First time at a large hotel & all inclusive. Technically nothing wrong with hotel or food but 'NOT for ME. Food was samey every day. Worst thing was, no protocol in dining room, people stampeding all over place, two nights before we came home, management changed tack, so many people in 1st half of 3 hour slot, then rest of guests later on but still people showed no consideration for others. Excellent hotel, food very good. However there were so many children and babies in strollers that it was like living in a kindergarten. Meal times were utter chaos which was a pity as the staff worked really hard. Would come back but when it was quieter. Hotel closes in October and will not reopen till some time 2022.

Just spent an excellent break here. From reception staff, bar service and pool attendants, especially Gustavo, restaurant staff and room house service, all very friendly, helpfull and attentive. All the staff were really nice, and polite especially Pablo on the front desk. The room was very well cleaned every day. the food was really nice and lots of it. we had breakfast and dinner. the facilities were really well maintained.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights with two children age 1 and 3 years. We had asked in advance to have two children beds in our room and if we could have a room on the top floor.
