This is definetely not a 4 stars hotel, terrible insulation for noise and fresh air. Límited choice for breakfast and the service are unpolite and rude. Gym is open at 8am when normally people get out for work. Terrible experience only the reception people deserve a 5 star evaluation for their kidness and support!

The rooms were basic but clean. Was expecting a little more space for clothes. Asked for more hangers but never got them. Stated coffee facilities in room but there were none. However staff were polite and friendly and breakfast was good.

Decent sized room, pretty comfortable beds, tasty buffet breakfast. Localisation is very nice. Unfortunately it was very hot inside the room even with ac going and the toilet was leaking.

Superb location, close to the central avenue (Avenida de la Independencia) and the main shopping district, in a little street far from all the noise. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great price/quality. What else can you ask for? A winner!

We had a comfortable stay here in November. Very good central location. Car parking available a short drive away. Very clean. Showers worked well. Our stay was let down slightly with communication from the staff but we would stay again.

Nice hotel ,a bit worn .No parking so awoid it if you get here by car . Smallest elevator I've ever seen .large rooms , breakfast was boring .not going back

Modern, clean, well staffed, good English, convenient location for walking to sights, ammenities and transportation. As advertised: large room with bath tub and excellent wifi. Good value.

Great location. Professional staff. We loved it here, but a word of warning if you're over 190cm tall... duck your head when you exit the bathroom. The pain is real.

First of all, the room is very spacious, with a interesting and beautifull views, on the breakfast you can eat all than you can and this is good for me. But the food is medium cuality.
