Very good hotel in centrer of Helsinki, 4 minutes walk to central station. Rooms spacious and brand new. Various food were provided during breakfast. Lots of vegan and sustainable foods
Interesting place clearly updated but only to a point. I don't understand why (other than cost) why hotels, especially tourist hotels, have only one baggage holder when there's generally 2 people in a room. The lobby desk is periodically overwhelmed so they will not answer the phone. Mostly understandable. Breakfast is a free for all but I think it speaks more to the clientele than the hotel. People...
We stayed in a room on the -1 floor, which was neat and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful bonus. - However, the shower drainage could use some maintenance. - Overall, it was a positive hotel experience.
We loved everything from the location, service, and the rooms. One of the best Scandic hotels we stayed in during our Scandinavia trip. The staff and rooms are fantastic, and the little touches and gestures made the trip great. And, of course, one of the best breakfast buffets (if I have to compare the other 4 Scandic hotels we stayed in). I would love to come back.
One of the best places I have stayed in Europe! Worth all the hype. I am a very light sleeper and I got full 7 hrs of good sleep, the room was clean and stylish. The breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely come stay longer!
What we liked: - breakfast until noon on the weekend that’s just amazing really - great selection of food on breakfast - view from the room - good location What we didn’t like: - not the best Scandic breakfast experience - the room was dusty and not really clean - the fact that you must call to the reception if you want your room being properly cleaned (go find this tiny piece of paper where they...

Excellent location, solid & comfortable bed, big bathroom, friendly & helpful staffs. Room is a bit small, breakfast: selection is limited (wish have steam vegetables, chicken sausage, better coffee). Sauna area is not big.
This hotel is undoubtedly beautiful and luxurious and the location at the Esplanade is convenient and scenic. The breakfast caters to Western tastes only, but the view in the restaurant makes up for it. Coffee, tea and service are great. Even with the best efforts, the rooms retain a smell from aged materials, as one would expect from a historic hotel. But something to be aware of for those with sensitive...
Staying at Hotel Kämp was like entering a dream world, but with more luxury and less snooze. From the grand lobby to my spacious room, everything screamed VIP. The bed? So comfy I considered taking it home. The bathroom was bigger than my first apartment! Breakfast was a royal feast—I lost count of my trips to the buffet. The coffee alone is worth a stay. I even tried the sauna and came out feeling...
I had a business lunch here and the selection was perfect. The staff were professional and friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The beef tartare was splendid.
Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Kämp Bar, and it was an outstanding experience. The ambiance was chic yet cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out, however, were the cocktails. Each drink was a masterpiece, skillfully crafted with a balance of flavors that delighted my palate. The bartenders clearly have a deep understanding of mixology, and their passion shines...
We had a great weekend at Hotel Kämp. We will definitely come back to see what the hotel will be like after renovations. Great service overall. I want to recommend their own Kämp Lager beer which they really should make a bigger deal of as it's delicious and isn't really mentioned anywhere on their menus. They took care of any issue we brought up immediately. Some small niggles which are not complaints...

Excellent hotel right in the city center. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, the lobby and restaurant area very stylish. The breakfast buffet is also very good, and the staff there are incredibly friendly too. The only thing that would make this hotel even better would be a sauna, which is extremely common in Finland and nearly every hotel has one, so it’s strange they...
Couldn’t adjust the air-con and woke up hot repeatedly. Bed was comfy. Curtains didn’t reach across the windows and let in light from early hours. Although the breakfast was an amazing range of tasty food I prefer not to be surrounded by photos of semi naked men when with my small children.
This place should be commended for its fabulous staff! Location is great, and the breakfast offers a big selection and is of high quality. Beds are wonderful. What would be needed for five stars? - better air circulation in the room, alternatively less noise when opening windows. Rooms facing the court are in the summer plagued by ventilation noise from a big exhaust fan at the top of the building...
We had a skysuite for a 3 night stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of staff to refresh plates, and plenty of fresh hot and cold options. As others remarked, rooms are a little tired and rammed with furniture, but perfectly functional and every amenity was available free of charge. Location was awesome and easy walk to most attractions and eating...
Got superior room which has a window and table. Excellent location, closed to tram station. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Great amentities such as slippers, deodorant, coffee , hot chocolate, vanity kit , comb, toothpaste and toothbrushes for free. Hotel breakfast is excellent. No blackout curtains in the room, which is a problem in summer when sun rises at 4 am and sunset at 11 pm.
This boutique hotel has a lovely rooftop, is centrally located, and is 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and there is nice decor; mine did not have a desk; if you want good AC or it runs hot, it may not be the place for you. I had a good stay, and they gave me a fan; breakfast was good, and overall, little details such as free water, ice cream, and toiletries make me happy
Great location for city centre, tourist attractions, and the waterfront. Tram and bus stops are nearby, and the central railway station is walkable. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with a good choice of hot and cold food. The provision of tea and coffee throughout the day, in the lounge, was very welcome. Nice room with a view of the city. Spotless I arrived at the hotel well before the check in time...

While the room was on the smallish side, the staff and all the hotel services greatly made up for it. The staff were welcoming and ready to offer assistance in all things. They were great about allowing us to check in a little early, and quick to offer assistance with any question or issue we raised. The hotel was near many of the sights and also conveniently located to public transportation.
Charming, cozy, unforgettable! The first thing that grabbed my attention was how unique the hotel felt—there’s this cool, medieval vibe to the building, but with all the modern comforts woven in perfectly. It’s like stepping back in time, but with all the luxuries of today! The rooms are on the smaller side, but honestly, they’re so beautifully decorated and cozy, it didn’t even matter. I loved how...
We arrived at 15:30 and the hotel were aware of this since 13:00 by our travel agent. We waited some more time after 15:30 and at some point after further discussions and apologies we were given our keys to our room. Upon arriving a member of the staff was leaving our room with a vacuum meaning the room was not actually ready when we were given the keys. There was also a certain bad smell in the room...
My wife and I have stayed at many boutique hotels throughout the EU, and had the opportunity to stay here this spring while visiting friends in HEL. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily...
Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!
A really nice hotel pretty close to the city center. I was there during a construction project but it didn’t bother me much, other than that it affected the breakfast location. The service was really good. When I arrived they went through not just the normal hotel stuff but also my Strawberry member benefits. I spent three nights in this code only hotel. Overall happy with the experience. Pro Location is good and room was clean. Comfortable matrass and handy to have a fridge and microwave. Cons shower could not get hot...warm at most. Windows cannot be opened but air circulation is okay.
This place is a lovely budget friendly option. My room was very pleasant, however, customer service is only conducted over the phone which can be a bit annoying if you are shattered like I was. This is best booked via the companies app.
A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.
I stayed for 1 night only, I could say it was pretty good, wasnt there so much noise from the street, there was no customer service, the room was quite clean ! It is not the kind of places you would stay for many days or weeks ! I think couple of few days would be fair enough !
The rooms have self check-in and codes sent to phone available, making them easy access if you have to get a room late at night or at strange hours. My room was standard and tidy, the bathroom sink handle was extremely hard to turn, but other than that the room was great; there was a mini fridge, a double bed and TV, along with a water boiler and a hairdryer. The AC wasn't adjustable and quite loud...
This was my first experience with European micro hotels. The facility is a little older, but my only real complaint was with the thermostat. On two stays over the course of ten days, one room was set to 15c and one was set to 22c. I really don't understand the thermostats, but it wouldve been nice to have a way to change.the temperature in advance of my arrival.

Nice Hotel with a bit of old flair, and also very sustainable. The only small disadvantage I found was that obviously for security reasons they removed the latches from the windows, so you cannot let in fresh air on your own.

Great breakfast! Thankful for Finnish Pirakka.
It was a lovely stay here! It is a spacious hotel in all areas. The common area, the dining area, the rooms...all were a good size. The lift is small tho, but that isn't a big deal. Hotel estb. 1907! But my room on 6th floor is totally new: flooring, cupboard, toilet! Very Quiet room. Excellent location! Good price! Supermarket & eateries all around! Smiley reception staff. Most recommended!
This is a very reasonable hotel, relatively 'budget' by Helsinki standards at around €130 per night for a double/twin including breakfast - they often have 'deals'. The location is good, on the edge of the city centre, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean with good bathrooms (on the downside they're a little small, and hot at night). The buffet breakfast is excellent
Location is very good. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are large, butcsome renovation would be already needed, specifically toilet /bathroom would need larger renovation already.
Location and Staff is great, although the rooms need some renovating. The breakfast makes it worth it though. So good.
The room was very small, just a big bed and a table. It was just for a night's sleep. The bed is big and very comfortable, the linen was clean and no problems. A good value. Finding a cheap place to stay in one of the most expensive countries in the world can be a big ask, but Hotel Anna came through. Conveniently located. Very walkable area. Nearby public transit options. Breakfast is decent. Would stay again.
Rooms werent great. 1. Very small Rooms (incl. Bathroom) 2. No ventilation for the rooms. 3. No AC, fan provided decor was bad 4. Fixtures and decor were off. Plus point since umberalla’s given in room However, given the location of the hotel; and the price i will recommend this place!
Great value in the center seven minutes from everything. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Good beds. Decent breakfast with the room and the breakfast opens at 7 AM which is really nice. Not a bad place and really nice folks at the reception.
Hotel Anna has been great, room was warm and bed was comfy, and very easy to get to, and this is my second visit and it was just as good as the last,. What was annoying was not being able to have guests in the room just to chill but despite that amazing experience 🙂
The best part of the hotel is the location, walking distance to many places. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms are small and old but you pay accordingly.
Quaint hotel, comfortable bed, quiet mini fridge in the room, small kettle, and fan, along with a small safe. The room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet so keeping the window open was not a problem. A short stroll to all tourist sites, with nearby mini-shopping markets, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was standard continental.

A decent enough place considering the price point. We stayed at 3person room with shared bathroom. There were six working bathrooms with questionable locks but we managed as we were able to stand guard so to say. (If I were to go alone I’d take a room with bathroom). I strongly suggest bringing your own soap and toilet paper as these might run out during the day. The room itself was nice and well ventilated...
It's good for working hours and they speak in Russian, English very well, but rooms depends where you get. Last year it was very comfortable and quiet, this year we got bunk bed which creaked and moved a bit and neighbors had little child which we were able to hear very well crying...and the kitchen is in another building. But the place is nice, for simple travelers it's very well.
It was exelent. The rooms vere very clean and sounproof.
Tarantino undoubtedly should use this location for movies. But 22€ for bed is cheap. Friendly staff. Russian language. They have a pool table! Well done! Keep goin!

Great location, service, and beautiful bar. I wouldn’t have changed a thing it, very well situated, walkable, in a cute area. Very niche thing, but really appreciated the GHD hairdryer - I’ve never experienced a hotel having the same high end hair dryer I have at home!
Truly one of the best hotels in Europe, I absolutely loved my recent stay at Hotel St George and am already thinking about when I’ll be back. We have stayed at the Saint George for a few years in a row now, and every time we are highly impressed. The customer service is top notch, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the location is fantastic. I’d like to give a personal shout out to Pauli, he has remembered me upon every visit, and his customer service/personability is second to none. I hope to see him every time I visit Helsinki!
Our room was great, had everything we needed, except a view. The room had a very small window in the corner making the room in itself a bit dark / gloomy. Bed was great, and the space as well, on top of good bathropes. Shoes they could not find that could fit a 46 / 11 size. The service on the other hand was perfect and everyone was nice and quick.
We booked a suite but didn’t realize how tiny it is until we checked in… It’s cutely decorated but there is no space for placing luggage. They added a roller bed right outside of the bathroom that the door cannot be opened fully and the bathroom door lock was so loud that every time we close the door we had to be careful not to wake up the kid. Overall a good stay, but a few issues! Not the usual quality one expects from a Hilton. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job. One morning the hot water broke. A wonderful hotel. My stay was nice, the personnel is kind, the lobby extremely pleasant, the room neatly arranged and very clean. The location is perfect, central and quiet in the same time. This hotel was just okay. The staff was great, very welcoming and helpful when you needed them. However, there were very few amenities. The pool is indoors, small and cold. There was a sauna and gym. The staff were friendly as well. The parking garage was a little weird to get in and out of, and of course we had to pay to park.
I didn't expect such service from Hilton. The feeling is as if this is not a global chain of hotels, but some kind of house in the village. This is the first time I see that you have to pay 15€ for room service, and there are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room, but you can get them in the sauna for an additional 10€, if of course you carry a couple of bills with you in your back pocket. Loved this hotel! It has a lot of character, being located in a stylish 1930s former headquarters of Finnish railways. The location is central to everything, including the railway station but the sound insulation is perfect - no noise at all! Rooms are modern, beds comfy, clean, friendly service. Great hotel, couple minutes away from the train station! The windows are so good, you don’t hear the noise from the central station! The breakfast is amazing, wide variety of food available! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Helsinki
The hotel is nice! Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The place is so big that you can easily get lost lol. I love the high ceiling in the room and the floor-to-ceiling windows. There was also a smart TV which you can connect to it with your phone. One thing to consider is that the sound proofing is not satisfactory. Footsteps and other sounds could be heard.
Beautiful hotel located steps from Helsinki Central Station. My room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel loses a star from me for having big windows with curtains which don't block the light out, so if you like to sleep in a dark room you're better off going somewhere else. However, if that doesn't bother you then I would recommend this hotel.
The receptionists are amazing - I had trouble with my bag and they are helping me get it back. The location is beautiful, the restaurant breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are cool. Only thing that could be better is better cleaning services - there was still garbage in the room after cleaning.
Location is great as its a 10 minute walk to most tourist attractions. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful giving us tips of where to go for dinner and what to do in town. The rooms are huge and have a very specific design. Very comfortable beds, duvets have a strange consistency but didn't affect my sleep. Only one elevator, but didn't add too much waiting time.
Hotel Lilla Roberts skillfully merges style with history, situated conveniently between Helsinki's dynamic business district and an esteemed residential area. This location ensures a peaceful yet easily accessible stay, just a short distance from top-tier restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the hotel does lack amenities like a swimming pool and sauna, making it particularly suited for business and...
I knew it was a good decision to stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts. The reception team was amazing. Great service, polite, friendly and pleasant. They are helpful and give good advise. The hotel is posh-boutique-cosy and has a luxurious appeal. The rooms are satisfyingly large. Good location to many places. A walk away from Senaatintori, The Christmas Market, Restaurant Story, … and more!

Forenom Aparthotel Helsinki Kamppi - contactless check-in, Helsinki1 / 36
Helsinki, Eerikinkatu 24 🧭 Map
The suites at the Forenom Aparthotel Kamppi are pretty good for the price. It is convenient to be able to get in and out with pin codes and not have to check in with a front desk. The suites have all the basics, including a microwave, mini fridge, and hot water kettle. The beds are pretty comfortable. However, while all the bedding and towels were clean, the room was a little dirty. The walls had...
The room is well equipped, fridge, microwave, utensils, hair dryer, and desk for two people. It is the perfect place for home office.
Perfect location! But No one came to clean our room and even If you want to have some fresh air, It's not possible to open the window. They provide table utensils, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven and mini fridge. All these could make your trip easier🤗
The location is in the city center. Room has all you needed, kettle and microwave for all room. Very warm in the winter. No reception, no one can help if need. Not suitable for people with high standard. Agoda messed up my booking without sending passcode, ending up can't check in. Make sure you have the passcode ready.
A very central located apartment hotel!! The beds were nice. The shower had warm water even though the toalet ran a bit much. The flush button would get cought up and it would run. Nothing bad just a little bit annoying at night. The kitchen was 👌 the fridge was a bit to cold 🤣 everything would be a bit frozen but hey it worked!! All in all a GREAT stay!! There is no reception. You get a code sent...

Very good location close to the center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
I was in Kubernetes event there. Environment and professionals were great. Food was overall good, service was quite good as well. Rack was not monitored and cafe didn't have anything to eat. Location is central Helsinki so can't complain.
Great staff. Nice restaurant got a pool in the cellar. That felt a bit outdated with a bit to cold water. Good knowledge on the staff.. was asking. For wegan options . And found out the receptionist was wegan also. That made it easier for us to get recommendations. No que at the reception . Got our room within 5 mins even if we were 1st timers on the hotell
Great location. This is a very nice place to stay - the breakfast especially made an impression. Very fast check-in and the staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious with a nice view. In the lobbies, they have this great ambient music mixed with natural sounds playing, great touch. I will be returning here.
Decent boutique hotel in downtown Helsinki, right next to the infamous Kamppi mall, which inspired the founding of Wolt. Solid rooms, good level of cleanliness, sauna and pool areas are tidy, staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is having many options. Hotel works both for business and pleasure travels.
Great hotel with a good pool and sauna to relax. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was amazing and comfortable. The only detail, bad wifi connection inside the rooms.
