Very nice hotel. comfortable and clean rooms. Good location - although far from the center. Underground parking on site. I recommend. Breakfast is a problem. You pay 14€pp for not a fresh product. For instance, fried eggs look like they were prepared two day ealier. Large selection of products but it was not worth the price. Black tea was available "under the counter" but only upon request and not always. Breakfast is not a good option here.

The shower was dirty when we arrived, and it always ran a bit, we couldnt turn it off. We had to sleep under a plaid instead of a blanket. The food (dinner and breakfast) was a slob. And the staff didnt seem to be on the height of their duty, maybe they were newbies. One of the elevators were due the inpection in 04.10.2024 while we were there in 11.05.2025. I wouldnt reccommend this hotel.

Big, clean comfortable rooms and super nice staff. My go to location when I travel through Sevillle. Walking distance to restaurants and quick drive to the airport. Love it!

I attended a conference at the convention center across the street. This hotel is a real mixed bag of features, but I'm stuck here so I have time to write about them. Also it's hard to evaluate the value proposition when rates vary widely according to the event going on. So it can range from 80 to 300 Euros a night and that implies different expectations.
PROS
- location is across the street from the convention center with a bus stop in front that takes you right downtown to Seville
- rooms are clean and modem, beds are good, blackout curtains are excellent, and the rooms facing the back are quiet.
CONS
- internet sucks
- no air conditioning control. In the first room it didn't work and in the second room it was either freezing or nothing.
- no International channels on tv, no mobile streaming to the TV
- windows are not soundproof so if you are facing the front it's noisy

These things are fine at 80 Euros a night but unacceptable at 150+
- breakfast was only 14 euros which is about half the going rate of 4* hotels in Spain; you get what you pay for. Bad orange juice, low quality proteins etc.
- toiletries were Best Western/ Holiday Inn level, doesn't get worse
- Bar and restaurant are cafeteria vibe

Lovely place to stay...food is excellent..easy access going to downtown...bus stop right in front of the hotel...highly recommended

Loved it. Food was wonderful, pool warm but nice, staff friendly, only negative was location to far to walk to city center..

Nice hotel in a beautiful city! Decent breakfast, by Spanish standards. Near to the Congress building. Approximately 15 minutes by taxi from downtown, around 16euro.

A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Staff is so polite and helpful. Food is abundant and delicious. Rooms are mmaculate, comfortable, well furnished and stylish. Relaxing pool, terrace, garden, lounge with bar and cafe. City Centre accessible by bus in 20min. Well recommended.
