Had a lovely stay, a special thanks to the massage team who sorted my back issue.,.best massage..very clean,,staff are excellent,very helpful. food was really nice...definitely be booking here again. Not far from the night life and the beach. P.S there's a little gym

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful hotel, it's small but perfectly formed, the rooms are modern, clean and well equipped, including a fridge, kettle and microwave, lovely comfy beds, great rainfall shower. I loved the pool area with heated pool and jacuzzi, also has a small gym, the most comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant was also lovely, a proper restaurant, not like the canteen style you get in most hotels. Very friendly chef that made lovely freshly cooked omelettes every morning. I would not stay any where else in tenerife. We got a free bottle of wine for being returning customers

Hotel Spotlessly clean and maintained, very friendly for disabled persons with lifts and ramps. Food Constructive feedback: If I was to rebook would be on B&B basis. Evening meals are nothing like what’s displayed on the room tv and found it hard to eat having to go out for food! Rafael at breakfast is very friendly and makes great eggs or omelettes. Staff Brilliant, Rene and the team very welcoming and friendly, always happy to assist. Cleaning team always leave clean rooms and do not touch belongs so very safe. Pool Lovely and clean, posh loungers that opens at 9am so no early morning towel wars. However, there are people placing towels on more than one location of beds to dictate sunshade and shade when it becomes a little warm for those. This needs to be monitored as paying customers had to walk away due to not being able to get around the pool. Overall 4.5 out of 5 from us just the evening meals let it down. Would highly recommend a visit as the eating options may suit others unfortunately just didn’t suit me. But thank you Rene and team for a great stay and a wonderful first experience in Arona!

This hotel was fabulous, the staff were super friendly and helpful, overall clean place, pool was super clean and the pool beds are so comfy! Breakfast was lovely, dinner was hit and miss but overall nice food! Would definitely recommend to friends/couples and family’s for a nice relaxing break.

The property was spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels & bedding. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts and lunch were excellent with a very good choice. We never had dinner but spoke to a few people who enjoyed the evening menu. Pool area and jacuzzi were very tidy and there was always spare sunbeds around the pool. Gym area well equipped. There is some building work next door and this is quite loud at times and also being close to the Veronica ***** the music is also quite loud at night although this can only be heard if you are in the balcony or garden areas of your room - once doors / windows closed it's quiet. All in all a very good stay and good value for money - just a pity about the building work next door but not a fault of the hotel.

4th time here - this time wasn’t as good as previous . This is mainly due to the building works outside which were noisy and when the drilling was being done unbeatable. We were there this time last year and the building works were not as bad but they are now directly outside the rear of the hotel. The hotel should have put some music on the help kill the noise at the pool but nothing at all. It appears to have lost some of its vibe with no music at all - they used to have a DJ on a couple of days a week. Also lots more older guests 60 plus this may be the reason. The area itself appears to have got worse being so close to the ***** and the amount of times I was offered coke was unbelievable..

My friend and I are just back from a lovely holiday at this fabulous little hotel. Everyone works very hard and are always cheerful and helpful. The room was really nice, such comfy beds and the best shower and all so nice and clean. It’s a short walk to the seafront, shops and bars but so very peaceful and calm. A little oasis! We stayed half board and loved all our meals, there’s something for everyone beautifully displayed and hot. We received an email from Tui about the nearby building work and considered changing to another hotel but are so glad we didn’t.( Hardly noticed anything) All in all a really good holiday. Thank you and see you again soon.

Wonderful hotel, tucked away but so near to all the attractions of Americas. This hotel is a great little find. Adults only and just 108 rooms. It’s really quiet and the garden and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. We emailed ahead and asked for a room on the top floor with afternoon sunshine and that’s what we got. Glass of fizz at check in ..Comfortable beds and a great shower. We paid €21 for the safe for eight nights. We stayed half board, the breakfast is great, everything you want including a friendly egg man/lady. There’s a bottle of fizz available on the bar to accompany your breakfast ! The evening meal had a great selection of hot and cold food and in addition, two specialties cooked to order each evening, usually fish and pork. We usually had the red wine and it was great at €3.60 a glass. You could buy a bottle and save some for the next day, which is a nice touch. There are plenty of comfortable sun sofas, some people did get up early and reserve them, but we found that the beds on the right hand side of the pool didn’t get sunshine until around lunchtime and you could always get one of those which suited us fine. There’s a happy hour from 4-5 in the bar (cocktails and beer ) which isn’t really advertised so make the most of it ! We walked to Los Christianos and Adeje, but can highly recommend getting a bus to Playa San Juan. Turn left out of the hotel and walk to the top of the road, the TITSA bus no.473 takes about an hour but you get to see the other resorts. Just Google the timetable and it shows you the stops…it’s a quiet little fishing town. We had lunch at a great little bar on the front… Tasca El Aljibe - at Avenida el Emigrante. Delicious warm bread with dips, we shared two very generous tapas - delicious cheese croquettes and tuna salad, we had two beers and six glasses of good white wine all for €38.70, fantastic value. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in America’s.

What a lovely reception we had on entering the hotel and throughout our stay The hotel is a little oasis down at the pool is a proper subtract We enjoyed breakfast and dinner every evening very tasty and the staff are all polite friendly and efficient

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, but a special shoutout goes to the chef who prepared breakfast omelets. Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning.
The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained. If you’re planning to lounge by the pool all day, be aware there’s some nearby construction that could disrupt the peace. However, since we spent most of our days exploring, this didn’t bother us at all.
Do note that there’s live music in the evenings until 10:00 PM, so if you prefer an earlier night’s sleep, it’s something to consider.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
