Close from everything! I had a conference just across the street. Checking in was fast via whatsapp. Only thing we didn’t like was that they dont have iron. However, we were able to buy easily from some of the asian stores.
Parking garage is across the street and is safe. We left the car for three daty and costs 30 Euros per day.

Location is its strength. Rooms are clean and recently renovated with modern decor. No manned reception available, no basic supplies like a tea cup or kettle etc. Be warned, despite high price, many rooms have virtually no natural light or any outlook - get a confirmation of the exact room before booking, otherwise they can allocate you to a room lower than what you paid. Hotel rooms are only 1 level, apartments they don't control are above with poor acoustics.

Lots of bars and restaurants around. Beach and old town are 5min away. Nice room and perfect service. Amazing location! 5 ⭐

Avoid this hotel if you value your sleep. The apartments above the hotel have late night parties and the sound carries into the hotel below. The hotel staff were unhelpful and said I needed to pay for another room if I wished to move my room. They also lied about not having another room even though rooms could be booked online. They would not provide the manager’s details when requested. To be avoided if any of the above would bother you.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled. The rooms are very small. Ours looked out on an alley. Don’t be mislead by the website. The hotel is not on the beach, it is a few blocks away.

Superb location between Kursaal and Calle de Peña y Goñi, where great restaurants are located, much better than old center. Hotel is a bit old, and rooms a bit small(very clean) but if the objective is to experience San Sebastian, that is to eat great & to drink great while having fun, then it will suffice.

Location is outstanding and it's very reasonably priced. Perfect for a couple of days visit. However any longer and more comfort might be necessary. Very small hotel (12 rooms). Rooms are exceptionally basic but always spotless. Staff are very helpful. Be warned - the walls are paper-thin... You can literally hear everything! So if you are a light/medium sleeper then it's not the place for you. Even heavy sleepers (like me) will need ear plugs. Overall, quite well recommended for a weekend visit to SS.
