It's not often I'll ever have any desire to stay at one location multiple times however, this hotel was absolutely unreal. The location, facilities, staff, restaurant & room was unbelievable I did not want to leave. I'm quite the traveller so I like to go out, explore, see the sites etc... at Hotel ROC Illetas, I didn't want to leave. Pure relaxation and the location is perfect. The hotels direct access to the ocean was the highlight along with the beautiful views from the room. My housekeeper was such a sweetheart (I forgot her name) but I could not recommend this hotel enough. I stayed for 10 nights and wish it was longer. Thank you all so much an incredible stay. It's an experience I'll never forget. Can't wait to come back and stay with you again soon!

I had a really wonderful, peaceful, non-problematic 3-night stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a really kind and handsome hotel receptionist (Leo) who was very helpful toward any needs or questions throughout my stay. Staff is very friendly and attentive overall. Shoutout to Marcos too.

My room overlooked the ocean + little beach, so I was constantly waking up to a gorgeous sunrise. The cooling system fully functioned, so I slept in my desired temperature. The room was spotless and bright. Shoutout the housekeeper Gloria, another friendly staff member who actually exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and even organized some of my clothing for me.

I had a few drinks at their bar while watching a band perform some Spanish (and mainstream pop) classics. Their breakfast buffet was more than enough to fill me up every morning with a wide selection of food to choose from.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool + beach access is enough to make you want to return. Guests are not very young in age, but still lively! There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the popular area (Palma) in 30min for 2 euros in cash, they don’t do contactless. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, well cared-for getaway.

Having just arrived we were a little disappointed to be located in a superior room but in a block across the road from the hotel on the first floor with very little sea view. They kindly moved us to the fourth floor with a beautiful sea view. Having read the reviews I am glad we are in the new block even though it is not in the main hotel. Very good breakfast and a superb buffet for dinner with very nice terrace available. Lifts unfortunately do not go right down to the pools. Lots of sitting out areas but also lots of climbing required! The spa is also very nice and can be reached by lift. The hotel is on the number 4 regular bus route into palma, and close to some small beaches with a small number of restaurants available near by. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay here.

Great place even though it’s an old hotel but the sea facing rooms, fantastic breakfast, very close proximity to fabulous Illetas Beach and super accommodating and friendly staff, make this a top pick in terms of value for money. It’s 10am by car to Palma, it has very nice sea access, pool, gym, spa and parking. All of that would normally come at a much higher price which makes the absolute need for renovation an acceptable price to pay.

Our stay at Roc Illetas Hotel was truly exceptional, especially considering the great deal we snagged. Despite the slight inconvenience of needing to take two buses from the airport, the proximity of the bus stop to the hotel made it manageable. And upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a full sea view room, which added an extra layer of excitement to our stay. The hotel itself boasts stunning views of the sea, complete with an infinity pool and a cozy indoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the array of indoor games and activities provided ample entertainment options.

Breakfast during our four-day trip was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. While some items may have been average in taste, the overall spread more than made up for it, with an abundance of bakery delights, meats, veggies, juices, cereals, and cakes to choose from.

We decided to splurge on dinner one evening, opting for the Asian-themed buffet. However, despite promises of vegetarian options, we found the selection to be disappointingly limited, and the overall experience didn't quite justify the extra cost. Future guests may want to consider this before committing to the dinner buffet.

Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful guidance on local transportation and travel details. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor truly enhanced our overall experience. Beautiful hotel! With steps down into the sea, it's hard not to be amazed. The staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel has many facilities with 2 separate dinner options. The views are beautiful with access to a private beach too !!!

We recently stayed at the Roc Illetes for 3 days on our honeymoon, and we can’t say enough have great the experience was! We were welcomed upon arrival with a complementary upgrade, to the most incredible room we have ever stayed in, with a terrace overlooking the ocean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out, which was really appreciated as this was our first time in Spain.

The restaurants were excellent, with great food and views of the ocean. The pool area was clean and well looked after, even during off season (very start of April). My wife is celiac and they had some really good options for her at each meal. Location of the hotel is great - nice little beach access about 5 minutes away with a great Oceanside restaurant.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this resort to all!
