Abora Interclub Atlantic by Lopesan Hotels

We have just enjoyed 10 amazing nights at the Abora as a family with 2 children. Everything was fantastic - the room, the pools, the restaurant, the entertainment. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the good vibes and music throughout the day and evening. We can't wait to come back with our friends! Thank you for a brilliant holiday 😊 We do not agree with negative reviews we have seen, some people just like to find problems with anything! Yes, there could be more shade (maybe some parasols?), but there are trees that provide shade so you can easily move your sunbed if you need to. We managed to find spots that could shade our youngest but still allow me to sunbathe.

Nice place with a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away, which is convenient. However, there are no umbrellas by the pool, which can be a bit inconvenient on hot days. They offer late check-out, but note that it costs an extra 10 euros per hour. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement

First off don’t listen to the bad reviews. This place is amazing. The rooms are bright we had a lovely view of the ocean line and the palms trees leading to the pool. We were all inclusive and i would say it’s worth regarding the drinks bar but personally the food was not it. It was mediocre and repetitive. But there it’s a self serve food bar and that it quiet nice. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The best part of our holiday had to be the animation team they put on shows every night and hosted the kids club they also were in in the morning doing activities for kids and adults they are absolutely brilliant so welcoming and warming always having the craic. Location is very secluded but taxi are always available and cheap. Would recommend solely on the animation team themselves!

Where I should start? The first thing: ignore all the negative reviews. There always will be moaners. So, my tip would be ignore it!
The check in procedure was very prompt and clear instructions have been provided by receptionist Ana S. We got offered dinner before heading to our room. Our room was located in block 5, room 5408. It's a standard double room with view of mountains and motorway. The complimentary bottle of water was also provided. The room had a funny sewage smell initially but it didn't bother us much. The shower is massive with shower gel, shampoo,hand wash supplied. The towels changed on daily basis. Room service and cleaning are excellent. Don't forget to leave tips for maids as it's back breaking job. The downside of shower room was that it's no ventilation.
The air con had no issues. Room supplied with the safe,but it's payable, 2€/day.
It was no issues with noise at all as well.
Food:gorgeous and delicious. Such a big choice. You'll never starve. Fresh fruits,bakery,themed nights,live cooking. Even picky eaters will find something.The waiting staff doing great job 👏 👍 Massive thanks to them all and chefs.
Drinks: Big choice of cocktails,spirits, self service beer and wine taps. Snack bar is the best. Big shout and thanks to Ali. The top man.
Pools: brilliant 👏 Not packed, with plenty of sunbeds and activities. No such a thing as sunbed war.Slides are suitable for all age groups.
Snack bar will not let you be hungry.

Entertainment: Daily activities are such good fun. Loved water polo and aqua fitness. The night shows are good fun. Girl called Jessica is very professional 👏
Location: Steepy, with easy access to local shops,bars and the beach ⛱️ Taxis also available for small charge

First time in Gran Canaria and first time on an all inclusive. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms get cleaned everyday. The food was good and lots of variety, pool bar also provides tasty snacks between meal times. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Yes the hill up back to the hotel is a bit of a pain but we can overlook that. Shuttle bus down to a different beach everyday and there are taxis outside the hotel that can be used as well. We had an amazing time for our first ever all inclusive ❤️

We had a lovely stay in this hotel with 2 children. I can say rooms are lovely and modern spacious, cleaned daily. It's easy to find a sunbed and shaded area if needed around hotel. Food is typical for all inclusive and tasty. Our favourite was Asian days.
We stayed in room 2252 which is near the pool and it wasn't noisy or loud in the evening. Entertainment team is great, their dance skills are top)

Great hotel! Very comfortable rooms, we got our towels replaced every day and they made sure to keep our items exactly as they were whenever they made the beds. The food was good and inclusive towards my friend and I’s dietary requirements. The entertainment and the pool were also great and able to accommodate the large number of guests comfortably, even though it was quite busy it never felt packed. The proximity to the beach and a bus stop that took us most places in the island was also very convenient. This is probably the nicest hotel experience I’ve ever had.
