The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful, we even got an upgrade around Christmas and had many options for breakfast. Also, they have a luggage room where you leave your luggage in case you reach early

The hotel is very big, there are many people, it is easy to get lost, There is a park opposite, it is convenient to travel The breakfast is rich, but the bed is too small, the single beds are combined, and the room is not big

At first I thought they'd move on but the second time I went down to reception, they were still there, flying about and making that area feel dirty. Other than that, solid breakfast in the morning

The service is classic Finnish - helpful when you ask for it. The sweet location is near the port, Allas Sea Pool and the old market hall. Trams run very close by and are frequent

There is a well stocked supermarket just around the corner. The views of the port are not romantic but they are pleasant

Craziest hotel I have recently visited. We can spend a full day at the hotel just to chill and relax. Skypool, sauna and Skybar are pretty awesome, marvellous view up top, and with lots of facilities

Good hotel for solo business trips. The sauna and the pool are extra nice. Perhaps the lack of a restaurant during the evening might be a downside.

We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient

Prime central location. Facilities are poor, gym mentioned to be 24/7 but doors were not accessible, sauna not always available. Breakfast is good

Perfect location just right outside of the hotel is a tram stop. It has a grand lobby with a nice overlooking of a Town Square which is good for People Watching. I was able to checkin early at 12pm

My only complaint is the pillow. It’s too ‘bloated’ and not comfortable for sleeping. So I used the duvet of my other bed (being in a Twind Bed Room) as my pillow. The handwash container was empty

I am very impressed with the staff. They all are really helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. You can take a tram from central station to the hotel. Everything is perfect.

Even though I am a member we could not have earlier check-in however the service was nice. The location is a bit of walking distance from the city center. Pet friendly as all Radisson hotels which İs important for us

The hotel receptionist helped me call the police relatively quickly (about 7 minutes after we told the staff) then the police came to the hotel and helped us to find some of my stuff back after 7 hours (except the bag, the cash, the watch, lipstick, and AirPods), luckily I got my passport and my phone back

Emailed month ago asking about early check in, was told €40. Upon arrival we were charged €50. Then we later found out others in our tour group were given early check in for free

The only shortcoming is that the House keeping service is not in place. After using the shampoo at night, it was not replaced tomorrow morning. There was no refill after finishing the coffee

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki is super fantastic. We have spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. The twin beds and sofa bed are large and comfortable. Swimming and gym are full equipped

The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. However, the beds are changed every day. The hotel's facilities include a heated swimming pool and sauna. There is also a fitness room

The breakfast selection is excellent, I'd definitely recommend as an add-on. On the other hand the lounge is a bit sad, I would not pay anything extra for that

Very good location less than 5 minutes from the main Railway station. But it can be busy, and there were druggies and vagabonds around at times. But this is in many big cities. Hotel is fine but not exceptional

Toilet is clean and good except for the tape beneath the shower door, sometimes water from the shower can leak out to under the basin. We hope that the separate between the wet and dry areas work properly

The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Overall, I was very satisfied
