Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and they didn't fix it for the three nights we stayed, nor did they change our room. We were very cold. They provided us with an electric heater and two blankets. We are absolutely not satisfied.

Reception staff was not super friendly or welcoming. I asked about where to find a post box & they didn’t even try to help. No ice-machine. For a budget place it was ok overall. Sea view!

The hotel is right next to the beach, a fantastic location. There are many restaurants along the coast, offering a wide variety of meals, from main courses to brunch, so you don't necessarily need to eat at the hotel. Room amenities are relatively basic, but the rooms offer direct beach views, making them convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset.

Small hotel with excellent location- beach is right at the doorstep. Older building and I got a small room but it was clean and a good price.

Good service, but when we checked in a lot of detergent smell. Sheets are a bit ragged. But great value and good for budget travelers.

I stayed here for 3 nights and i was not disappointed. Very clean room with AC, clean bathroom, very friendly staff and excellent location, right at the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants. Public transportation is also very close nearby, the bus station is a 3 minutes walk, the metro a 15 minutes walk away.
One thing i really enjoyed was the vending machine in the lobby where i could get cold drinks whenever i wanted.
I will definitely stay here again when i am in Valencia again.

We stayed for a few nights. Such a great price to be beach side! The rooms are NOT big, with four people, 3 full size suitcases and 3 carry-ons, it was tight. However, the balcony was right over the promenade so we had a great view of the beach/sunrise. We ate on the balcony a couple times. It is an older hotel but clean and kept up. One person elevator or the stairs. We could just walk down the block for great options to eat or a few blocks for grocery stores. The beach was so nice. Super busy but lovely and clean and soft sand. This is right in the hub of summa-time festivities so you could hear the clubs music all night and there was always a crowd. But overall a good option to be close to the Sea!

The location is perfect. Right on the beachfront, with many restaurants nearby.
The staff is very friendly.
The room is spacious.
In the bathroom, the towel rack is very worn; there's nowhere to put the shampoo.
There was sand under the bed and other signs of not having been cleaned.
Otherwise, everything was fine.
