Absolutely wonderful in ALL respects including value for money -- we did go off-season so it was not regular price. Our second stay there and top quality with friendly and knowledgeable people. Beautiful location.

Lovely experience in this eternal classic. Service was great, sublime views, comfortable rooms and above all, the taste of the classic hotels, the respect of tradition. 5* experience for a 4* star price. Will be back soon.

The most perfectly located hotel in the city.
The rooms have been fully renovated and the one we had had a fantastic view of the bay.
The bar downstairs is a great location to have a drink while watching the activity on the boardwalk

The views from the room were spectacular. The concierge was lovely and so helpful. Having coffee in the bar area overlooking the bay in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I did not stay at the hotel, but we did stop by for a drink at their bar, and we're glad we did. I recommend trying a Gin+Tonic with a gin called "Nordes". We were lucky to befriend one of the bartenders, Joseph, who couldn't have been more helpful. Not only was he able to tell us interesting background on the gin, but was also extremely helpful answering our questions about touring around San Sebastian, as well as providing restaurant recommendations. If you pass by, make sure to ask for him, he's exactly the kind of person you would want working for or serving you. We hope to be back.

A great hotel! Pricey but very elegant and with great staff. Enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend to others.

The staff at this hotel is very nice and very accommodating! We lost some luggage and the main concierge Leire deserves special note. She is an amazing person who spent a lot of time with us helping to deal with airlines and lost baggage etc. She has become a friend. Her recommendations for dinners and area knowledge of her city is the best you can get at any hotel in the world. 10 stars to Leire and thanks again for all the help !

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The service was great. The concierge was helpful with exploring ideas, dinner reservations, and a very early morning taxi booking. My room along the water was beautiful and so comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel with old world charm right on beach. Everything was perfect, but I accidentally left 2 dresses in the closet. The housekeeper (I think Francis) turned them in to Nuria at front desk and they forwarded them to me in Madrid. What fabulous service. We cannot wait to return to this magical place…this time I’ll check closets before we leave.

Everything was good, and especially the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. But the refrigerators in the cupboards - without heat exhaust - of each room is plain stupid. My room was always heated up, the drinks lukewarm, and even in the night I had to open the window to cool down. What a waste!
