Such a lovely hotel. Walking distance from the beach (though the hotel is up a bit of a hill) and plenty of nice bars and restaurants around.The food is absolutely amazing!! Every meal we had was wonderful and freshly made. The breakfast buffet is loaded with different options so there's something for everyone. Choice of two pools and plenty of sun beds. All the staff were lovely, especially the manager who was so helpful and kind when we accidentally missed our bus to the airport! Would love to stay here again and would definitely try the other Cook's Club locations.

Smallest of negatives are the small lifts which at busy times are hard to get especially as a mobility scooter.
But will definitely return.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Bar and restaurant is first class. Service, rooms and staff are great. A few minutes stroll to Calvia beach. Lots of bars, locally and places to eat very close by. The restaurant within this hotel serves a lovely selection of food to order.

My friend and I stayed at Globales Palmanova Palace during the last week of September and we had an amazing experience! The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, which made everything super convenient.

The food was fantastic – every meal had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. From breakfast to dinner, there were plenty of options to satisfy everyone’s taste.

The bartenders were also fantastic! They were always friendly, quick with service, and made the best cocktails. Whether it was a refreshing drink by the pool or a cocktail in the evening, the bar staff really added to the holiday atmosphere with their great attitudes and attention to detail.

But what really made our stay special was the entertainment team, especially Juanjo. He was incredibly fun, energetic, and had such a positive vibe. Whether it was leading activities or putting on a show in the evening, he always made sure everyone was having a great time. His enthusiasm and friendliness made the whole experience so much more enjoyable, and we can’t thank him enough!

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Globales Palmanova Palace for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great food, amazing drinks, and even better entertainment.

We have just come to the end of our weeks holiday here. All I can say is it is outstanding the staff are so welcoming, helpful and do everything to make you have such a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing, so many sunbed so no need to get up early in the morning, the rooms are great to very comfortable bed and a lovely view from the balcony. I was worried about food but there was no need to be it was great, so many options and nice to see the chefs cooking the food. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Would 100% recommend Cooks Club to friends and family. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. Lots of sunbeds to choose from throughout the day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager would walk round throughout the day and night speaking to customers which we really liked. The views from the hotel were fab and location was perfect too. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be returning! Thank you again!

Just returned home from a fabulous week staying here. Hotel has everything you need food, drinks and a great location to pop down to the sea front bars, restaurants and shops etc. Bar and restaurant staff all very friendly can't do enough for you.
I particularly want to mention the Animation Entertainment team we had so much fun with Carlota Herrnandez (Charlotte) and kept us entertained all week and also with the Aqua Gym keeping us fit she was brilliant also loved the Sangria demonstration 😂.
Charlotte is a credit to the company and an absolutely lovely person to be around, even coming in on her day off!!

Friends have just returned and absolutely loved their stay we booked just after them and was a little worried about our choice but our friends set us at ease. Rooms spotless with lovely views, food something for everyone with a massive choice ,location stunning , last minute booking for uses as a family but can't wait now after our friends return

Brilliant stay for a 4 night break. The hotel is so clean and looked after. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel so welcome especially one of the managers who walks round everyday asking how people are and making sure everything is okay. The food is great, breakfast is so nice and the food in the restaurant is great too. The view over the palma nova beach from the restaurant and infinity pool are also amazing. The cleaners also do a great job the rooms were spotless. Would 100% stay here again.
