Everything was really good, from the food, rooms and super friendly staff.

I have just a small thing to mention, this is just my personal opinion. By the Bar, there was just German songs, I respect everyone and I understand that in this area are a lot of Germans, but I am comming to Spain, to enjoy your culture and music, not to hear German Schlager Music 😅.

Stayed for 6 nights — first night we were placed in between two very busy rooms occupied by young men who got very drunk and were loud both in their rooms and balconies at 4am. We had to request to be moved rooms and the young men were warned by the night staff to be quiet. The other 5 nights were absolutely fine and they accommodated our request to be moved very well and professionally.

Food and dinner: We are vegetarian so we notified the hotel well in advance and they assured us that we would “be taken of”, but unfortunately vegetarian options lacked. The hotel did offer salad and some pasta and but options were predominantly meat and fish dishes. The salad bar was perfect and fresh, but having this and chips for dinner every single night did tire eventually and left for more to be desired. Breakfast was perfect and provided plenty of options for meat and vegetarian people. Service in the restaurant was average and not the best. We were forced to purchase drinks during the evening meal, they refused to serve us tap water and said “bottled” is all we got which put us off a bit. Whenever I ordered a beer I had to explain in 2 different languages what I wanted so they would understand even though I said the brand name of beer they had in stock. Breakfast they offered tap water and fresh juices, very strange? Dishes were not labelled properly and was unsure what ingredients were in the food. Unsure if any meat? fish? or allergens? They had labels on limited dishes when every dish should be labelled appropriately and should be improved.

Location was perfect, very close to the beach and close to bars but far enough not to be disturbed by loud music and the hustle and bustle, also close to bus stops for connections to the city and other locations.

The room was very clean, room turnovers happened daily and no issues at all, cleaning staff was very friendly.

Pool was perfect, always clean and always had chance to use a sun bed and a quiet nice pool bar open until midnight.

I did have to rate 4 stars, removed 5th star because of the food and service in the restaurant but the service elsewhere in the hotel was great and all in all ended up being a great stay.

The breakfast and dinner had less options but were good options and tasted really good. The only issue why this is not a 5 star service is that we booked a taxi for the airport but 20 - 30 minutes later the taxi was still not there so we almost missed our flight and had to book and uber

We stayed here 4 nights and we enjoyed so much. Very professional services. 5 stars for Marina 😊 she was very friendly and helpful.
