We had a junior suite, which was spacious and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, it was not especially clean, which is why I cannot give a higher rating. There was a large stain on part of the floor, several stains on the walls, the drapes had holes in them, and the bathroom smelled of mildew. This is really frustrating because the room itself is modern and generally in good condition, and the staff are really good. If the room had been properly clean, this would easily have been a 5-star review. As it is, this one experience is enough for us to look to a different hotel the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Is clean and adequate.
I arrived fairly late and unfortunately there wasn’t anything in the nearby area to eat or drink but it is more a port town.
The hotel
Was everything that I expected and a great room for a very reasonable price
There were hairs hanging from the drain pipe under the sink. It looked very much like they had come from inside the outlet pipe.
There was an ironing service available, but no iron and ironing table to lend me. I arrived at 21:00 and didn't have time to wait for an ironing service.
Location is excellent for visiting Santa Cruz. Views from top floor are worth seeing. Parking in basement is well priced.
No coffee/tea facilities nor even a (complimentary) bottle of water in the room.
Breakfast is 18€ which seems scandalous to me.
