Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel in the heart of old town Palma. The plunge pool on the roof was nice to come back to after a hot day walking around. The breakfast omelettes were also nice in the morning. Overall the service was excellent and the concierge service downstairs was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Superb boutique hotel in a quiet, historic part of Palma. The hotel balances the fine line between elegance and comfort. It is a destination in and of itself. The staff are very helpful and professional. Neal’s and amenities are perfect. We can’t wait to return!

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel — truly the best one of our entire trip. One staff member in particular (a kind gentleman whose name, unfortunately, we didn’t get) went above and beyond to help us.

As the hotel is located in the old town, driving there was a bit tricky for us. We initially parked on the roadside and walked in. Even though the hotel’s parking was already full, this staff member immediately assisted us by guiding us to a nearby parking lot, helping us purchase the ticket, and even carrying our luggage all the way back to the hotel.

He then thoughtfully introduced us to local dining spots and attractions nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Later, he even reported our license plate number to the office and explained our situation, just to ensure we wouldn’t get a parking fine. His level of care was genuinely heartwarming.

The hotel itself is just as impressive as its staff — spotless, comfortable, and full of character. This was by far our favorite stay of the journey.

My wife and I traveled with our young son and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the lovely staff that played with our son to the amazing room and delicious breakfast every morning, we had such a fantastic time. Very family friendly and in such a perfect location, we will be returning many times

I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property.

What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a special mention to Ania, who was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me get a wonderful upgrade to my room, but also took the time to offer some fantastic local recommendations around Palma that made my trip even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference in my experience.

Great Hotel
Very helpful from the moment of arrival, complete with Welcome Drink. We also received an upgrade, and the room was lovely with a bottle of wine thrown in. Questions were answered quickly, and lunch reservations were helpful. Highly recommend.

Outstanding hotel and staff
We had a fantastic stay from booking to leaving. We appreciated welcome emails before our visit that provided information about the hotel and things to enhance our stay. We arrived early because of our flight time and were greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff who provided us with complimentary drinks and pastries while we checked in. They looked after our luggage while our room was made ready early and we were offered use of their facilities while we waited. Another bonus was that our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel is situated on a quiet tiny side road in the heart of Palma (*taxis have to drop guests at the end of the road - about 20 metres away) and is in easy walking distance to restaurants and places to visit. The interior is beautifully decorated with use made of stunning exposed brickwork. There is a lovely roof terrace with a small swimming pool and two quiet reading rooms. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection, supplemented with a hot food menu to order. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with an outstanding staff team - especially the reception staff, who even carried our luggage out to our taxi at the end of the road - which was much appreciated.

My daughter and I had a really wonderful stay during February.
From arrival the service was fabulous, particularly from Anya.
My daughter injured herself and the staff were so helpful, with Anya even going to the nearby chocolate cafe to bring us ensaïmada. A really thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special.We got a room upgrade and the rooms are really beautiful. Great roof terrace too. Being able to book the indoor plunge pool and sauna was a nice experience.
I would definitely stay again. It's not in the central hub of Palma but nowhere is a long walk...

Amazing property with attentive and great staff - the small detail of later than usual check out, personnel being super nice and kind, delicious breakfast and dinner restaurant, comfortable beds, nice decor were very much appreciated. Thank you!
