    This hotel is not a adult only hotel 85 percent of people are anything between 14 to 30. The pool is very small and the food is quite poor. Apart from that it's ok.

    I travelled with a friend to stay at this hotel between 4th-11th July. We have been to this particular area a few times and thought we would try an adults only hotel that was a little smaller than where we would usually stay. Firstly I have to say the hotel was spotless and in a great location but given that this is a 4 star rated hotel I was shocked to say the least at the level of customer service/hospitality! We were given plastic cups to drink out of during the day, which I completely understand as we were out by the pool, however we were also given these cups at night in the hotel bar - when we asked for a glass we were told very clearly that they didn't have any, we got a glass tumbler but there wasn't a wine/cava glass in the place. Delores was an absolute pleasure but some of the other staff really let the hotel down. Even basic requests for ice and lemon in our drink were met with - 'we don't have any' and staff made no attempt to resolve this. My expectations of buffet food are realistic but I can honestly say that the food here was dreadful - I can usually find something to eat but had to admit defeat, even for breakfast. We were served sprout soup one evening which is a first (and last) for us! Overall, if we had booked this hotel last minute as a cheap deal I wouldn't have minded but we didn't, we paid a significant amount to stay at this hotel, we expected a 4 star experience and were left disappointed, we made the most of it while we were there but we would most definitely not return.

    We had a fantastic stay at Globales Panama from the 10th to the 13th of July on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, it was clear the staff take real pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The team were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Dolores and Viktor, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed – they truly made our stay even more memorable! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to suit all tastes, and we never went hungry. The hotel is also ideally located – just a 3-minute walk to a beautiful beach, and close enough to Magaluf for those wanting to explore more of the area, while still being in a quieter, more relaxed setting. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Globales Panama to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and friendly place to stay in Mallorca!

    First room smelt of stale cigarette smoke Although Reception Staff moved us room sever lack of customer service especially working in hospitality buisness Went back to reception now it was late shift team asked for key to safe in room wanted cash deposit of 10 Euros explained don’t have cash total 52 Euros for safe think the 10 Euros returned never bothered felt ripped off so never bothered 2025 and still ripping customers off for a safe that is in the room keep my passport on me lastly all inclusive drinks the hotel team don’t explain you need to bring the plastic tumbler back when you are finished for the day and get a plastic coin to use to get tumbler the following day customers in big queue of only one staff member no customer service skills or charisma sorry don’t know lady’s name but mature lady on the bar -1 in the afternoon should teach customer service to rest of her colleagues in the hotel she was wonderful

    Great central base for all Palma Nova has to offer. A small hotel with mostly friendly staff, one of the bartenders could do with some customer service training. Delores is a credit to this hotel, always greets you with a cheery smile. Comfortable and clean rooms, the maids do an excellent job. Always something you can eat, despite it not being a huge variety and the self service drinks are much easier than standing in what can be quite a queue at the bar (when the self serv is working as it wasn't several times during our stay) Although there appears to be a lifeguard opening the pool, he was nowhere to be seen through most days. The pool area could do to open a little earlier than 8:30am and breakfast to be served a little later too as it just means there is a queue to put towels down and then everyone just leaves them to head straight for breakfast.

    Amazing experience! The entertainment girls Claudia and Lott really made our experience at this hotel positive. They are so thoughtful and selfless whenever anyone needs anything, they always have a smile on their face and always encourage people to join in with their range of activities in the daytime and the evening! They were more than happy to give us recommendations on where to go outside the hotel based on our needs (where they recommended was exactly what we were looking for!) These girls really made our experience special, i can’t recommend this hotel enough!

    The entertainment / animation girls made this a holiday one to remember. They were so friendly and encouraging of all hotels guests to get involved and were always making sure people felt they could take part. They organised a range of different activities which were fun and engaging even in the hot weather. They were overall lovely girls !! Would reccommend this hotel for them alone !!

    Had a fantastic stay at Globales Panama. Check in/out was quick, rooms spotless. Food was lovely and most of the staff were great, big shout out to Claudia, Lott and Delores, they were so lovely. Pool was amazing. Had a much needed, relaxing break. Thank you ☺️
