A wonderful place to relax. It's one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in this year. I'll definitely be back. The breakfasts are excellent. In the evenings, you can unwind and relax on the terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor. I had a single room—very clean and comfortable. The staff are the nicest people :)

I stayed at Hotel Feliz on 23 November and left with mixed feelings. The room was clean and the mattress was okay, and I appreciated the good quality soap. However, there was no water boiler for coffee or tea, which is a basic convenience I expected. The staff were polite but not very involved — they did their job but without much engagement.
Most facilities were simply “okay”: the sauna was fine, the breakfast was acceptable, and the location is convenient enough.
The major issue, and the reason I am giving two stars, is the HOT WATER PROBLEM. During my stay, the shower water was literally freezing. When I asked the staff, I was told it was a problem “only for that day.” However, reviews from a week earlier mention the exact same issue, so clearly the hotel is aware of this but has not fixed it. Hot water is a MUST HAVE UNCONDITIONAL BASIC requirement in any hotel, and not addressing this quickly with a over chill staff attitude this is unacceptable.
I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves it properly for future guests.

The hotel is small but charming, the staff are very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast was good with many different options, and the room was very clean the staff do a great job in the hotel overall.
The only downsides were the comfort of the bed, it was just a thin foam mattress which for me personally was not comfortable. There were also a lot of noise coming from something that sounded like a water pump or something mechanical this went on all day and night unfortunately. The water in the shower was changing suddenly from hot and cold and varying water pressure by the second which wasn't great.
I would return however as I believe the hotel has better potential and these issues wouldn't reoccur.

Thank you for the warm welcome and the great service. Everyone in this house genuinely cares about making sure you have a good time. We started each day with a wonderful breakfast and fresh tropical fruits. Sometimes we enjoyed drinks and snacks by the pool. At night, it’s quiet, the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. We would come back anytime.

As a coffee nerd: I like the espresso 🙂🙂
And in the evening the espresso martinis are delicious, too. The view from the rooftop is beautiful!

Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Good public transport access to the center. Possibility to rent bicycles for a fee. Beautiful, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Glass-enclosed swimming pool and sun terrace.

The room are not big but enough to meet your needs if you are here for business or just relax visit. Bathroom was spacious. Beds are very good, i had a very good sleep!
Breakfast tasty 👍 fresh juice and coffee with all types of milk, simple, entire, no lactose, vegan also 👍
Good deal for happy hour from 19:00 to 20:00
On Friday evening they have a great offer, buffet with warm, cold tapas and one glass of champagne 🍾 for 25 euros
And many other pleasant things which we were very happy to discover in this cosy hotel.
They have also a meeting room which is nice and with natural lights ☺️... I can continue to the list ☺️ and they didn't paid me for this 😂😂😂
I think the best was the life concert on Saturday evening 🥰🥰🥰

Really nice hotel, very cozy and impeccably clean and modern. The breakfast was more than what we expected. Would definitely return here is staying in Palma

We had a great stay at Hotel Feliz. For some reason we got an upgrade and stayed in a big, big room. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is furnished with a good taste.
The rooftop was amazing. You have a nice view!
A great selection of fruits and vegetables, breads, (plant-based) milk, eggs, cereals and yoghurts were part of the breakfast. Even as a vegan you had good options.
