Hotel is very basic, though the location is very good and staff is very nice.

A couple recommendations to the hotel
Please provide microwave, ice and a kettle for hot water at some common place such as the restaurant so that people who are used to these amenities can use them. It will of great help.

Also please let the temperature set up to 22. I was ok with 24 however it can be humid sometimes and some people like 22.

Carpet had stains but was vacuumed and seemed clean. Again, that can be improved with a good carpet stain cleaning wet vacuum.

Great room. Could use a little upgrade, like the leaking tap in the bathroom or the furniture in general. Service was okay, a bit confusing but I guess he was training. Everybody has to learn. Overal nice place to be.

Nice and solid hotel, the location for Palma is absolutely great, very central and you can do everything by foot. Parking is paid, we paid around 20€ for 24h and is just close by.

Great place, super efficient and friendly staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms, huge beds, safe, small fridge, lot of windows, but you can pull the heavy curtains over them if you prefer darker ambient, TV, Wi-Fi, lots of place to sit. Everything that one needs. Overall a great experience, and not to mention it's location is perfect.

Location is excellent, rooms are clean, spacious and good equipped, staff very polite and friendly. I can only recommend this hotel and thank to the personnel for a great hospitality

A very cute place very close to the Palma's heart. You will find all what you need around. Just less than 100 meters away from the bus, the metro, the train... This is the best point you could have for any logistics. If you are great traveller... This is your hotel !!!

I disagree with the moaners, I especially love the time travel feeling, also I pretty satisfied with the breakfast, good selection of fruit and bakes, even for me on a vegan diet was fine.
