Clean bedrooms. Smart friendly staff. Perfect place to relax. Food in need of improvement. Don't like to eat cheap hot dog sausage for breakfast.

Hotels dated and run down compared to others on the same road, Food was same each night luke warm and undercooked ate there twice the whole holiday.
Had to check out at 12 but the bus to airport was 5pm staff were rude each time we left and came back in as we were no longer guests.

Lovely room. Very helpful staff. The food was OK. Very Spanish which I liked but others in my party were not so easily pleased.
Most of the guests were Spanish and so I guess the food had to match.
The pork was probably the best item but the Rabbit was also superb.
The quite pool was really good and mostly quiet apart from the typical noisy English families with their inflatables.
Breakfast is from 0730-1030 and pool snack bar opens at 1100. The snacks are some of the breakfast items, bread cheese and meats, however they also do extra things some days like donner kebabs ( in a tortilla ) and crepes. Lunch is from 1300-1530 and its a big meal.
The Patio bar opens at 1730 but the air con didn't start until 2000 !!!
Drinks are massive, think house drams or triple measures.

Very nice Hotel**** with comfortable rooms, beatiful see view, delicious food and also the drinks (All inclusive). Good for kids as well, with funny animation/entertainment shows in the evening. Perfect for family holiday! ;-)

We came here to the Trinidad back in May 2017 and a large percentage of staff were excellent, and there is something that we loved about the place that's why we are back again at the end of august for 2 weeks again. Yes this hotel also as negatives, but gives a great family warmth that draws you back. The negatives are the signage on the food needs to be a lot better also get rid of all the cold rice and synthetic deserts and give fresh cream. That's why I gave a 4 star, has ta la vista and well done Trinidad.

Amazing place. Went on my first holiday with my boyfriend. Amazing facilities, with very friendly staff, who were very quick to fix any issues we had. The pools were great although we stuck to the quieter pool rather then the family pool. All the food was cooked well , with plenty of choice too. Drinks in the bar were all great quality too, not watered down at all. Couldn't fault it .
