I think a lot of these negative reviews are old, because I had a great experience. It was super clean, modern, room wasn't huge but it wasn't uncomfortably tiny. I did pick a slightly upgraded one so that may be why. Front desk people were super nice and helpful, and the view was gorgeous. I was comfortable and would definitely return.

The place, their employees,their food was really good.I really appreciated a lady there and with everything that happening in Valencia she was trying to smile and work but that is when you know you have an amazing employee there.Blessings for you all,we are with Valencia

Horrible tiny rooms. The space around the toilet is so tight that there is no way to wipe! We booked three days, asked to cancel after the first night due to the room and noise, but they wouldn't allow it. Parking is a nightmare with sketchy guys trying to guide you to spots and expecting a tip. There isn't even room to walk round the beds. Do not book this hotel, you will not be happy!

Poor Hygiene, humidity smell in the bedroom. I read some comments about the pillows and that’s absolutely true. Super hard pillow and no other option.
Also, We had to go through the bar/restaurant to get into the hotel.
Breakfast was 1 coffee, 1 juice and a toasted croissant, butter and jelly. That was it !
I guess this is a place for younger people who don’t care about any of these issues.
I am not recommending this place.

Service is extremely poor, no potable water in the room on arrival, bath towels were torn, toiletries were poor, the breakfast had a poor/no choice. The staff was really up to the mark though, really co-oprative. Not a value for money. Never going back there. The only positive point is it's near to the beach.

Awesome hotel, nice relaxing rooms especially if sea view. Staff is really friendly and helpful.
The hotel's restaurant is really nice with awesome view and great music at night ... totally recommended 👌 👍 🙂

Decent stay, a bit compact. Not extremely luxurious. Do not try to cram in more people than you agreed to when you booked the room -- this includes emergency guests! They will not allow it.

Nice view from your room. Sunrises are beautiful. Staff is very cool. Decent price for being right on the beach. Also, burgers are fantastic

Everything was clean and amazing. We had a great time and I would say the hotel has 3 - 4 stars. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Stayed in top floor apartment in December with fam. Hotel was clean, service great, location great... but we were eaten alive by mosquitos. Made our stay really difficult. Not hotels fault, just make sure you bring nets if you stay on upper floor.
