overnight stay due to flight cancellation, arrived late at night, Manuel on reception was delightful, funny and thoughtful. The rooms we had were spotless, comfortable and very spacious, for non-disabled rooms, they were almost perfect for disabled guests. The whole hotel was to an excellent standard breakfast and coffee service could have been better. Also there is a roof terrace swimming pool, but we didn't get to see that.
Morning receptionist was also very helpful in getting a taxi for us back to the airport.

They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly.

Stay in Ilunion Valencia 3
Did not use the gym, but it looked OK, small pool, but also good enough. Very good breakfast as shared with Ilunion 4, which is next door and has 4 stars versus 2 stars os Ilunion Valencia 3

Rooms had stuff smeared on the walls and the shower had black mold growing in the corner. The WiFi was down the whole time we were there and none of the TV channels actually worked. Rooms were bigger but the bathroom was small and didn’t fit more than one person at a time. I travel a lot and have been to a lot of hotels, I'd avoid ever coming back to this one.

Found this to be a clean and pleasant hotel with very polite and professional staff. Really good buffet breakfast with lots of options (including things like lactose-free milk). Whether you think the location is good depends on what you're looking for: we wanted somewhere away from the noise of the city centre but within easy walk of trams, busses and the metro, which is exactly what this place is. The room we stayed in was comfortable, although the air con was a little noisy. It's true that the pool is a little small and the opening hours are quite limited but if you're looking for a hotel just because of it's pool then this isn't the hotel for you. Did find the WiFi VERY limited in the room (11th floor) but fine down at reception. Overall, would recommend and would look to stay with this chain again.

Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). It's out of the city, though there is a few easy undergrounds/trams to get. The service was iffy, depended on who was at the desk. The rooms were probably the best part, except there was a smell from some of the aircons and the bathroom door in my room wouldn't shut properly.

It’s very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The view from my room was stunning especially at night . Had the double room single bed. Breakfast was a buffet meal The interior was very nice. WiFi was good , receptionist really helpful

The room is too small, and there is not enough space for luggage. The toilet flush button is very dirty and the hygiene is not good. It is not worth the price. The only two advantages are that the hotel has a spacious underground exclusive parking lot and there is a subway station downstairs. Parking overnight is 16 euros.

They didn't have the air conditioning on, and despite our complaints, they wouldn't turn it on in our room or any of our friends' rooms. The heat was unbearable. Bad experience.

The price/performance ratio is not high. The hotel room is simple and the breakfast is average for nearly 1,000 yuan! The surrounding area is quiet, but there is a bad smell on the roadside
