This hotel is close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The underground parking lot is in the hotel. No issues in parking. The room is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning with lots of selection. We would do definately return.

Rooms are beautiful and the hotel has a modern vibe, with a friendly staff. Unfortunately, the climate control system would not cool the room, and there was far too much street noise to open the window. Engineers were quickly dispatched to our room. They acknowledged the system was new and this problem was known to the engineering staff. They did not volunteer whether the root cause was determined nor if a solution had been identified.
The hotel then graciously moved us to a new room, but it had the same problem!
Another shortfall was the grossly inadequate wifi signal. Data throughput speed was extremely slow on my tablet and zero on my phone.
Otherwise, the hotel seemed fine, with great potential. This review is based on my actual observations, not on expectations for future improvements. If management is able to address these two serious flaws, I expect I could improve the rating significantly should I return for another stay.

First I want to say how great the staff and the common areas of the hotel were. We were in room 214 and checked out 8/31.
After checking in and letting the room cool down a bit, we noticed the room was extraordinarily humid. It was so humid the bedding was wet. We reported it to the front desk and they sent someone up who said the AC just needed to be on the lowest setting and the room would dry out. The room never got cold or dry so we reported it the next morning. They sent someone to the room while we were out for the day and when the room still wouldn't dry out they provided a fan. The fan didn't help dry the bedding out, but did make it easier to sleep in the wet bedding. By the time we checked out our clothes in our suitcase were also damp.
Although the staff attempted to be helpful I wanted to submit this review because I think that level of dampness could be unhealthy and cause medical issues. I recommend requesting a different room I'd you're assigned 214.

Good hotel, but nothing great about it either. Functional is the word to use. It could use some TLC especially the breakfast restaurant. The lobby bar is quite nice, rooms are decent - although the shower and bath can benefit an update. Not a lot of sound insulation - could hear noises through the night and early morning as guests woke up.

It is a very clean hotel near the scientific modern part of Valencia. ( only 10 minute on foot) The room is well equipped and cleaned every day.
The stuff is very kind and helpfull. A buffet breakfast is available. One comment the soundproof of the rooms could be a little bit better.

Other hotels could learn from this one. The front desk was efficient and super friendly. Any requests (higher floor, corner room, extra chocolate) were happily offered. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for beach goers and access to the city of science and arts. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely stay! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would say this is definitely more of a business hotel than leisure although we enjoyed our stay and it is in a perfect location near the new aquarium but quite a way out of the old town and eating areas if you’re wanting to see the sights and explore.

My family & I had pleasant experience in this hotel on Sunday. First,I want to congratulate the managers in charge for providing proper training to the team ,WELL DONE!

The hotel is good located ,car park secure and rooms are small but comfortable.

- The bed in the room was broken from the beginning
- At the second room it was no coffee-machine but was Nespresso capsules, so that was strange. We asked for the coffee-machine, they told that on that floor teapots only 😂 (super strange), but we ask to another person, and he brought us coffee-machine. 😂
- Shampoo/Shower gel/ hand soap was the same liquid as far as I saw.
