The mini disco was great for the children, but the adults enjoyed it too. The evening shows which followed after the mini disco were from great quality. Thanks a lot to everyone working there

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the food was amazing and had so many choices. Staff are very friendly, I had ants in my room on the first day and they moved us with no problems

Also had a early departure and was able to have a cold breakfast at 2am. In an excellent location with so many shops/ bars restaurants and the train station is just up the road

We really recommend staying here. We probably will again in the future

I will be back with my children as this was a girls holiday

The location of the hotel is very good, 4-5 minutes walking from the beach with many shops and bars around. It’s a big hotel with a lot of people of different ages. Our room was in a quiet area of the hotel

There was also a small children's play area which was also nice, but the toilets near the swimming pool needs updating as it resembles those you find at railway stations

Beautiful place here by the beach, walking distance to train station and many shopping malls around. We can ride trains to see attractions. The breakfast is always wonderful

I just wish one thing for some smiles on the servers in the breakfast room, it seems like they are not happy! No smile, no English no good morning 😃🙃 very nice nice outdoor jacuzzis tub

Some days are windy and cold I wish to have an out door hot-tub here too

We opted for half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were pretty much the same every day and the food was always cold. There was a microwave so I always heated my food

There was a variety of juice, teas and coffees in the morning but you had to buy your drinks for dinner. I didn't attend any of the shows so I can't comment on these

Well done, Florida Park! The swimming pool, bedroom, and hotel areas are always very clean, with rooms consistently cleaned before noon - excellent service! The food included in the half-board option was acceptable, though it lacked the variety we experienced before 2019

Fantastic stay, everything was first class. The rooms were really clean and modern. Brilliant view of the pool and sea. Excellent entertainment, plenty of food choices and tasty cakes. Staff really friendly and helpful

From the minuses - water in the bathroom had too much chlorine , it smells like water from the swimming pool, no coffee machine or just drinkwater in the room. The coffee in the restaurant is bad , but in the bar is fine

It was absolutely manic around the pool and at meal times. Children were just running around the restaurant and nearly knocked my hot soup out of my hand. Definitely not a relaxing holiday

We were told on Saturday that we could have breakfast and lunch for the last day as we missed all the food and drink when we arrived, yet when we checked out they told us we only had breakfast left so we couldn’t have lunch and was not being picked up until 5pm so had to go pay for food so only really got 6 days all inclusive rather than 7 and when questioned they just said speak to your your agency...

Food was good, staff were really friendly. Great location, lots on in the local area. More options for kids food would be great, but having said that, can't complain about the quality of the food

Lovely hotel, friendly staff enjoyed water aerobics. Food very good should suit all tastes. Booked premium room over looking pool, very comfortable with free WiFi and pool towels

My daughter and I stayed here in August and had a really great time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the food had lots of choice

And, even though the kitchen had just closed they made us pizzas which we truly appreciated. The common areas were lovely, the pool area was beautiful

We preferred to spend our days enjoying the activities by the pool. Having said I wasn’t keen on the location, it is a handy place to stay if, like us, you choose to arrive by train or fancy a day trip to Barcelona

Staff working across all service areas in the hotel were very polite, courteous and helpful. Pool and entire area of hotel always very clean, tidy and welcoming, sun beds generally always available

The hotel implements a policy to prevent sun loungers being reserved with towels. Guests respected this during our stay and it was easy to get a lounger by the pool at any time of day

The beach is shingles rather than soft sand and the water gets deep quickly - not great conditions for the traditional beach game of bat and ball and not good for very young children

This did not in any way stop myself and my daughter enjoying our stay because we found all other occupants being friendly and respectful, however alternative young english folk may have found it more difficult to socialise in such an environment, had you previously been advised of this fact it could at least give the other holiday makers notes to consider and less cause to complain

Having a pass for the spa and access to the beach club with sun beds was also an amazing plus! Two gentleman running the beach club were absolutely lovely, only downside was the main barman on the pool bar most days wasn’t the friendliest

Breakfast was great, a buffet with so many options. Everyone will find something they like or t already eat for breakfast. Fresh pancakes & fried eggs made on the spot. Churros, a hot breakfast, with multiple options

Impressive banquet including prosecco for breakfast. The spa facilities were great. You need to book in advance, however you get the spa room all to yourself. The jacuzzi is substantial in size for just two people

Cereal dried fruit, a variety of yoghurt flavours. Plenty types of cheese, salami & other meat, easily available. Pastries of many kinds, alongside options of different breads, including mini petit pains

Our bus home was also before breakfast on our final day, so the staff kindly packed us each a picnic lunch with a sandwich and some fruit and bottle of water. We thought this was such a nice gesture

However all the other staff were absolutely lovely and this staff member was working really hard on his own a lot of the time, so can’t fault his work ethic one bit

They really do a fair effort to be a 4 🌟 hotel. And they're making it. Still some issues to improve, like the quality of the shows and better management of the pool. But they're in the good path.

He shouted at us, with a question: "What are you doing, look at what is written here - until 00:00!!!", and he did it too aggressively, which shocked me, I felt like I was not a hotel guest, but some ordinary person who illegally entered the hotel

The rooms are extremely small (we had half a meter space around the bed and that is it: room for 2 adults and a child) Hotel next door has an outdoor disco until midnight and if you travel with a child and got a room facing , even with a closed window it feels that you are outside

Unfortunately, at that moment I had a very bad impression of this institution. But thanks to all other advantages, including - delicious dinners, I leave three stars. Unfortunately, one person can cancel two stars

Or if you are a person who would like to sleep before midnight in general. On the other side it is facing another hotel very close: no noise, but no view or any chance to enjoy the terrace

You barely have enough space for your luggages. Also, there are two small elevators; during busy times you have to wait a lot. The breakfast buffet is good, but not much the lunch

My family and I spent great week at the hotel. We had great rooms at 5th floor with pool and sea views

Lots of sunbeds at the pool, very close to the beach and supermarkets. Would recommend! Lots of activities for kids and adults. Thank you to all staff for making our family holidays unforgettable

Love this hotel and most of the staff. Pool man is a bit aggressive, especially if you try and sit on a sunlounger before 10am! I love a swim first thing in the morning and have never had to wait till 10am

We rested from May 8 to May 15, 2019. The food is good, and the champagne for breakfast is the bomb! Great location, everything is nearby, supermarkets, sea, train to Barcelona

Also pool has no where enough sun umbrellas, hence the stampeed at 10am

Good hotel with good Breakfast. But the terrain itself is too boring for the young. Beaches not too much.

To the sea walk 5 minutes-do not see sense to overpay for a hotel by the beach. From the window you can see the sea. Waves always the sea is clean

Very helpful people, excellent facilities, good food. Enough to order Breakfast and dinner, do not stay hungry. Even allow Pets to come, the team is very open. Close to the sea, very spacious room and clean.

Clean 4 star, there is a small pool in a small yard area, dining room with buffet and a bunch of dishes, but if you have polupansion the drinks at dinner are not included, cleaned once a day.

Service in restaurant is outstanding but you need to pay extra for drinks on lunch and dinner, event if you have full board Basis. Nice pool, entertinement, and bar

Polite staff, trying (struggling) to speak Russian. The room was a family Suite on the 5th floor. To daily champagne Breakfast, today put a liter of vodka with spices and tomato juice. Meat, fish every day, side dishes

We had a pleasant experience during our stay in Caprici Beach Hotel. Food was OK, and the service was excellent. Train station is nearby, so connection to Barcelona or BCN airport is not a problem

I have to say that AC works really well and there is no noise disturbing. Pool is crowded at the times, but you can always find a sunbed. I cannot speak too much of the food since we only ate breakfast at the hotel

I will give 4stars but because the girls from the reception were really helpful, we had our room cleaned every day, quite ok the buffet and the big bonus is the location, we could stay at the spa and gym

They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it

I was greeted by the proximity of the sea and the friendly service at the reception. Then interesting elevators, a lift shaft in a cool loft style. The view from the window to the sea and beautiful swimming pools

The pool is fine, the food is okay (Atleast you get free chocolate ice cream), the beach is close by and its close to stores and other restaurants if youre bored of the food at the hotel

Rested at this hotel in 2013 when it first opened and had a different name. The hotel is super first line, all new, TV, terrace chic Nude tanning possible. HB can be changed to choose lunch instead of dinner

we stayed last april it was amazing relaxed a lady that worked there blonde hair in servery so polite my girlfriend gave her a huge tip when we was leaving staff so polite deffo going next year

Came here on as a single female with my 3 kids all under 16 and was extremely anxious and worried after reading all these ridiculous reviews… my honest opinion as a normal woman with expectations of going to a 3 star hotel are, very pleasantly surprised

Pool side is fine, not many sun beds certainly not enough if the hotel was full. Brollys again not enough especially when you have children that need shade. There wouldn't even be the space for anymore

My biggest issue is the drinks card system, each person can only get 2 drinks. One adult cant get 2 drinks plus 2 lods drinks even if they are in the pool

If you want to go to the pool bring your chair from home because people mark chairs and staff allow that and they are all day empty

I spent a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Don Angel where they were hosting the Bachata Sensual Weekend. The hotel is located at the promenade of Santa Susana. The location is great if you want to be close the beach area

The hotel has multiple facilities, I really love the fact that has a pool and an outdoor area. The hotel has 2 entrances, the front door and the back door, you can find parking in both parts

Very friendly staff, great food. Coffee could have been better, though, and there was a problem with key cards constantly demagnetising.

Basic clean bed comfortable. I did make a slight complaint as for a catered hotel no room has a kettle or coffee facility in rooms. Food choices was nice staff friendly in restaurant and reception.

Whilst the pool area was relatively small, we had no problems finding a sunbed each day. The pool area is roped off until 9

00am, which fortunately prevents selfish individuals from placing out their towels and then going for breakfast/out for the day. Location was really good at the quieter end but very close to the train line and beach area

Also we noted the bar staff concentrated on serving only certain areas around the pool, and people located at the back were ignored. Other than that it was a fabulous trip and we would return again

We spent five lovely days at Montemar Maritim. The room was very spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. There was plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner with an incredible buffet

Our only negatives were that you had to pay for the coffee pods in your room; I have never experience this previously and I think coffee should be complimentary

You don't need to get out even to the beach for this place has it all. Amazing rich and nutritious buffet breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms may need some renovation but as for the rest, perfect

We think people expect too much, & for a 3☆ food & drink was good, not only did we not leave feeling hungry, we didn't go in hungry, as well fed from previous visit. For an all inclusive holiday, it was great value

Food set in a pick what you like layout many shops, bars, restaurants train and bus station easy to access. Negative parts Pool section kinda small so if there is about 20plus people it's crowded

A nice hotel for a 3☆ Rooms & bed adequate although no draw space, just a wardrobe. Small bath, but we had showers, so no problem

Lounge area & staff were good, Restaurant is buffet style, so repetitive but some things are changed daily

The hotel was clean, beds made daily and towels changed, the bathrooms could have been better kept but wasn't too bad
