Is clean and adequate.
I arrived fairly late and unfortunately there wasn’t anything in the nearby area to eat or drink but it is more a port town.
The hotel
Was everything that I expected and a great room for a very reasonable price
The corridors had music playing, which was nice during the day, but it would be better if it was turned off at night as it could be heard in the room. Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying.
The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the relaxation area near our room in the corridor, where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, small desserts, and fruits.
I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and excellent service!
We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year.
This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.
- location is central and convenient
- rooms very good size (we had a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable)
- good powerful shower
- very good breakfast
- nice rooftop area with great jacuzzi and sauna facilities
- parking easy to access and reasonable cost
LOVED the lifts!
Some slight downsides for us:
- gym wasn't very well equipped (no dumbbells just kettlebells, only one of each cardio machine)
- selection at the bar quite limited and staff a bit unenthusiastic
- the area the hotel is in is very shopping oriented and can be noisy
Overall a good base and decent value
