Hotel Taburiente S.C.Tenerife

The worst experience ever, the service attitude was extremely poor. I had already paid for the meal when I stayed there, and when I finished the meal, the waiter asked me to pay. I told her that the meal had already been paid, and she immediately changed her face and cursed in Spanish, which I couldn't understand. She said that my restaurant was not this restaurant, but somewhere else. I told her that I had told her my room number three times, and that I had been dining at the same restaurant for the past few days. If it was different today, she should have told me first. Later, I informed the manager, and I thought the manager would handle it fairly. Unexpectedly, the manager also said that I went to the wrong restaurant and had to pay the full amount. I explained that I had been at the same restaurant for the past few days, and I just needed to tell the waiter my room number, and that this was the waiter's problem. Unexpectedly, the manager said that I had to pay anyway. I couldn't explain it clearly, so I paid. However, I was really angry and disappointed. This was equivalent to paying for one meal twice. I was so disappointed with the manager's handling of the matter. I will never go to this hotel again in my life, and I will not recommend it. It is a very, very bad experience.
