The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful, we even got an upgrade around Christmas and had many options for breakfast. Also, they have a luggage room where you leave your luggage in case you reach early

The hotel is very big, there are many people, it is easy to get lost, There is a park opposite, it is convenient to travel The breakfast is rich, but the bed is too small, the single beds are combined, and the room is not big

At first I thought they'd move on but the second time I went down to reception, they were still there, flying about and making that area feel dirty. Other than that, solid breakfast in the morning

We had a great few nights stay at Scandic Grand Central. The check-in process was smooth- The hotel even provided an online check-in option that would also notify us when our room is ready so that we can check in earlier

 Overall, this Scandic Central experience is much better than the previous Scandic version in CPH.  We highly recommend this hotel for  those to Helsinki

A very decent hotel with high convenience, just 3min walk from Helsinki Central Station. The breakfast is good too, highly recommended.

The location is also fantastic-Its very central so all the tourist attractions and transport is within walking distance

Wonderfully made up hotel with included sauna, gorgeous rooms and a diverse breakfast spread. The location couldn't be anymore convenient. One shock I must comment on is no kettle or tea in the room!!

Comfortable beds, great buffet breakfast, and so easy to get to/from both the airport and most attractions - tram lines 1/2/6T/7T all run past the front, and it's across the street from the central Helsinki station with direct rail service to the airport

When we accidentally lost our key, he didn’t hesitate to help us right away, even though he was clearly busy at the time. He handled the situation with such patience and professionalism, which really impressed us

The only shortcoming is that the House keeping service is not in place. After using the shampoo at night, it was not replaced tomorrow morning. There was no refill after finishing the coffee

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki is super fantastic. We have spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. The twin beds and sofa bed are large and comfortable. Swimming and gym are full equipped

The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. However, the beds are changed every day. The hotel's facilities include a heated swimming pool and sauna. There is also a fitness room

The breakfast selection is excellent, I'd definitely recommend as an add-on. On the other hand the lounge is a bit sad, I would not pay anything extra for that

The location is okay, the room is with sufficient facilities. However, it is to alert there might be some strange smell sometimes when the sewage tanker comes.

Value for money in Helsinki. The location is pretty good, not in the center exactly but close to a public transportation hub. The breakfast is great.

I'd seen this hotel on Instagram and wanted to visit. It appeared just as it did in the photos. You can walk to it from Central Station, but it's better to take the tram

Following a blessedly flat crossing from Tallinn our VJV group were taken off for a 2 hour plus route march round Helsinki shortly after checking in

Definitely the most civilised breakfast surroundings of the trip! I absolutely loved this hotel and its décor, perhaps because I’d lived in a famous Art Deco block in London and furnished it with replica Art Deco, but it might not be to everyone’s taste

A word of caution – I was in Room ***, at the farthest end of the building, necessitating opening many sets of doors, (some of which had to be opened with room key cards, others by pressing things) and a flight of unavoidable 6 stairs up to another level

First time I didn’t pack a dressing gown, and none of the other hotels provided them! Breakfast was beautifully presented – cloth napkins, cruets, cutlery and place mats on tables, and happily, no coffee machines

It took about 5 minutes to fight one’s way back to reception and carrying suitcases up the stairs and through all the doors would be difficult for some. There was a lift shaft near the room, but it was not in use

The location of the hotel is spot on: the Jätkäsaari area has plenty of interesting options and public transit takes you to city center in 10 minutes

His breakfast was very special, there was a lot of art in the lobby, the room was clean and comfortable, although the location was a bit far, but it was very convenient to take the tram, the front desk service was enthusiastic

in our room there were no closet, since we came for 7 days we had a lot of clothes, it would be nice to put them somewhere and not dress from the suitcases every day, but the overall look and use of the room was perfect in this way

Enjoyed our stay in a mini room. Comfortable for us, but some may find the bed too small for two. Location was great and breakfast was excellent as well (see photos).

I spent three nights in this code only hotel. Overall happy with the experience. Pro Location is good and room was clean. Comfortable matrass and handy to have a fridge and microwave. Cons shower could not get hot

Location is good, but in Helsinki there is 2 Omenas. The other one is a bit closer to the absolute center and railway station.

I don't need to have my room cleaned everyday, or for the duration of my visit, unless something needs to be tended to. I will stay at, and recommend, Omena Hotels

My room was standard and tidy, the bathroom sink handle was extremely hard to turn, but other than that the room was great; there was a mini fridge, a double bed and TV, along with a water boiler and a hairdryer

A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.

I really had a wonderful experience staying at this wonderful hotel! Checking in and out was easy and the location is very centrally located because if you are coming from the airport by the train or bus, it is only 10 mins walk to the hotel from the central station

I highly recommend their fish dishes. Easy access to the rest of the city, the airport and the rest of Finland as the central train station is directly opposite

The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Overall, I was very satisfied

I had a great stay at Hotel Finn – it’s a clean, secure, and reasonably priced option right in the heart of Helsinki. The room was well-heated, which was much appreciated during the very cold weather

However, the chair wasn’t particularly comfortable for longer use. The bathroom was compact and designed like a wet room. I also would’ve liked more room to place toiletries

I had booked a double bed but was given two single duvets, which slightly defeated the purpose of a double. That said, the overall experience was very positive
