✨Fantastic Stay at the Best Sabinal – Highly Recommended✨ We recently stayed at the Best Sabinal and had an amazing experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. The cleaners in particular deserve special praise — they did an absolutely fantastic job every single day. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and it was especially impressive...
We've just returned from 9 nights all inclusive, and it's one of the best 4 star hotels we've been to. I don't give many hotels 5 stars so it goes to show how good this place is The food, as some mentioned was quite samey at times, but there were that many options overall, it didn't bother us. Lunch and dinner had live stir fry cooking and that was a particular hit. Normally on all inclusive holidays...
Great hotel but rooms are a little small and narrow. Could do with some drawers installing inside on side of the wardrobe to help organising clothes instead of loving out of a suitcase. Breakfast is brilliant, good choice and really nice omelettes. We had evening meal once and found the options plentiful and tasty. Plenty of room by the pool (that was colder than the sea!) Spa was relatively cheap...
Upon arrival, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The receptionist was very polite and helpful with the checking in process and we soon had our room numbers and all inclusivre wrist bands. The rooms were very spacious , clean and tidy. We had a sea view room with balcony. The beds were very comfortable . The range of food for all the meals was great , there was a very good choice of hot meals ,salads...
We paid £550pp for 7 nights all inclusive including flights, luggage & transfers, so for that, it served its purpose for price paid and a week in the sunshine but this is definately NOT a 4 star hotel! Its in need of TLC throughout the hotel and day/night time entertainment is quite poor and what is planned does not run on time. All Inclusive drinks was a good selection and plenty of beds around the...
Recommended this place highly, nothing is too much trouble beautiful hotel and surrounding area staff wonderful. Will definitely return

With one day left , I thought I'd write a review. We stayed as a family of 4, our two girls aged 13 and 10. Cant believe some of the negative reviews, we have had the best stay!. The whole place is spotless, rooms cleaned everyday, always clean by the pool area. The first couple of days we did go down to the pool at 9am to grab sunbeds and umbrellas but with 4 of us we needed to make sure we had some...
We had a fantastic all-inclusive stay at this hotel in Almería. The entire property, including the pool area, was very tidy and well maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. There were...
We have just got back from a week at this hotel and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and quite big for the four of us, the beds were comfortable but we asked for extra blankets as the air con made it quite cold at night but we would rather have an extra blanket than be too hot! As others have said it's very Spanish and the staff don't always speak English but we always managed to communicate...
Very enjoyable stay. It was always possible to find a sun lounger if you go beyond the immediate pool area . The food was good, varied and plentiful. Yes the hotel and resort is very Spanish orientated compared to some of the more popular resorts but we found everyone friendly and staff helpful.
We have stayed at the Best Roquetas before and we keep coming back! We had a side sea view apartment with a nice balcony. The food in the restaurant was varied and tasty and the big lounge bar was open this year with reasonable prices. All the staff are warm and friendly and they really make you feel at home. A special mention to the cleaners and reception staff who are excellent. We will be back next...
What a fantastic hotel, superb spacious rooms with large balcony , food choice was excellent, themed nights in the restaurant, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and amazing staff to help with any concerns. Would highly recommend staying here, direct access to the amazing beach via a gate at the rear of the pool area, just swipe yourself in and out, mini golf , chess and table tennis available too

The location is super, right on the seafront. Welcoming and very helpful staff especially on reception. Gets very busy when groups arrive. Food was fresh, varied and plentiful. So much choice and amazing salads! Room cleaning was great. Two separate pool areas, one buzzing with activity and one much quieter - your choice Been here several times . Better now since ALUA ! Will be back!
Check in/check out The hotel is around 30 mins from Almeria airport or 2hrs 30 from Malaga airport. Check in is at 1400 and check out 1200. Late check out is available and there is a luggage room if needed We hired a car from the airport. Parking within the hotel car park is £20 per day or there is plenty of street parking. We never had an issue getting a space. Rooms- The hotel is set in 1 big...
Again a lovely 2 weeks here the staff all make us feel so welcome I take my parents who are both aged 88 years had a wonderful time and hope very much to see you all again in September the food was good plenty of choice our room was fabulous everybody goes out of their way to be helpful no complaints what so ever thankyou to all the staff
We have stayed at the Trinidad before when under Roc ownership. The new owners, Alua have made some improvements but it is far from being a four star hotel and doubt it ever will be. Upgrades have taken place in the lobby, outside pool areas and public bathrooms however everything else remains the same. Dated communal areas, canteen style cramped restaurant. The staff have improved (except a few)...
The room was a little deteriorated and the cleaning was regular, the buffet was very good but there was a misunderstanding with the parking for the motorcycle.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, nice large room with a sea view!!!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience , friendly and welcoming staff, good choice and quality of food, clean and comfortable rooms, clean and relaxing pool area. Right on the beach with cycle and walk paths.
What a fantastic hotel, food, location, facilities, staff all amazing We have just come home from an amazing week in this hotel, a short flight from the UK and a 45 minute transfer via coach. All really smooth travelling as a family of four with two young children. The location Outstanding, right on the beach (very small pebbles not sandy) a short walk to some nice shops and redone way and the...
Loved this hotel! My little boy had the best time, due to him been autistic it took a while for them to get use to him and we did feel a little ignored at first and had to mention it to the rep because at one point the staff was talking about us and it even made other guests uncomfortable. It is a lovely hotel, nice and clean, I went the middle of October and just a pre warn they start to pack up the...
What a fantastic hotel the staff, rooms and food all amazing. Great choice of food and drinks. Sunbeds are always available throughout the day not one of those places where people are putting towels out at 5am. The beach is 2 mins away accessible via the pool area. Definitely recommend and will be going back again soon 👍
Very pleasant stay. Hotel was very clean throughout, always cleaning staff around. Reception and bar/food staff all very helpful and pleasant. Their English much better than my Spanish. Great location, right on the sea front, some shops and cafes in walking distance, don’t expect staff at these to speak English, why should they? Pool area had plenty of space, great for kids with a quieter area over...

Lovely relaxing holiday, this hotel is very clean and rooms spacious and well equipped for a stress free stay, fridge with water and soft drinks topped up everyday, safe included at no extra charge which was good. Nice surprise when a birthday cake arrived at the door for my husband which was a complimentary gift from the hotel. Majority of staff friendly and helpful especially the reception staff...
We have just returned from a 7 night stay with a party of 5, with two suite rooms. On arrival one of our rooms were upgraded to a sea view suite a pleasant surprise! Our rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained all week, the free soft drinks were an added bonus. The outdoor pools were lovely and clean but freezing for this time of year. The indoor spa was lovely and relaxing! The staff can...
We are returning guests and have always been very happy with the overall quality and service at this Hotel. Good location, friendly and welcoming staff, some have been there many years. Food is varied and very good. We shall return again next year hopefully.
A beautiful hotel, just across the road from the beach. You can hire sun-beds for €5 a day. The pools are amazing and have a spa end. Sunbeds are allowed to be reserved from 8am, so the best ones go quickly. We thought this was very unfair. Be careful of the lazy river, as it is over 2m deep in parts. The staff are very friendly and all speak English. Lovely big rooms, but quite dark this time of year...
We had a lovely time here, staff were fabulous and friendly always cleaning and polite.Room was good and mini fridge with free soft drinks replenished daily..Food was good and something for everyone, definitely could not go hungry and the Asian restaurant was good as well with great staff..Reception staff were great and a few problems with the room were fixed in half an hour.Few things we didn't like...
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, myself, partner and two children, aged 6 and 3. Absolutely amazing hotel, from arrival, we were completely made to feel welcome. Having stayed in many 4* hotels I would say that this is more 3 star. We booked a double sea view room. There are no te-coffee making facilities in the room but you can hire a kettle for 25Euro’s… you literally get a kettle, had to go back down and ask for cups which have still not arrived. The difference between a suite which our friends got upgraded to is so different, we have been left feeling like...
Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it . Very noisy. Dreadful pillows. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times. Pool toilets not very clean, some staff rude, some nice. Not a lot of English speaking, but I get that we are in Spain. But it was hard at times asking for things. No tea and coffee in room was disappointing...
We have just come back from a 9 night stay here. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked a beach suite which made life alot better as a family of four. The room was massive with a walk in wardrobe which was great. There was a large bath in the room which the kids loved. The pool was excellent, plenty of area to enjoy and a great area for the kids. There was plenty...
Nice hotel, but dated. Not really for English. TS geared up for the Spanish as it said in Jet2 letter when we arrived that it's where the Spanish go to holiday. The staff were great, but guests were rude, pushed in & felt like they just did not like or want us there. The pool is 1.4m shallow end and 2.4m in middle. So most of the big pool is empty because you can't stand up! Entertainment is all for...
Back again since 2018 to Playacapricho hotel. It's our 10th year coming to a playa senator hotel. PLAYABALLENA, PLAYACARTAYA, PLAYACANELA AND ALMUNECAR PLAYA OUR LAST VISITS to this great hotel chain. Me and my 8 year old son went here August 15-22nd We absolutely loved it!!! Great hotel for kids… so much to do The slides were amazing he loved it So many things to do in the day Evening entertainment was great but in Spanish mostly lol But food was fresh & yummy! Kids loved breakfast too Beach is 2 mins away Amazing!!
Excellent week spent here for 2 adults and one 12 year old. Would recommend the hotel. Food was good and varied. Some guests piled their own plates with food e.g prawns or cookies and then used them as a buffet at their own table and then ended up leaving them so that was a waste and meant there was none left for other guests but not sure what hotel staff can do about that. Hotel staff were friendly...
We stayed in a beach suite for over €200 a night, so we expected a bit more comfort. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and gave us back pain after just one night. The overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit cold – the staff wasn’t very welcoming or informative. It’s also a shame that we weren’t allowed to take breakfast to the beach suite, and that there’s no room service included. That would...
It is undoubtedly a good hotel, although at first sight it seems like it doesn’t deserve its four stars. The rooms are old-fashioned and the bathrooms are old. Some windows were broken when we arrived and the water smelled slightly. It’s not very cosy, however, it has some advantages which are hard to ignore. The rooms are very warm in winter but dispose of air conditioning so it’s easy to keep them...
Hotel Playasol is one of the nicest in the locality. It has a beautiful garden with swimming pools, an aqua park and a bar. The rooms are beautifully cleaned daily, the food is delicious with lots of seafood and fish. The location of the hotel offers beautiful walks along the coast. The sea captivated us. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
Booked through Love Holidays, app great no problem. Smooth sailing. Beach is very close with a nice promenade with shops etc Hotel has everything expected Prob was we were literally the only English people here & as English people who don’t speak/understand Spanish we struggled. Very good hotel if you have kids. Swimming pools full of activities and slides. Downside is that there is not enough area to swim as it is mostly closed for slides, but expected if you come with kids. Clean rooms and big. A Hidden Gem for an Amazing Holiday! While this hotel is clearly a favorite among Spanish guests, don't let that deter you – it's a genuinely friendly and welcoming spot that offers a fantastic holiday experience for everyone. The food is absolutely amazing, with a wonderful variety of different dishes offered every day. Everything is clearly labeled in both Spanish and English, making it easy to...
The breakfast experience was disappointing — intense and stressful. It was difficult to find a table, the space was cramped, and there were long queues for pancakes and eggs. The food quality was low overall, clearly just packaged grocery items unpacked and arranged nicely. The bread I had was extremely hard, at least a day old and poorly preserved. The air conditioning in the room was weak and ineffective...
This was great value for all inclusive 13-20th October 24. The room was spacious with two large double beds. Didn’t use the balcony really overlooked a flat roof and apartment block. Just leaving from 7 nights here and honestly apart from a couple of little niggles which were no fault of the hotel, I really can’t fault it. Just enjoyed 5 days here with family. The hotel is 4* although I have stayed at much better 3*s. I think the pools give it the extra star. Went with my husband and son (4) and had a good time. I've been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and I think this is one of the best for what you get. Branded ice creams/ icelollies, Estrella on tap and branded soft drinks and spirits. You can go to snack bars at the different cusine restaurants in the day but only until 6pm for silver package customers (seems Jet 2 customers) you cannot go in them...
We travelled with Jet2 to this hotel as a family of four. This hotel is primarily Spanish guests, not a problem at all but they were entitled to more areas of the Hotel than the British Jet 2 package allows. For instance, the British Jet 2 package did not allow entry into one of 3 el carte restaurants past a certain time. The room is small and cramped for four people. It comprises a small fridge...
Visited as a family of 6 (3 generations) in early July. As previous reviewers have stated, the hotel had predominantly Spanish guests so a few words of Spanish were very useful and appreciated by the staff. This is our 3rd time coming to this hotel and the 1st time since all Covid restrictions have been lifted. As a British person who lives in Spain I really like this hotel compared to hotels that specialize more to British clients. Because the buffet opens late but for the Spanish customers they eat even later so I can walk straight in without having to wait. I have lunch at 13 and there is not line...
Great hotel 1 hour from the airport Beautiful hotel, big rooms with big beds Lovely powerful shower, great views from our balcony. Beautiful massive beach next to the hotel. Solid 4-star Spanish hotel with great pools and beachfront location. Pools and slides are a big plus, especially for families. However, the hotel gets very crowded – long queues in the restaurant mean you need to go early to avoid waiting. Food is repetitive, with a few basic gluten-free options. Branded ice cream and bottled drinks are a nice touch. Unfortunately, bar staff were often unfriendly,...
Great location beach front BUT hotel does not have a private beach, need to pay €10 to use beach chairs and parasols. Beach is small pebble not sand. Having read back on British reviews I was concerned that we may be treated differently by the staff. However, I noticed that the owner was responding to the negative reviews in question and clearly is passionate about the customer experience, and let me tell you: the staff were all fantastic and we didn’t experience any negativity from them. My advice to any brits going would be at least learn some...
All inclusive not worth the money. We liked the staff as all of them were very friendly and helpful. Food was very similar every day. Friendly and helpful. Lovely room and place to stay. Great restaurant around the corner for dinner. Very close to the tourist attractions. Breakfast was a little boring, but ok.
Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall we found our stay to be excellent. The room was clean, modern and spacious but would have benefitted from a ceiling fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms. The staff was very nice . Food was delicious
No lift from the parking lot so 20 stairs to climb which is inconvenient. No parking on street for check-in -also inconvenient. Buffet is more limited than comparable resorts up the coast.
Good location south of the town and port areas. Could walk along the promenade both directions, so visited the natural park area too. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. Booked this hotel through Love Holidays for a week in August school holiday. It was appealing because we could get a spacious 2 bedroom apartment for one week for £1000. We had a great time at this hotel! We visited Thursday through Sunday, Semana Santa at the end of March. Just got back after 7 nights All Inc at this hotel. Food was good my waistline can vouch for that, lots of choice for adults, kids buffet not as good The location was great close to beach, bars and shops. The local bus service is excellent for getting around if you want to leave the pool which is clean and tidy. We did have a couple of issue with our room but these were resolved quickly by the staff...
Very attentive staff at all times, especially the director, who I saw him solve various unforeseen incidents on the fly and with great results. Very varied and good food. Animation group also good, both for adults and for children. Without a doubt, we will repeat.
Magnificent treatment of the staff. All the workers are very attentive, especially the director, always aware of everyone and everything, trying to provide solutions to unforeseen events. Varied food. We will repeat again!!
The old room needs a reform. In the dining room and other common areas there is no stopping the heat that it is. In the room, however, the air conditioning is good as well as noisy. The food rich and varied, be careful that the dining room drains. The animators Willy and Fabian SUPERB. The pool a bit dirty. What we liked least, if your room faces the pool, forget about sleeping until the last person...
Food variety and quality very bad, worst of all hotels I’ve been yet With full board not even tap water. Rooms good with a view. Very helpful staff at desk in by the pool animator Willy is the best. Pool area vety nice

We had the thematic room 454, which is perfect. Comfy double queen beds next to each other- that makes it a great family bed, large enough for all! Across from the submarine bunk beds! Two bathrooms- with all amenities. Walk-in closet. The pool is too small if the hotel is at capacity but the ocean is 5min away. Location is good. Many shops and restaurants and of course next to the ocean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. No time to get bored, especially children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are not too many people from England. Most of Spain and For this it is so nice. No need to run in the morning To book sun loungers
Very kind staff the bedroom was lovely interactive room for kids 2 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe. Amazing pools. I was sick and they gave me my own personal meals, how kind is that? Overall really good.
The Diverhotel is an older hotel, which is spotlessly clean, well run with friendly staff. A lovely spot for those with young families, too quiet for teenagers. The resort has a beautiful beach and a long promenade, beautifully maintained. We love it here, would definitely come back.
The food was good, I guess you can call it traditional Spanish food with some splashes from England (read bacon, eggs, beans and sausages). The guests was mostly Spanish family's with children. Poolbar had some food and some snacks. Few drinks and some alcoholic beverages.

Awesome ambiance. It offers free WiFi, 24 hr reception. Mediterranean Sea beach is in walking distance from hotel. Don't miss to see live performance at cocktail and dining area.
This hotel is very good considering the area it is located in. Location is right on the beach and the pool area is lovely. The ambiance and furniture feel like you have stepped back in time. Bathrooms are renovated and in very good shape. Breakfast buffet is good with an egg station.
Good hotel with helpful reception and friendly staff. Decor and bedding is a little dated but the rooms are clean and spacious. Entertainment is aimed at a more mature clientele and also, understandably, at Spanish customers. All in all a good place to stay and enjoy the resort.
Nice beachfront hotel. Amazing value considering location and what you get for your money. Luxurious it is not, but friendly, comfortable and perfectly adequate for a lazy beach holiday.
Well located and good buffet @ dinner and breakfast. Nice prominade to walk along too ?
Very nice hotel at the quieter and mire pleasant end of Roquetas. Excellent breakfast and dinner with freshly cooked food and plenty of choice. Excellent range of wines available. Rooms were plenty big enough and had a fridge.

The price of the room with breakfast is unbeatable. Perfect for a one-night stopover, but not more. It’s possible to park in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We saw the rooftop pool from a distance, it looked nice with a beautiful view, but it was full of children
Overall, this hotel was very good value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was spotless. While the furniture is a bit dated, the room itself was spacious and the bathroom a good size. The location is convenient too, just a short walk to Mercadona, Aldi, and the beach. Breakfast was quite basic, as you’d expect, but overall I had an enjoyable stay and...
Our room smelt badly of damp as the bathroom extractor did not work. We were upgraded to a family room. Hotel was clean but a little tired. Pool was a little run down. Breakfast was normal fayre. Good value for money as breakfast included.
Lovely time here, staff lovely
Unfortunately not long after we checked in we had to check out due to our daughter being ill, and as residents of Spain we took to back to our home. No issue with the hotel at all.
Only one night but breakfast buffet is super reception are great attentive got me a cab to airport in 5 minutes and at proper price less than 40 pounds if I am in roquettes again I will hopefully book there fantastic value for money

The Hotel Playalinda is one of two hotels that shares the facilities with another Hotel the Playa Sol. The Hotel Playalinda is definitely the better of the two hotels. From the moment you walk into reception it feels amazing. We had a family room and it was huge with two double debs. The bathroom is a good size and the balcony gave us views over the pool and water slides aswel as the beach and we could...
this complex its made by twin hotels opposite. its not worth it if you came along from Poland by tours. Dont pay 20k pln to stay 8 nights. its not worh it. its good if you are local. there is not enough sunbeds by the pool. Food and drinks are very good. good for locals or if you manage travel by yourself. let this picture describe it better than 1000 words. XD
Spent 7 days at Playalinda, and the level of service is nothing short of excellent (and I am generally picky). The food in El Patio is of very high quality. Always plentiful and fresh. The staff there works very hard to ensure the customer is satisfied. Special thanks to Samuel but everyone is very kind and helpful. The resort is definitely kids oriented. There are great pools and toboggans for the...
I Went to almeria for a week and stayed in playalinda .. spotless clean every single staff member was so nice we had bed and breakfast it was fabulous. They had lots of entertainment going on in the hotel, it’s a stone throw away from the beach and I’d highly recommend the spa they I had a facial it was to die for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Worth every penny We (family of 4) spent 11 days here , and from the beginning the reception team was friendly, welcoming and looking forward to help, nothing was to much trouble for this department. Food was great, plenty of choices, clean restaurant and once again friendly stuff. Crapes section clever and practical idea. Bar stuff, brilliant brilliant and I have to mention here Alejandro, Juan, Victor...
Toda la zona de piscina y toboganes. Muy bien adaptada para los niños, con bastante sombra y tumbonas.
