A bit old-fashioned, but in a lovely way. Great Finnish design and vintage can be seen all around the hotel and its surroundings. The Sea Wing has fantastic sea views from the hotel rooms. The Forest Wing has views to pine forest. Both wonderful! The Sea Wing room had air-conditioning and an empty minibar (nice for own bewerages!). We also had a pet room and the doorway to outside was close. Breakfast...
I loved spending a few nights here during my cousin's wedding. First time at a hotel so I can't compare to others but I can say that I had everything I expected a hotel to have, even an iron, which I used often. The services were excellent and the staff were super friendly, any questions I had were answered well. The included services like the breakfast at the restaurant Furu (which is amazing, by...
Very atmospheric retro hotel by the sea. Big thumbs up. Also, very good burger from the lounge bar
friendly staff, size of room ok. My room had 2 beds (quite narrow) and was located in a sep. buildung (30m from main building). breakfast ok, nothing special, small variety but sufficient. Location near to beach great. building looks not promising from outside, but inside all ok and clean. Dogs are allowed. Restaurant serves good food, prices ok. App available where you can check in directly. Update...
I went here for a night with my family. The restaurant was very modern, stylish and the food was awesome. The hallways were really cozy and nice to walk through. Really nice for either a short or a longer stay.
I love coming to this hotel, Beautiful location, but It's not easy to get around with large items of luggage because of the many staircases. Rooms are corect but restaurant area it's just awesome .

Central location but quiet. Accessible rooms not huge but adequate, and the wet-room bathrooms are good. Has a quality feel. I'd stay here again. (If you're coming to this hotel from the airport via the train, don't leave through the front of the station. Instead, take the exit to the left at the end of the platform and walk 150m, up the steps, and you're at the blunt end of the cul de sac in which...
It was a mediocre experience. I stayed at a quirky room with no desk (but large TV), many pieces of furniture were worn down, the door lock was not working too well, and so forth. The staff was generally helpful, but the breakfast room had long lines simply because they took a long time to place each guest in a table of their own choosing, even in a half empty restaurant... the gym was a stuffy little...
Very nice place in Helsinki city center. Close to railway station. Nice gym and meals. Nice and kind staff. No dislikes. Liked everything.
Have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time the quality feeling have decreased. The beds are amazing. And there are nothing wrong with the service, but it felt better the last time. We used to be using the business lounge, but this time there were no breakfast serving there? While we are talking about the food, the scramble eggs were a hard and filled with water like cottage cheese. Not ok...
I think this is the best hotel you could stay in while in Helsinki The location is 10/10 The staff are super friendly and rooms are very tidy and clean Gym is a bit small but clean. Opens from 6-11 daily They have sauna separately for men and women The breakfast is excellent from the quality and variety My only negative point during my stay is that i have requested an early breakfast to go for a day...
Comfortable and hygienic room, with cleaning service daily Breakfast it’s good, typical Scandinavian varieties.Tap water is portable. There is a common Sauna a separate one for women, small but equipped gym. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy around Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was really hot and it wasn’t possible to regulate it to make it cooler, which made it pretty uncomfortable. However the service was friendly, breakfast good and the best of it all was the view from the sauna. Highly recommend having a morning sauna and swim!
Excellent hotel for a stay with kids. We had a potty and a baby bed set up in our family room. Next to breakfast area there's a play room and toilets, again, stacked with potties. (My toddler doesn't like grown-up toilets, so it's a big deal for us!) Check-out was at 12, so with the toddler we even had some time for a dip into the pool while the baby took a nap. Rooftop sauna also has a nice view...
One of the best hotel we stayed in the Scandic region. The only hotel out of 10 that has a bathtub and a swimming pool too. Has both heater and air conditioning. No idea why essential such as a kettle is not provided.
Really nice breakfast open and complimentary to all guests, at least I think so. Other than this, the bar area is a bit small and the hours too limited. Also, the gym you get to use as a guest opens quite late in the morning, very inconvenient for business travelers coming from the Americas.
Great stay here. No issues with the room, close enough to walk for those who wish to without physical limitations. Also close to several public transit. Breakfast buffet was amazing, even in the dead of winter, in both quality and variety.
Great experience! The staff was very helpful, we even got an upgrade around Christmas and had many options for breakfast. Also, they have a luggage room where you leave your luggage in case you reach early. Easily accessible by tram and bus

Room was big enough for 2 people. Hotel’s place is excellent for transportation. Corner room has a good sightview through river. Price/Performance option for anyone.
My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. The room was spotless, and the location was perfect
Amazing hotel to stay. No reception, everything online. Neat and clean room. Amazing location and has a tram station right outside. No breakfast available but they have a small kitchen which had coffee machine. Noora was very helpful in guiding us.
Very fine! Price o.k., Lies in walking distance (5 min) to the port. Entry with code was easy and an advantage for us as we arrived very late. The size of the room is ok, very clean and bright. Bathroom is relatively large. Tram station is in front of the door. If you walk it is also just 20min. to the center. Only negative can be that the air conditioning is quite loud and can disturb when falling...
large bathrooms are great; desk with plugs very helpful; large windows with lots of light! smooth check-in with the passcode; great location near the river & a 5 min walk from subway station.
MAKE SURE TO GET THE PASSCODE AT LEAST A DAY EARLY. I want to give this place a higher review but the check in process is brutal. There is absolutely no one to help as this “hotel” is 100% person-less checkin/out. You are supposed to be emailed a door password but as many have noted they weren’t, we were not either. We arrived at 15:30 and the hotel were aware of this since 13:00 by our travel agent. We waited some more time after 15:30 and at some point after further discussions and apologies we were given our keys to our room. Upon arriving a member of the staff was leaving our room with a vacuum meaning the room was not actually ready when we were given the keys. There was also a certain bad smell in the room...
My wife and I have stayed at many boutique hotels throughout the EU, and had the opportunity to stay here this spring while visiting friends in HEL. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily...
Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!
A really nice hotel pretty close to the city center. I was there during a construction project but it didn’t bother me much, other than that it affected the breakfast location. The service was really good. When I arrived they went through not just the normal hotel stuff but also my Strawberry member benefits. Wonderful hotel with some stunning features inside and out, adding to a pleasant experience. The breakfast was selective and healthy. The rooms were spacious and stylish. Location is perfect as the hotel is in a relatively quiet part of town but also within short walking distance to all main shops and Helsinki city centre.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! There was nothing I didn't like about it. It's a converted castle so very pleasing to the eye. Good breakfast and location, other than that really average and service could be better
Where would I start? I have never experienced such comfort as in this hotel! Believe me, I've traveled quite a bit. We just traveled in Europe, climbed and backpacked in the mountains. It wasn't until our journey ended, and we arrived at this hotel, that I realized what a tired and frayed traveler I was! Namely, it felt like I had jumped on top of a big and fresh giant bun to sleep. There are pillows...
It was all great except the room temperature, it was pretty cold and the air conditioning was not working.
Very nice hotel close to everything in Helsinki city center. Great breakfast buffet.
Great location, great service as well. But I won't stay here again. I was so happy to finally leave Tehy have really rigid policies and this is my first bad experience since before even stepping foot in the hotel. I made a mistake and booked without breakfast so they wouldn't cancel. Or issue a receipt that had both breakfast and my room. Or charge me the rate of booking a breakfast directly with the...
Excellent breakfast with coffee machine and omelette bar, plus all the staples, nice fresh juice; all good quality. Location is central and great neighbourhood. Room was comfortable and nice but a bit on the older side. For the price very good and I would stay again.
Worst stay in Europe. The front desk staffs were very unhelpful. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was extremely spotty and unstable. Housekeeping was non existent and really bad. I DO NOT recommend this horrible facility.

A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.
I stayed for 1 night only, I could say it was pretty good, wasnt there so much noise from the street, there was no customer service, the room was quite clean ! It is not the kind of places you would stay for many days or weeks ! I think couple of few days would be fair enough !
The rooms have self check-in and codes sent to phone available, making them easy access if you have to get a room late at night or at strange hours. My room was standard and tidy, the bathroom sink handle was extremely hard to turn, but other than that the room was great; there was a mini fridge, a double bed and TV, along with a water boiler and a hairdryer. The AC wasn't adjustable and quite loud...
This was my first experience with European micro hotels. The facility is a little older, but my only real complaint was with the thermostat. On two stays over the course of ten days, one room was set to 15c and one was set to 22c. I really don't understand the thermostats, but it wouldve been nice to have a way to change.the temperature in advance of my arrival.
Location is good, but in Helsinki there is 2 Omenas. The other one is a bit closer to the absolute center and railway station.
The first difficulty for us is not to be able to leave our luggages until check-in time (16:00). We had to find lockers. Location is perfect. Rooms are simple and clean with kettle, mini-fridge and microwave. Supermarket, restaurants nearby. We were 3-people. One double bed and two folding beds. They were not comfortable but if you stay a few days, it might not be a problem.

Room wise it’s a 5/5 Very comfortable beds 🛌 My room had a master bathroom and additional bathroom. Water pressure, room space was all super. Location is very central. Service was great, although check- in took longer than usual.
Great location, friendly customer service, awesome spacious corner room with great views of the Main Street. Bedding very comfortable. Do not agree with them charging to use the gym or ti have a cappuccino latte with breakfast. Breakfast was good
A beautiful stay in a lovely hotel. Staff were very welcoming, the room was ready when we arrived at 10am which was a huge relief, and what a room!! Cannot remember a nicer setup and finish to a hotel room. Breakfast was varied (with exceptional vegan options). Overall a perfect stay. thank you very much.
OK hotel for the money
Stayed twice, very central location and good breakfast. Rooms are a bit on small side but still well decorated and clean.
Lovely hotel, facilities, staff, food and suite. Only downside was the room was far too hot and there was no way they would let us open the window.

I booked a stay at Hotel Finn last minute as my flight was cancelled and I had an extra day in Helsinki. It was the perfect stay for one night. It’s in a great location in the heart of the city with many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby. I was able to walk with my heavy suitcase to the bus and train stations less than 10 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all...
We stayed for several days in the Deluxe apartment, as we were traveling as a family. It was extremely clean (probably the cleanest rental/hotel we've ever been in), and included extras like a Nespresso machine, and plenty of dishes. It was very roomy, and easily held the 3 of us with room to spare. Wish we could have stayed longer!
I booked a twin and triple for my 3 kids (youngest 5), husband and sister for our Helsinki 3 nights stay. Check-in is a nuisance. I got an email prior arrival instructing me to fill out check-in details for my family of 6. Upon arrival at the property at around 4 pm on April 2, we were greeted by a receptionist who seems to be in a hurry to get rid of us or just probably annoyed at her job. I gave...

Great location! So close to the train station, shops and attractions. It is in a very old building with a very small lift. Need to be careful walking up the street as it has a lot of ice. But we had a very pleasant night here. No breakfast though but pleantly of cafes around

Will definitely stay here again. Very close walk to downtown. Great food. Great customer service. Also have a nice full gym, pool and sauna. This will absolutely be my go-to hotel for visits to Helsinki.
This is my go-to hotel in Helsinki. The massive gym is by far the best hotel facility in Helsinki. Just a 10-15 min walk to the railway station, Kamppi etc., and as a plus the walk is along a beautiful park waterfront. The breakfast selection is excellent, I'd definitely recommend as an add-on. On the other hand the lounge is a bit sad, I would not pay anything extra for that.
Rooms are relatively small. Especially for the junior suite. They first put me in a room where the minibar wasn’t even stocked. Like what? (3rd floor) Had to call the receptionist to ask to be moved to a room with a stocked minibar. ( 5th floor) The junior suite on the 5th floor was a corner room. So it was more spacious and generally looked way better than the one on the third floor. A blessing...
There's just something weird about the beds. I don't know what. Otherwise the staff are fantastic. Be aware there is no coed sauna for hetero couples wanting to relax. The breakfast here is great and worth the extra price if you are using booking. Lots of plugins for charging but you can't cast to the TV.
It is still a good hotel to stay in Helsinki, especially for confidence or seminar delegate. Check in service is smooth and easy going, good breakfast, great size of the guest rooms (even some of the furniture pieces are worn out)... Good sleep quality! Sure thing Finnish sauna to enjoy after a long working day. I want to advise you to put some benches at the pool side so guests can place their towels...

My husband and I stayed here for our last night in Finland because it was closer to the airport than our prior destination. This hotel is unique and absolutely beautiful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and their cocktails downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel!
Decent hotel in an excellent location. The air conditioning is showing a mixed performance, though. Don't feel afraid of asking for a better cooled room if it feels too hot for your taste.
Great central location, with excellent staff and nice facilities. The restaurant has lovely food, and the churro station at breakfast (07:00 - 10:00) is worth your time. My room was good value too, but I found it to be a bit less comfortable than I would have preferred (I have some back issues).

Great value in the center seven minutes from everything. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Good beds. Decent breakfast with the room and the breakfast opens at 7 AM which is really nice. Not a bad place and really nice folks at the reception.
Hotel Anna has been great, room was warm and bed was comfy, and very easy to get to, and this is my second visit and it was just as good as the last,. What was annoying was not being able to have guests in the room just to chill but despite that amazing experience 🙂
The best part of the hotel is the location, walking distance to many places. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms are small and old but you pay accordingly.
Quaint hotel, comfortable bed, quiet mini fridge in the room, small kettle, and fan, along with a small safe. The room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet so keeping the window open was not a problem. A short stroll to all tourist sites, with nearby mini-shopping markets, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was standard continental.

It's good for working hours and they speak in Russian, English very well, but rooms depends where you get. But the place is nice, for simple travelers it's very well.
It was exelent. The rooms vere very clean and sounproof.
Tarantino undoubtedly should use this location for movies. But 22€ for bed is cheap. Friendly staff. Russian language. They have a pool table! Well done! Keep goin!
Love this hotel. They make this place to feel like a home. The reseptionist is funny And kind. And its not that far away from the airport. 5/5 recommend.

Overnighting on the way back from London, this hotel feels really luxurious! Utterly elegant room in the old part of the building, beautiful colours, extremely tidy, overly abundant breakfast.
Loved this hotel! It has a lot of character, being located in a stylish 1930s former headquarters of Finnish railways. The location is central to everything, including the railway station but the sound insulation is perfect - no noise at all! Rooms are modern, beds comfy, clean, friendly service. And their breakfasts are really good! Recommend!
Great hotel, couple minutes away from the train station! The windows are so good, you don’t hear the noise from the central station! The breakfast is amazing, wide variety of food available! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Helsinki
The hotel is nice! Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The place is so big that you can easily get lost lol. I love the high ceiling in the room and the floor-to-ceiling windows. There was also a smart TV which you can connect to it with your phone. One thing to consider is that the sound proofing is not satisfactory. Footsteps and other sounds could be heard.
Beautiful hotel located steps from Helsinki Central Station. My room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was delicious.
I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Helsinki. Really liked the hotel, it's huge but with great charisma. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Regarding location, the hotel was also 5 stars! Near the train station, tram and also in a walkable distance to the main attractions. Would highly recommend!
