Ars Magna Bleisure Hotel

This review is reflective of the price- 700 euros for three nights. And for that price, this hotel is really not worth it, and the reviews are way hyped. The hotel is more like a hostel, as all noise from other nearby rooms and hallways can be heard inside your hotel room, and it feels like you have very little privacy. The room was also very small. Location was great so I’ll give it that. I know Mallorca is expensive but for what it was I felt ripped off.

Never would I book here again. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had!
The biggest flop is the breakfast buffet. I have never seen the staff so listless and disinterested. EVERY morning we had to explicitly ask for plates to get to the buffet. The plates were always empty. Once it went so far that we only got deep bowls instead of flat plates. The waiter just replied that he had no more plates and shrugged his shoulders. The buffet is actually always (even at 08:30 or 09:00) almost empty. There are two slices of salami and cheese. Plus dry stale bread. The coffee machine is dirty and there are sometimes no large cups left. There are crumbs and old napkins everywhere on the buffet. It is really disgusting!
The rooms have cheap furnishings. Unfortunately, you could never sleep because the room doors are so thin that you can hear EVERY single word the neighbours say. If you stand in the corridor, you can hear what is going on in each room. It is more reminiscent of a youth hostel.
This experience ruined our holiday.
I am afraid that the hotel's work ethic will be completely uncritical and nothing will be done about it.
If you now also take into account that 1,200€ was paid for this for 4 nights, it is simply shameful.
