Reviews
We did have a small issue with the beds, but the manager at reception was very understanding and quickly arranged for us to be relocated to another room, which we truly appreciated.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of items to choose from, and the breakfast restaurant itself was large and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking, which made everything so much easier. The hotel’s location was perfect for sightseeing, as we were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions without any hassle.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla!
Many thanks to the wonderful staff for a memorable experience.
The swimming pool bar & restaurant is another kettle of fish. Very slow service. The barman can't make decent drinks, and the chef can't cook decent food. Tasteless, cold food presented without finesse. The staff isn't warm and lacks customer service skills. What a big letdown.
The rooms are good. They just need hooks on back of doors and walls to hang stuff. There might be a slight drainage problem that emits a smell from the bathroom drain now and again. I don't know if this affected all rooms, though or it was just ours.
The room cleaning service is very slow and delayed. It would have been nice to have cable TV or smart TVs in the room to cater for tourists/foreigners. As an international hotel, not everyone understands Spanish. Plus, there should be reasonable number of teas or teabag choices in the room. There was no milk provided!!
Overall, I found the hotel quite comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
Tram stop to center is in vicinity, however if your party is 3 or more people I suggest taking a taxi which is just across the street (one public transport ticket is 1,50 Euros, taxi ride is 5-6).
Lobby is nice and clean, fast check in, kind staff.
Our room was a triple deluxe on top floor with great views, unfortunately opposite downtown. Nevertheless, it was spacious, with a small balcony, fridge, safe, TV,....and spacious bathroom with toiletries.
We booked a promotion deal which included full board. Breakfast was quite good with good selection of cold cuts, cheese, pastries,... Lunch was a set menu to choose from 3 dishes along with soup and dessert. Dinner was disappointing, really expected more.
Pool is on the 3 floor with nice downtown views including Giralda - pretty big area with a bar, seating tables and sunbeds. Pool itself is little bit small considering the hotel size and shallow, yet great option to cool yourself after sightseeing in Andalusia scorching heat
Secure parking in the underground car park was available for the bikes at a reasonable rate.
Check in process was straightforward and the staff were helpful although they had limited information regarding car hire.
The whole hotel has an upmarket feel, large central atrium with bedrooms radiating off gave the place an airy feeling and with 4 lifts to service the floors we were never left waiting long.
The bedroom itself was lovely, spacious and clean and equipped with a mini bar which we used to keep milk cool for tea making.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good mixture of fresh fruit, cold meats and cooked items. One small niggle was that you could warm up the croissants without the staff getting agitated!.
We ate at the poolside bar on 2 evenings, the range of meals and quality were great however we were unable to obtain access to the rooftop restaurant as it appeared to be fully booked for days in advance.
Overall a great experience and we would certainly return.
Breakfast is good, although I did not notice any difference during 3 days we stayed in hotel.
I put 4 stars, because the hotel is a little bit outdated.
