room size convenient . shower ok.wifi no issue .parking good .breakfast OK. location is liked close to subway ,supermarket and several restaurants and reasonable distance to center . Valencia is quite safe . the hotel is a good accommodation within a reasonable budget and the parking facility . it is a good stay , and even in crowded moment the two lift did a good job ..

Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.

Stayed for a 6 night trip. Lovely hotel with great services. Perfect location. Easy to cycle to the beach within 12 minutes. Comfortable beds and room. Friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we have another trip to Valencia. Highly recommend!

Great location. Good breakfast. Lobby looks great but rooms need modernising especially the hallways which you use to get to your room. Service needs to improve as had to ask a few times for towels and hand soap. I eventually went downstairs to get the soap and was handed a handful by the receptionist BUT no apology. Spoke to Roly several times about towels, soap, local services like cinema BUT he seemed very unhappy to oblige. I was made to feel like I was asking too much. Each time he would take a BIG sigh and make me feel horrible for asking the question in the first place. Staff definitely need training on being kind and saying sorry and thank you. I wont be staying here again unless customer service improves.

The staff was very helpful. The food was so so. They really need to supply salt and pepper at the table. Having to chase down salt and pepper is frustrating. The pool area was way too small, and no service can't get a drink.
