Came here with my boyfriend for a quick 4 days away. Hotel is very basic but considering the price, we’ve had a pretty pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and we’ve had our rooms cleaned everyday. Entertainment was fairly decent. Room is spacious for just the two of us and was clean when we arrived. Notably, we haven’t eaten here though. All in all would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere...

We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. The kids loved the chocolate fountain night . The pool is nice and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were well used! Would recommend 🙂

Staff were friendly and helpful ,rooms were very basic you had to pay for hairdryers fridge safe. Food was not fantastic and room was not cleaned every day was half board so breakfast and dinner had drinks with breakfast but had to pay for drinks with dinner wasn't even water available unless you payed.

Me and my partner stayed here for 9 days and our experience wasn't super bad, but it wasn't great either. The rooms are clean but sparse, which is honestly not an issue at all. The only issue in my tour group was that music from the nightclub attached to the hotel kept some of our students/parents awake until late at night. We stayed in Papi Hotel for a football tournament, with my sons team. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient throughout our stay and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Best place ever everybody are so nice the staff and even the owners of the place were super and helpful also breakfast in the morning was excellent we will come back again its great for couples and family with children even for youngsters as well the place is modern spacious and spotlessly clean I would highly recommend

Great location by the beach and near clubs and shops. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately looking at the decor you feel like its a bit run down and in need of updating. Walls are really thin so you easily hear your neighbors. Transfer coach doesn’t drop you at the hotel so had to walk down the road and round the corner with hand luggage and cases n carrying a sleeping 6 year at 3am. This is a budget hotel, and the facilities reflect this. basic rooms, but clean with fresh towels and cleaning daily. The restaurant is a bit chaotic at breakfast, and food basic, but there was enough choice. Staff pleasant and hard working.

Very cheap price, but the room is slightly worn. Tip for travellers flying in at Costa-Brava: book an airport transfer in advance from third-parties, it is much cheaper than an Uber.
