We arrived late Wednesday night and after reading reviews about the noise and TUI offering us the chance to change hotels we decided we would take the risk and we're really glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are all very friendly & helpful. The food is very good. The pool area is amazing and plenty of very comfy sunbeds available. We have hardly heard any noise from the construction work. We have a double room (127) which over looks the pool area and is spacious and the beds huge and are very comfy. The only downside is that there is no courtesy room available for late checkouts & those who are travelling back to the north east will most likely have a later flight (no choice with this). No queuing from sun beds there's plenty for everyone. If anyone was hesitant about booking this hotel, well don't be it really is a fabulous hotel.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The whole aesthetic of the apartment and gardens within the hotel were gorgeous. The rooms were really spacious and clean and the views were lovely. Our room was right next to the terrace, we would have preferred a pool view as it could be quite awkward if people were sat on the terrace but the view of the garden within the hotel was also gorgeous for the price we paid. The food was also amazing and there was lots of variety. There was a different cuisine each night which was perfect for us. There was also a poolside DJ a couple of days in the week with happy hour between 3pm and 5pm which we made the most of. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do more for us! We will deffo be paying a visit to this hotel again, the best in Playa Las Americas!

We had a fab stay at vanilla gardens, perfect small boutique style adults only hotel. Central location to bars and restaurants etc. Everywhere is lovely and clean and cleaned regularly which is a must for us. Sun loungers are super comfy and pool a perfect temperature, yes there is building works outside the hotel but nothing they can do about this, once you get used to the noise you forget it’s there! Could possibly have some music around the pool during the day to maybe drown out the noise and for a nice chilled vibe not just the DJ at the weekends. Staff were all lovely and attentive throughout. Only thing to bear in mind if having a late flight is there is no courtesy room, but we managed to get late checkout and they are accommodating if they can be. All in all cannot fault our stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, we only ate breakfast which was good with plenty of choice. There is building work going on next door, but this didn’t bother us at all. Very impressed that you could get a sun bed round the pool no matter what time you turned up. The area around the hotel is dirty, but not the hotels fault, it’s situated very close the Veronica *****, but we heard no noise in the hotel. The air con is very poor, we actually thought it wasn’t working. When I asked at reception one evening, the guy asked me to call back in 15 minutes, which I did…..he’d gone home for the night leaving the security guard who couldn’t help. I wouldn’t come here in the height of summer as the room would be unbearably hot.

We stayed at the Vanilla Garden for 5 nights. We were greeted at the reception with a smile and a complimentary glass of Cava. Every member of staff are so helpful. From the staff in reception to the cleaners and the poolside staff. Our room were modern, fresh and very clean. The breakfast area was very well laid out and had a great variety to choose from. I have to say about the work at the back of the hotel. It is very minimal and didn't impact us whatsoever. The pool area is just so relaxing. Happy hour everyday between 4pm to 5pm. So if your looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of class. This is the hotel. Special thanks to Julie for making our stay so special!

Lovely Boutique hotel, stayed for a week. Was very relaxing, yes there is building work going on but a set of earphones sorted that out, didn't annoy us. Food was ok the breakfast was the best. towards the end of the week we did eat out a few nights. Hotel was clean and the rooms done everyday. Though a lot can be said for outside the hotel, the place looks like its never clean. (not much the hotel can do about this). The only bad points was - Mini bar - we didnt use it and ask could they not just empty it so we could put our own water and juice in it to keep it cold, But the lad said he couldn't, when checking out they tried to charge us for 2 bottles of fanta, and when said we did use the mini bar at all the guy was very nice and just took the 2 bottles of the bill. NO COUNRTESY ROOM- for a 4 start hotel you would think they would have a courtesy room for people with a late pick up. We went the day before checking out to ask about a late check out to be told, "come back in the morning at 9.30am and we can check for a late check out and if not you can use the courtesy room" We decided not to pay for a late check out and only use the courtesy room. So went to check out at 12 and then was told NO we dont have a courtesy room and the guy from the day before shouldn't have told you this!!!!! And if we like there was showers beside the pool (the pool Showers) we can use to shower in and a loo also to change in!!! Our pick up was 7.55pm. In the end a late check was sorted and we paid for it with a small discount. Over all great wee holiday veru close to everything and staff all very nice.

When we arrived we were very kindly greeted by Mario-he was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink! Other staff we encountered were also lovely and polite. The room was beautiful-very modern and spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night too! The pool was a perfect temperature-probably the best temperature I’ve experienced at an hotel-and the sun loungers were really comfortable. The pool area was very clean also. The cocktails at the pool bar were so nice! Breakfast was really good too-I loved the chocolate fountain! The only constructive criticism I would have was that the choice at dinner was a bit limited. So if I was to book again I would probably go for B&B rather than half board. But other than that this was a lovely hotel and it was in a great location too! We had a very nice time here :)

What an amazing stay! Couldn't recommend it enough. Anything you need the staff are more than happy to help. It's a chilled relaxed atmosphere around the pool - none of the annoying cheesy pool side entertainment like other adult only hotels - that's just not for us. There was some construction works going on behind the hotel but it didn't start too early or finish too late. The men in your life will enjoy watching them like me Cocktails, hally hour, breakfast, dinner and a la carte menu was all delicious! Highly highly recommended

I'm going to start with the bad stuff first the noise from the ongoing building work that is happening about 25 meters from the hotel it's constant from 7.30 am to 8/8.30pm there is no entertainment at night and the food is very limited and basic. On the plus side the staff are really friendly and helpful the rooms are of a decent size and are cleaned daily the pool is OK not too big but not small either not that we used it because of all the noise from the building work.

Had a lovely stay, a special thanks to the massage team who sorted my back issue.,.best massage..very clean,,staff are excellent,very helpful. food was really nice...definitely be booking here again. Not far from the night life and the beach. P.S there's a little gym
