Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm)
If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). The changing room door could not be closed
Swimming pool, sauna, just to receive tourist groups, there are many people, good breakfast
We had the best stay at this hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we stayed 4. Sauna and pool really are great. The hotel is super clean and the staff is super sweet
The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.
Outstanding customer service, easy to go location and excellent amenities

Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. My room was reasonably large and very comfortable
I didn't have any issues with the bathroom becoming waterlogged after showering. Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Comfortable easy chair and desk chair
Finally, a word about the staff, who were without exception friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Not sure if /when I'll be back in Helsinki, but I'd be delighted to stay here again
As others have said, some parts of this hotel do show their age a little, but for me that absolutely adds to its character. The design-forward approach extends to the restaurant
Such a serene experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and greenery neighbourhood. It has a big park close to it where you could take long quiet walks!
I ate here a few times and all of the dishes I tried were excellent and not especially pricey by Helsinki standards. A pleasant spot for dinner as a solo traveller

The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. However, the beds are changed every day. The hotel's facilities include a heated swimming pool and sauna. There is also a fitness room
The location was good for a walk because it was in front of the lake. The sauna and swimming pool facilities were also good
The only shortcoming is that the House keeping service is not in place. After using the shampoo at night, it was not replaced tomorrow morning. There was no refill after finishing the coffee
Very satisfied, the service is also very good, I will stay here again next time I go to Helsinki.
Very good, great in every aspect. I will choose this place next time I go to Helsinki
I attended conference for 2 days. Food served during lunch buffet was really of good quality. Deserts served during lunch time looked like bakery chef craft with berrys and chocolate along with simple colorful macaroons.

I had an amazing stay on this hotel. The room is awesome and will most likely book this again when the price is reasonable relative to its competitors around the area.
The location is okay, the room is with sufficient facilities. However, it is to alert there might be some strange smell sometimes when the sewage tanker comes.
The best!!! There’s a 24 supermarket and Metro station nearby! And breakfast is excellent!
several big shopping malls nearby. Clean, quiet and excellent view for sunset.
The location is a bit out of the way, but everything else was great.
I recommend this hotel, great location, very nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and very nice service :) I will come back there if I have the chance :)

I would not say this stay is bad - but honestly a lot better experience for my previous stays in Hilton hotels in other countries. Don't feel I spent the money worthy this time
Value for money in Helsinki. The location is pretty good, not in the center exactly but close to a public transportation hub. The breakfast is great.
Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer
The swimming pool and sauna were amazing and always clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental and very nice. Overall would stay again and recommend to friends and family alike
Fantastic hotel and my favorite in London. Will be back next time: the duplex is fantastic!!!
Mattress a little hard and a bit minus for the pool and sauna; desperately in need of a make over. Breakfast was nice and fresh with a wide selection

It even had a balcony! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had - lots of options, all freshly-prepared and high-quality, with attentive staff. The front desk staff as well were friendly and accommodating
I'd seen this hotel on Instagram and wanted to visit. It appeared just as it did in the photos. You can walk to it from Central Station, but it's better to take the tram
Good value for money. It's a simple hotel. Clean with very friendly staff. If you want to stay central in Helsinki but aren't prepared to pay too much for a place just to sleep, then this hotel is a good choice.
Lovely hotel in a great location, about a 12-minute walk from the central train station. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with a nice shower
Comfortable and clean. Great sauna. Good linen. Excellent breakfast. Close to public transport and city sights. Staff super friendly and helpful.
My understanding is that this is a locally-owned hotel, not part of a big chain, and I was happy to support a local, authentic Finnish business

There was barely enough time to clock the marvellously quirky Art Deco interior and decorations (full sized horse lamp in the bar/reception area anyone?) After our tiring walking tour, all we wanted was somewhere to eat (this was Friday evening, mind) without having to walk to get there
A word of caution – I was in Room ***, at the farthest end of the building, necessitating opening many sets of doors, (some of which had to be opened with room key cards, others by pressing things) and a flight of unavoidable 6 stairs up to another level
Definitely the most civilised breakfast surroundings of the trip! I absolutely loved this hotel and its décor, perhaps because I’d lived in a famous Art Deco block in London and furnished it with replica Art Deco, but it might not be to everyone’s taste
First time I didn’t pack a dressing gown, and none of the other hotels provided them! Breakfast was beautifully presented – cloth napkins, cruets, cutlery and place mats on tables, and happily, no coffee machines
It took about 5 minutes to fight one’s way back to reception and carrying suitcases up the stairs and through all the doors would be difficult for some. There was a lift shaft near the room, but it was not in use
Tea and coffee (in large heatproof jugs and a jug of milk) was brought to your table so you could then help yourself. There were unusual local specialities, as well as standard buffet and hot food

Throughout my stay, the reception and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming
Lovely hotel in the heart of Helsinki. Staff is very friendly and nice. Stayed in a small room for 1 person. Bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Amenities are very good. Warmly recommended hotel.
I had a single room and it is a nice size has everything I need and very comfortable setup. Overall, it is a great location near all major attractions and service was great
Enjoyed our stay in a mini room. Comfortable for us, but some may find the bed too small for two. Location was great and breakfast was excellent as well (see photos).
We had a skysuite for a 3 night stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of staff to refresh plates, and plenty of fresh hot and cold options
Great hotel and location is A1 - really enjoyed this hotel and will stay again - A must stay hotel

The location and environment are good, but children are not allowed in the swimming pool. The hotel art exhibition is also good
For those looking for a hotel that hits on every aspect, this is the one: - Location: couldn’t be more ideal as you are a quick walk to major sites, the train station, or tram spots to venture further - Service: impeccable, the staff treated us very well in fact any time we called the front desk to request something they were at our instantly - Ambiance: this is definitely one of the hotels that...
The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Overall, I was very satisfied
The breakfast is rich and varied, the service is warm and moderate, the bakery downstairs is very popular, and the hotel is in a great location and you can reach everything on foot
Great, the front desk will greet you when you pass by. There is also a big park at the door. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Shopping malls are also around
Very niche thing, but really appreciated the GHD hairdryer - I’ve never experienced a hotel having the same high end hair dryer I have at home!

I don't know about other room types, but the room we chose is very comfortable and located on the first floor of the hotel! The waiter said there is only one room of this type (if I remember correctly)! You can pay a little attention when booking a room~ The breakfast is also good
Luka (the night manager) in particular made our stay so wonderfully magical (we were celebrating a 5 year delayed honeymoon), but every person working there from the check in to breakfast staff to the folks in the bar at night were all top notch
The atmosphere in the breakfast restaurant was great. The selection was not particularly large, but everything was fresh, delicious, and nicely displayed.
I am travelling a lot for business and private as well and I can say that the F6 hotel is one of the best hotels I have been so far. Nothing here is standard, everything is special
The rooms are very comfortable equiped, have a lovely design and make you feel like at home. Beds are very comfy and not too soft. Service is very friendly and it seems they love their job
Very cute hotel in an excellent location and very friendly staff. We stayed at this lovely place twice already and we loved it. The room was clean and well equipped

Wonderful place, perfect location. It’s in a bustling location but with closed windows you can’t hear anything. Cute decor and perfectly adequate for exploring central Helsinki by foot.
It’s also within walking distance of the railway station, with convenient connections to the airport every 30 minutes. The room itself was tidy and functional, with good Wi-Fi and a small desk for writing
I had a great stay at Hotel Finn – it’s a clean, secure, and reasonably priced option right in the heart of Helsinki. The room was well-heated, which was much appreciated during the very cold weather
However, the chair wasn’t particularly comfortable for longer use. The bathroom was compact and designed like a wet room. I also would’ve liked more room to place toiletries
I had booked a double bed but was given two single duvets, which slightly defeated the purpose of a double. That said, the overall experience was very positive
The rooms are small but modern, and have double-doors to stay quiet. Bathrooms are comfortable and newly renovated. Only drawback is that there are many bars in front of the hotel (so it might be loud outside)

• Plates and cutlery in the kitchen are limited, the washing up liquid hadn't been topped up during the week I was there, and there were no drying racks or towels
Good for an overnight stay. Our third time here once trying to catch first ferry to Tallinn. Perfect location.
So, even as we travelled as a couple, this was not actually a romantic staycation, more of a escape-to-rest-and-rebuild :) For this purpose Arkadia provided us with the best experience - room 105 (double with good quality bed) was silent and very clean, with silent no-noise night, so our rest was v
• The shower had no divider on the floor, so the whole bathroom got wet when I had to shower. Pros: • Unlike previous reviews have claimed, the place had no rats, roaches, flies or other animals to speak of
Top tip: get the A-B zone travel ticket from HSL to travel to central Helsinki. It's 40 minutes to the centre and not at all expensive. Remember to flag down the driver as they don't stop unless you do
The rooms were clean, if a bit outdated. • The surrounding area was clean and quiet. I felt safe walking around even as a solo female traveller. • Buses were close by and ran regularly

I found the hotel really convenient, with easy access to public transport and close to the terminal for going to Tallinn, if you wanted to. It's also just a few minutes from the city centre, which is great
However, half an hour before check-in time, I received an e-mail with all the information I needed, and everything went perfectly
Useful self checkin if you arrive late. Room very clean, big bathroom and common livingroom with tea and coffee
One point to note is that there is no on-site reception, which I hadn't noticed when I booked
Smaller apartment close to the city center. Nice equipped room, big shower and quiet. 😊 🍴 There is a fridge in the room. On the floor there is also a shared kitchen with microwave, coffee maker
❗But during our stay the sink was not yet operational, so it was not possible to wash the dishes. 🚗 Parking in the underground garage for a fee. During our stay the price was 10 € / night

The wellness centre on the top floor is cool - two saunas, steam room, pool, jacuzzi and plunge pool. Staff on the front desk were friendly and quickly helped us with a cot and change of sheets
i had a great stay in this hotel. i experienced a refreshing atmosphere. quite impressive architecture. but the only problem is the location. far from city center / tourist area
Here’s an example review for Valo Hotel: --- I recently stayed at Valo Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern design and cozy comfort
The rooms were impeccably clean, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly loved the smart layout, which maximized the space without compromising comfort
Valmo’s Got Style—and So Does Tanja Valmo Hotel is modern, comfy, and effortlessly cool—kind of like Tanja at the front desk. She made the stay smoother than Finnish vodka and twice as warm
The location was also a big plus—conveniently situated close to key attractions, public transport, and great dining options. One standout feature was the wellness area

Excellent hotel for business or city trip. The rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast outstanding and event has outdoor space for the summer days. Sky room and spa and open door pool on the roof!!!!
Craziest hotel I have recently visited. We can spend a full day at the hotel just to chill and relax. Skypool, sauna and Skybar are pretty awesome, marvellous view up top, and with lots of facilities
We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it
Good hotel for solo business trips. The sauna and the pool are extra nice. Perhaps the lack of a restaurant during the evening might be a downside.
Room was clean and with all the necessities needed. We asked the reception to borrow some slippers to use in the Pool area but they said those were only for certain rooms
A nice upmarket place but not so expensive. Good rooftop pool / gym / bar

Nice environment, very close to the center of Helsinki
I enjoyed my stay at Toolo Towers. It's not far from the city centre and at the same time is located in a quiet area. My room was very clean and comfortable, there was a well equipped kitchen, a desk, two chairs and a TV
The hotel is in a great location, with convenient public transportation, a rich and quality breakfast, and complete kitchenware in the room. It is worth recommending to friends who come to Helsinki next time!
There were outlets next to the desk and under the TV. There was a hair dryer and large and small towels in the toilet and bathroom. The shared kitchen had an electric kettle and cooking utensils
The hotel is like a service apartment. The staff is very nice, the room/kitchen is very clean and sorted. They offer simple breakfast but you can also cook by yourself, or go to nearby cafe to enjoy
In terms of location, it is a good location because you can get there in a total of 20 minutes by tram from Helsinki Center Station and a 3-minute walk from the tram station
