Where to begin... booked via loveholidays saw the reviews about love holodays ans felt anxious so contacted the hotel directly, who informed me only 1 building is open which wasn't a issue at this time. When we arrived checked in with ease clean hotel amazing location. Tiny hotel room hot AC pumping around the room toilet brush is broken not enough towels , when asked for a new toilet brush ans towels never arrived or happened even on the last day . Anxious about room Clean as other guests complained about stolen items. We never had a issue with this. AC not active until summer months and this is displayed on a tiny sign at reception. Tiny hotel facilities not enough space fpr all the guests , the pool Is Tint covered in towels all day long , staff not avaliable rude dining room staff snatching plates, a lot of rude elderly people funny looks lots of whispers, didn't feel comfortable here due to the guests , long ques at the 1 bar to serve all the 900+ rooms of guests. Entertainment was okay if you could find. Space as all inside in the tiny area currently. We loved the area outside of the hotel the people the shops the restaurants the bars. We will return to Palmanova but definitely not to this hotel.

We arrived home late last night the hotel I wouldn't go back the door was ok to start but then it's the same thing every day drinks just weren't right the hotel staff were Great especially 1 bar man David amazing !! We arrived late 2 adults 1 disabledchild around 1am there was no booking for us we waited around 40 mins after constantly showing our booking for to room never seen anything so small and them my disabled child got on his bed collapsed there was no wooden slats in the middle so went down was told there was nothing they can do and no other rooms so we asked for extra pillows to build the bed up so my partner would sleep in in on the koentthey changed it but litterly stepping over the bed to get past the draws bedding was never changed just made everyday but clean towels ... Also only 1 pool open and gets shut off around 5.30 pm .. seprete smoking area only small area for vaping n smoking n bar shuts at 11pm in all wasn't happy with our experience and will not be returning to my this hotel but the area and bars about r amazing heads up guys xbit David made our holiday what a fantastic barman x

I have just returned home from spending 3 nights at Sol Palmanova. Upon arrival, the reception area looks great and we were able to check in earlier than 3pm as our flight was in the morning. However, on checking in, the reception staff would rather talk to each other and serve multiple other guests whilst checking you in. It is in a great location with access to the beach, plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The room was a really good size and loved the mist like shower. I must recommend the omelette's though, I don't think they are used to being asked for them in the restaurant. We had a lovely sized terrace overlooking the pool. Now for the negatives, not a huge fan of the reusable cup situation, I appreciate sustainability but at least have them a bit bigger. The food was meh, we ended up eating out more due to this. The "warm" food was not warm & by the time you got back to eat it, was not that warm. The cleaners were so loud from 7am each day outside and trying to get into the rooms from about 8am. They made the beds & changed the towels but we had the same drinking glasses & mugs for our whole visit as they weren't changed. Tea & Coffee wasn't topped up either in the room. Wasn't a big fan of the evening entertainment given 2 of the 3 nights we were there it was karaoke. From the couple of interactions with the reception staff, they would much rather be anywhere else but serve you. I'd recommend a customer service course. I'd have given this 2.5 stars instead of 3 but I must be feeling generous to round up rather than down. I wouldn't personally stay at this hotel again but it's probably great for kids.

Two adults, a 3 year old and 7 month old experience staying 26th April - 3rd May. I wasn’t aware we would be staying in Sol Palmanova II, which I was a bit disappointed about as I booked on the bases of baby/toddler pool and closed balconies. As having a fear of heights I like balconies that have no railings which Sol Palmanova 1 doesnt have. Sol Palmanova 1 was closed until 1st May so only had baby pool for a day or so before getting ready to come home. We were given a room on the 7th floor and with two prams it was slightly difficult. There were three lifts in total, but one only went to the 6th floor then another was out of service for 36ish hours. We asked to move down, even willing to pay but apparently the hotel was 100% full. The room was clean, the maids were polite. There’s a fridge and a kettle and a good solid wood cot - rather than a travel cot. There was no plug in the sink or bath so couldn’t bath the kids, we asked for one 4 days into the holiday - after a difficult time showering them - and the plug never turned up after asking twice. The food was nice, good variety for everyone. Amazing location, if you go out the back gate it’s a 3/4 minute walk to the beach. There’s something every direction you walk in. If you miss breakfast I recommend Diane’s Beach Club just before you get to the beach. Hotel entertainment was OK, seen better, seen worse. The entertainment team were very happy and friendly however. There was also a play room which our kids enjoyed. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if we were in the hotel I actually booked or I was told pre arriving. We would return to this hotel but would book May or after to get into Sol Palmanova 1.

Great family friendly hotel, welcoming all nationalities! There are lots of Spanish staying here as well as English families. The food is good, probably a bit limited in options if you’re staying for a long time, but it was perfect for a short break. I can imagine the que for the all inclusive bar is very busy in the summer but at the start of the season it was fine. Everyone was helpful and friendly would def reccomend. Great location for the beach and bars too.

3rd April 2025 - Just got back from Sol PALMANOVA Mallorca. Went as a couple for a few nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The food was outstanding which a huge selection to choose from we had salmon, steak, pork, paella, pizza curry, burgers, fish on the menu daily. The hotel was very clean with it being cleaned constantly throughout the day. Amazing selection of beverages with cocktails included and self serve soft drinks to choose from. The staff were all great, friendly and approachable and spoke a high level of English. When I read some of the reviews before going to this hotel o was sceptical however, while there we were struggling to see what people were complaining about. We will definitely be going back to this hotel. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and about 30 minute taxi transfer from the airport costing roughly €50, one day. My advice is to book it, you won’t be disappointed, we had no bad experiences.

DONT BELIEVE ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I've just spent 5 nights here with my partner, staff friendly, room clean, amazing views, amazing location, local transport, food may be a little repetitive but plenty plenty options and some slightly different dishes each day anyways, help yourself to all drinks in the restaurant, tokens might be a little bit annoying but it is a good idea I can't argue that, at the end off the day you're paying for a 3* hotel and the holiday is only what YOU make it, we had an amazing time and would come again

Staff friendly, rooms cleaned daily, food good. 5 mins from beach, shops, cafes bars and restaurants. We stayed in the quiet season with one side of the hotel open. Nightly entertainment, and kids entertainment. Plenty of food choice for even the picky eaters. Only downsides..smoking area is too small and away from outdoor stage so cannot integrate and even though there is a kettle and cups in the room, you don't get a spoon, tea, coffee or milk. Supermarket is close by and I suggest buying water for the kettle as tap water isn't nice! Overall had an excellent stay.

Believe the terrible reviews on here as they are all true. This stands out as one of the worst hotels we've managed to book, sadly! Our room was not ready for 3 hours when we got there, all inclusive, the food choices are sadly lacking, unless you want to eat hamburgers, Pizzas, or Pigs trotters! The best meal we had was in a local curry house, we drank at a local pub so we could be served proper drinks not in paper cups. The beds are so hard, we asked for 3 extra quilts to try to make it softer, would avoid at all costs! There is a kettle in the room, but no plug nearby, so you need to move the bed to balance the kettle which is dangerous, also no cups, you have to beg, borrow, steal from the bar! It's supposedly a 3/4 star Hotel Struggling to see where! The cleaners were amazing tho.

I am an absolute foodie and was a bit worried about some of the reviews about the food. However, as far as all inclusive go the food is really good, the chefs are constantly cooking something fresh, and they’re usually huge fillets of fish. The sea rice & paella was delicious & there was always loads of options, unless your super fussy!

The rooms were a little on the small side however, always clean and each day had fresh towels etc so perfect for the little time you spend in the room.

Service was great from all staff, entertainment was also brilliant - I highly recommend pool cycling it’s hilarious!
