaints to the friendly rep,, when I questioned the hotels star rating, she said to me the hotel is a lower standard, 4 star!!,Surely a 4 star is a 4 star. Overall, the place is disgusting, and I will be complaining to Jet 2, for compensation for most meals ( as all inclusive) We had to eat out 8 times at cost of over £300. This pathetic 4 star is all lies, and Abta and media will be contacted. We feel very let down, and the fact that staff and managers don't care is even worse. Sadly, we were ripped off by food. Envriremental health should be reported for investigation of how long hot food was left out and never freshend up.. Dont leave your table for more than 2 minutes, or they clear your stuff and end up having to find a new table. Complaint if you are here!! The managers sound be fired. A rip off dump.. that's all I can say.. Do not stay here!!

We spent 3 nights here and found the hotel really nice with good food and drink. I am a vegetarian and there was at least 2 vegetarian choices every night, I usually struggle at all inclusive hotels but I really didn’t here. The rooms are really nice but not very soundproof but it didn’t really bother us. There is entertainment in the day if you want to join in such as shuffleboard, killer pool and darts and the entertainment girl was a lot of fun. They also have good entertainment in the evening, with singers and a magician whilst we were there. All in all a nice hotel and really good value for whet we paid. I would definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is nice and staff are very kind, polite and do there best. However we went on an all inclusive with my partner and my 20 month old baby. There are no baby change facilities in the hotel unless you go to your room. The so called children's pool is up steps with no ramps to take the pram up and also the pool itself is quite deep in my opinion for children and also very small. I would avoid if you have younger children. The food was very basic again not much for the little ones. This hotel is more for adults. Spoke to manager of hotel with my concerns nothing was done even though hotel over the road which he said wasn't part of the same group hotels and actually was. They had lovely children's area and activities for the children. We made the best of our week there and my little one had fun spent more obviously due to going on extra trips.

Don’t waste your money on the all inclusive – the food is grim. We ended up eating out every meal, which says it all really. Bar staff were miserable. One woman was actually rude to my 12-year-old, who just asked if she could change a note so he could use the pool machine. Totally uncalled for. No tea or coffee in the room either, which is basic stuff you’d expect. Walls are paper thin – you hear EVERYTHING. Not ideal when you’re trying to sleep. Entertainment was absolutely dire. We didn’t even bother after the first night. Only giving 1 star for the location and 1 star because the room was clean. That’s about the only positives.

Awful hotel one of the worst where do I start worst I have stayed in for a long time. Walls paper thin you can hear next doors conversations. In massive need if updating I have a chunk out it a floor tile cracks in ceiling and an awful smell from the drains this got progressively worse over the 5 days to the point I had to go to reception at 1.30 in the morning it was making me feel sick the response only had 1 room to move me too but that wasnt a great room he found some bleach to put down the drains and told me to sleep with the patio door open which I have to add was accessible from the pool area it was next to a fire escape which anyone could walk up and just step over the balcony not the best for a lone female traveller. The beds come home with back back, food awful often cold not a lot of choice I visited 3 times didnt eat much ate out the rest of the time. Is there any positives some of the staff were lovely and thats its. I felt grubby having a bath drain that smelt brown cushions that didnt smell the best. I would avoid. It is very tired very 80s style with luke warm very little choice of food and no consideration for lone female travellers and what room for safety reasons to put them in oh and be prepared to pay €50 euros if you want a safe. Sorry I dont have much positive to stay if I hadnt of had friends in the hotel I would have checked out.

Our group was 2 in their 30s, 18,16 and 15yr old. I'll start by saying this is probably a great hotel for the younger groups who don't really care about facilities. I want to also express how wonderful the whole staff at this hotel are, very polite and extremely attentive. Overall though we were disappointed with this hotel. It looks so much better on the pictures. The pool area is tiny. My KIDS were shouted at in the pool for slightly splashing and raising their voices. When in the pool you have to be silent and serious and that was shocking to me. They were not allowed to have fun in there. At one point I had to ask the lifeguard to get off of her high horse. Also be careful leaving belongings when you get in the pool. We has a wireless speaker stolen in literally a few minutes of being gone. We also had 3 towels stolen in a week which is an absolute joke. The food was abysmal. Sorry. We are not fussy eaters but go on holiday around 4 times a year, always all inclusive and this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We paid all inclusive and still had to spend almost 2000 eating out for 5 of us in a week. The kids would not touch it. On the plus side there was always a great selection of pastries but being celiac that's out of the question. Even the fruit was the same 3 fruits everyday, water melon, melon and orange, occasionally kiwi. . If you can eat melon and pastry you are fine. Went to get toast one morning and there was the slight green dusting of mould on and by god that is disgusting. The breakfast was repeated the same everyday. The only upside is the pool snack bar was great and the only food my kids would tolerate. The bar staff were great but kept giving me alcohol free almost cocktails. Come on, I'm a fully grown adult. I even saw them refusing some lads drinks because they had been up 5 mins before and got one. Sorry but that's not acceptable when people have paid for all inclusive and the bar man clearly needs teaching that. Be aware that there are 2 sockets in the room that give out bare minimum electricity. My phone would be on charge all night and still be at 60% it was a challenge getting everyone's electronics charged. We bought an extension lead and that kind of helped. Very noisy on a night with the groups sat at the bottom of our rooms, shouting even fighting 2 nights. Not whst you want on a holiday. There's NOWHERE to get a coffee before breakfast opens. I was so wound up about this. I'm up at 6am every morning and coffee is an essential. I'd take a kettle if you do try this hotel because many people I spoke to had the same problem Cleaner was wonderful. Rooms spotless. Overall great staff, terrible experience There was a globales palmanova next door, much better hotel and when on the return coach and journey home, everyone I spoke to loved that hotel so if you can afford the slight increase, choose thst hotel or the amazing globales Saint Lucia. ××× in response to the owner××× If the staff didn't report m
