Mycket trevligt hotell med intim atmosfär. Vackert terrasserat hotellområde med bad i pool eller med stege ner i havsvik med klart vatten. Badvik med sandstrand finns 5 minuters promenad från hotellet. Mycket fin frukost. Bussar in till Palma avgår runt var 10:e minut.
Ett litet minus är att det finns för få solsängar vilket gör att man tvingas lägga ut handdukar på morgonen för att få plats.
We had a very mixed experience.
6 friends had booked three rooms. The rooms were all very different in comfort:
- One was refurbished and nice. In the annex.
- one was quiet shabby, but comfortable size.
- one of us had booked a single room and it was the size of a cupboard. Not acceptable!.
The staff did not seem to want us there; it was difficult to find a solution. In the end we had to pay for an upgrade to a different room
There was difference in comfort, weird stuff like some rooms had nice Ritual soap. Others cheap soap.
There was a moldy smell in all the rooms. The aircon was not efficient and we had to keep it on max at all times.
The grounds are nice but in need of maintenance.
The staff was friendly, but too busy.the mgmt needs to have more people at work!

+ Small but functional gym and spa areas.
-There is limited soundproofing so you can hear neighbours and the evening entertainment.
Overall a great stay for the price paid.
