Absolute shambles of a hotel, nothing going on for kids, spider man from temu dancing for about 20 mins at 9pm then it's like a morge full of old people dancing.
Nothing around the area what so ever. Rooms are tiny with door handles falling off.
Food is basic to say the least, u have to book at restaurants which we never got told and got told to leave ever after one of the staff took out drinks order didnt even let us have our drinks. Construction works going on with power drills going full ham at 15:30 by the pool area while everyone is trying to chill.
Never again will I stay here it's horrendous. Only good thing is the pool is a massive other than that it's a 2☆ at most.

Absolutely loved the holiday great staff great food only downfall is that for some reason we can’t seem to book a holiday as a 4 as my daughter has turned 13 it doesn’t seem to allow holidays, but if you change the age to 12 years of age it allows it. we’ve tried everything to try rebook for may 2025 but to no avail gutted isn’t the word. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking at booking a stay their.

Just came back from 10 nights here, we had a great first family holiday and made many memories. Like other reviews the rooms are not very spacious but you don't spend alot of time in there would have been nice to have a kettle to have refreshments whilst in the room before opening of the bar or restaurant. Food was ok with alot of choice but struggled to get my 4 year old to eat much all week which was stressful. The other spanish guest can be rude and will push in line for the food or for drinks and lifts would sometimes shout at you if you went to get in the lift with them and would also just push into when walking past you which is not really the hotels issue but was a little bit of a dampener on most days.
You cannot use balls or lilo in the pools at all which I seen alot of people buying from the shops and then children disappointed when they got told they can't use them. The entertainment was mainly Spanish which we didn't mind but would have been nice to have a little more English as our son was not interested, we did enjoy the Spanish culture but would have been nice to have a little more for English there to.
The gentlemen on the restaurant doors where very polite and always made and effort with our son as did the cleaners always greeting us and can't fault the cleanliness of the room each day we went back to a lovely clean room and they worked so hard all morning for hours on end.

Don’t let reviews put you off. The hotel is super clean and we’ve had a super lovely time. Went with 2 children 7/2. The pool is lovely and has a great kids one and water slides for older ones. so many sunbeds etc regardless of time you can get one. Although if you want one by the pool like most places in the world you have to get up early 🤣. It’s right on the beach, it’s more shingles but soft to walk on and we had fun finding shells. We decided to upgrade to a suite as I had read reviews on the rooms and it was so spacious with 2 balconies definitely worth the money. Regards to all inclusive there are 2 levels. We just had the basic one but found the options during the day were fab, we had a choice of ice creams, such as magnums/twisters/ice lolly’s bags of crisps slushies milkshakes all included so great for the kids. Burgers/hot dogs by the pool etc. not much to do in local area but for a bit of sun and beach/pool fun it was great.

Do not let the reviews put you off. You must come here. We have had the best week. 40 mins transfer, drop off right outside. Amazing atmosphere. We have two children 5 & 8. They have had so much fun. Lots of slides big and small. Deep pools, shallow pools. Salt water pools. Didn’t have any issues with loungers there is thousands. Very friendly staff. Yes lots of Spanish family but who cares? They are fab! you learn a lot of the language from them. Kids club every night at 9. Super fun! Lovely entertainment, Spanish and English. Singers, dancers. We would definitely come back here. Well worth the money.

Location was a little bit far out from main town but it was on the beach front and had lovely views. Hotel was huge, lovely and clean. Zoraida Garden was Moroccan inspired and Zoraida Park was more chic

Rooms slightly small. No music by the pool during the day which is a slight let down. Good food choice and staff accomadating. Plenty for children to do.

Very nice stay for a family! Good food and very very great variety of food. Always diffrent kind of meat/fish, and then for picky eaters there is a variety of simple food like hot dogs, pizza, pasta.. very kid friendly. Along with three different restaurants in the hotel garden. The pools are GREAT! awsome for kids you can spend a whole lot of time in the garden just eating, drinking and playing.
Although the house itself or the rooms could be better updated and cleaned a LITTLE more we had a very nice time there. The only downside is that the play time room and activities/shows are all spoken in spanish so the kids didnt spend a lot of time there - but there was no need though. The beach is also nearby.

Fab holiday - the rooms are spacial and we were even fortunate to have a view over the sea! The food is great and there is lots to choose from. We dined a couple of nights at the A La Carte restaurants, the Mediteranian is by far the best! The pool wasnt too over crowed and there were always sun beds available. The evening entertainment was the prefect way to end a day especially with a cocktail or two!
