They really do a fair effort to be a 4 🌟 hotel. And they're making it. Still some issues to improve, like the quality of the shows and better management of the pool. But they're in the good path.

My daughter and I stayed here in August and had a really great time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the food had lots of choice. Really enjoyed our weeks holiday at this hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable and food excellent. Two of our party are vegan and were happy and well fed. We got a 7 day pass for the spa which worked out around 6 euros a day and we enjoyed using the gym and spa every day. Drinks are very reasonably priced. The staff was great, really helpful. The big issue for us was the glass bathroom door! Even though we are quite open and not really shy family, one wants privacy in the bathroom. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

To be absolutely honest, I am amazed at the value for money this place offers. I have stayed in many H•Top hotels of the years, but this has been by far the best. You are fed and watered to your heart's content. The beach is quite close along with a couple of supermarkets if needed.

It's a very nice place I went in all inclusive drinks from the bar are nice all you can eat Is great has a wide variety the pool is nice and great on a hot day so in total I'll give this a well deserve 5/5

Fabulous hotel which exceeds it's 4* rating. Rooms are large and spacious and cleaning comes every day. Staff are extremely helpful, nothing is any trouble. This is our second stay here in 6 months and have booked to come back again in another 5 months.

We had a really nice spacious one bedroom apartment. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. New dish cloth, sponge and washing liquid provide twice during the week. Lovely hotel and very helpful staff, excellent service throughout the hotel. Nice bar area and restaurant. Good self catering kitchen in rooms and massive balcony. 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. We stayed here for 8 days and from the second we checked in we found it to be the perfect location. The staff are simply wonderful, always smiling and cannot do enough to help . The accommodation is absolutely superb, spotlessly clean when you arrive and thoroughly cleaned everyday. The rooms are spacious and airy . We've had a fantastic 10 nights in one of the two-bedroom apartments here. Well equipped room which is kept clean. We had views of the sea and mountains, although the balcony design means you can't see the views when sitting down.
