Don't let the negative views put you off this is a Superb Hotel with Friendly Staff and a Clean Environment, the food is in abundance and there is something for everyone if you can upgrade to a Superior Room they have sea views and are comfy. Give it a go it won't disappoint.

Not in my opinion 4 star, more suited to Spanish and I can speak a bit of Spanish, food average, staff friendly and appreciate a person who can speak a little Spanish location good but back street ness near hotel grubby, rooms need to be updated balcony woodwork needs replacing generally not up to 4 star standard. Jet2 rep brilliant don’t know her name but she is 4 star!!!

Allover we had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The beach is just a quick walk and you can rent 2 sunbeds and a hat for 10€ a day. You can also stay at the pool, just be on time to get a sunbed. They do also have entertainment/animation for those who like this.

don’t go here in the summer!! i’ve spent 7 days here and not ONCE has there not been someone waking me up. the food is well and truly gross, this shouldn’t be advertised as an all inclusive trip for english speakers. we had to sit at the back of the bar left out. if you want to go and get food that isn’t stale your need to walk in the blistering sun. good for kids, horrible for anyone who understands food hygiene and doesn’t want to sit in their room the whole of the holiday. there isn’t anything to do other than the pool, which had a child have an “accident” in and old man think that it’s appropriate to be fully nude, the beach, which is decent enough and sitting at the bar doing nothing but drinking. if you’re a teen or above i’d never recommend to go here.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is cooked well but repetitive. Pools are perfect for kids, but don't allow the floats they sell you in the gift shop. the area is quiet, no nightlife, and stoney beach with strong waves. Entertainment is poor, kids club 15 mins at 10pm followed by a poor quiz or bingo. No music or dancing throughout our 10-day stay unless you hijack their laptop..drinks are good for all-inclusive with top brands being served.

I had the Junior Suite and it was really nice and they let me take my bicycle in the room which is something I value a lot. The people at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The elevator was big enough to fit my bicycle.

We booked an all in for November. After booking, they cancelled the all in formula during our vacation period. This brings an additional cost of 1000 euros and so shortly before our vacation it is impossible to book another hotel

Just got back from this hotel it was very clean food and drink very good recommend all in inclusive we had lovely family holiday gran kids loved the pool and slides could do with more English entertainment we would book again. Staff very nice and friendly really helpful hope to see you soon thanks Mr Morris.
