The Housemaid service was excellent, the road was excellent, Breakfast was ok, the Bar was only open once in 5 days, very poor

Near Praza Spain is a residential area, not a downtown area in Sevilla. This hotel does not offer a slippers, coffee pot, & even a bottle opener in the room, the safe doesn't see the numbers in the unmanaged room, the drawer smells and make coughs. No tissues are provided in rooms. Not a four-star hotel by any means, and it would be appropriate to rate it at 2.5 stars. I recommend you to book a downtown other hotels in Sevilla

The room is generally old. But the location is very good, just behind the Spanish Square, 3 minutes walk. Highly recommended, the receptionist is very friendly and smiling.

The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the nearest bus station and is in a bit quiet area. However, once you cross the street to Plaza de españa you’ll find a very crowded area and it is 30 minutes walking to the city center if you enjoy walking. The receptionists were okay. The hotel and the room had an old smell as if fresh air doesn’t flow in there. The air conditioner was only running as a fan and it wouldn’t run in other modes (like cool or dry). The minibar’s temperature wasn’t low enough to cool things. However, the room was clean and neat.

Advertised as a 4-star hotel but more of a 2-star at best. Clearly not worth the price. Rooms are old, gloomy, and poorly decorated. Stains on the walls, peeling paint, inexistent acoustic isolation, disjointed bathroom countertop, leaking shower, you get the picture. The floor was dirty, and there were tiny living bugs in the bedsheets (and a presumably larger dead one near the door). Staff doesn't seem concerned about their customers' wellbeing (despite the inspirational customer service poster in the lifts). Beds were OK-ish. Breakfast is decent, though. Location is great, just nearby Plaza de España, the Maria-Luiza park, several bus stops and a 15-minute walk to the city center, the Cathedral and the Alcazar.

Rooms have not seen a builder since hotel was built. Cleaning has a lot room for improvement. Breakfast was below average. Poor fi-wi. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel

The best service. Perfect breakfast and room service food. Good wifi. If it doesn't work on your floor 3rd and 4th are always acceptable and working perfectly. Stayed for 6 days and got the best experience.

We stayed here for four nights and found the location perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to Seville's historic sites. The breakfast was fantastic. However, the internet on the third floor didn't work during our stay.
