Staff are friendly, breakfast is good with variety of choices. The sea view is slightly disappointing. Sofa bed is not in good quality. Bottle water put on the table at 5 Euro per bottle - please either take them away or provide them free to customer. Value for money in Helsinki. The location is pretty good, not in the center exactly but close to a public transportation hub. The breakfast is great.

The service at breakfast and executive room was terrible and not responsible. Racist even. I put the cleaning sign yet nobody came to clean the room.

It may be a European thing, but there was no room in the fridge and no cutlery or plates. Other than that, It was a great place to stay. Comfortable bed and great service by the staff.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

The room is clean and tidy with a simple and stylish Nordic design style. The breakfast is rich and varied, the service is warm and moderate, the bakery downstairs is very popular, and the hotel is in a great location and you can reach everything on foot.

The room was very good! There were two large beds and a single bed for children! Toothbrushes, slippers and other equipment were also provided! There was also a soda making machine. Everything about this hotel was so perfect. A second away from the metro station, very stylish, clean and friendly staffs. I chose to stay here because they had a sauna and it was so good! Sornainen is such a great location too. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice Rooms, very well maintained. Awesomely stocked kitchen (in-room) and nice solution for coffee. The area is a bit worn down tho, and theres very shady people hanging out direclty in front of the entrance all the time. I was glad I was not alone.

We can honestly say that Noli Studios exceeded our expectations by miles. Not only was the hotel very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of utilities, but they also offered free sauna, gym, rooftop, shared kitchen, and more. The staff was very friendly and check in/out was easy using a digital card used for everything. We usually use Airbnb but have to reconsider if the hotels are as nice as this

The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

Unbeatable location, nice breakfast and venues, friendly services.  Our compliment to a front desk lady staff who helped us to upgrade our room since the housekeeping missed cleaning our room accidentally (we left the room in normal morning hours without DND sign).  One point about the sauna: we anticipate it would be sizable and found it was tiny and humbly equipped therefore we did not try it eventually...

This was our third visit to this hotel during an extended trip around Finland. Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. My room was reasonably large and very comfortable. I didn't have any issues with the bathroom becoming waterlogged after showering. Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Such a serene experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and greenery neighbourhood. It has a big park close to it where you could take long quiet walks!

The location is great for exploring the nature outside the city by bike, and it’s only a 20-minute tram ride or a €15–20 Uber into Helsinki city center. The sea view room was worth the upgrade. However the air conditioning in the room was not very strong, and I had to go to reception to request a key to open the window. When I did, it was difficult to open and covered in spider webs.

The room phone was broken. We notified and reported it, but no one came to fix it. On the first day of check-in, one of the free water bottles in the room was almost opened. Later, the waiter replaced the water with new one.

I attended conference for 2 days. Food served during lunch buffet was really of good quality. Deserts served during lunch time looked like bakery chef craft with berrys and chocolate along with simple colorful macaroons.

The location was good for a walk because it was in front of the lake. The sauna and swimming pool facilities were also good. The only thing was that breakfast was late (7:30) because it was summer, so it was a little inconvenient.

Been many times in other cities and was always nothing but excellent. This time not all perfect. A room with a miniature sauna as such is a great idea. This hotel exceed my expectations as it isn't a large hotel I usually booked, but the hotel was a nice surprise. A small hotel with very model design. I had a single room and it is a nice size has everything I need and very comfortable setup. Overall, it is a great location near all major attractions and service was great.

The hotel has a campaign for breakfast at the rate of 17e per adult. Comparing to the weekend breakfast & brunch price in average, this price is quite competitive. This is the reason why we decided to try it out as locals (not staying at the hotel). The breakfast selection is at the average level and I liked the mushroom taste quite much. The campaign is valid till the end of this month.

Nice and interesting since it’s an old jail. Situated a bit out on Katajanokka, tram just outside or a 10 min walk to downtown. Sauna is only on weekends. Breakfast was good but in the rather dark basement. Not so much nice lobby-areas. The charged price didn’t meet expectations, should be a 40EUR less per night according to the standard offered.

Stayed the night here in 2009 New Years eve, had the best time ever. Still reminisce over our stay here. Beautifull rooms, excellent (!) beds, delicious breakfast and the most kimd staff! The New Years eve atmosphere with the wonderful singing choirs and beautiful lighting at the Helsinki town square sure added to the whole experience. The atmosphere in the breakfast restaurant was great. The selection was not particularly large, but everything was fresh, delicious, and nicely displayed.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and the pier. The hotel is very well designed, very unique and warm. A rather new hotel, located a few kilometers north of the central Helsinki in a shopping mall. Our room was very clean and shiny, and the bed was actually a comfortable one. Didn't like the interior, though! It was mayby a little too simplistic even for Scandinavian style. Neither enjoyed listening the echo of my own voice that much... Nice hotel situated really close to Esplanadi. We made the reservation straight on their site as we where getting a fall discount and we also received on our check in a coupon for a discount on drinks purchased from their bar in the lobby. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary but wasn't missing anything either. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to various shopping malls. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing lounge area outside the breakfast restaurant, which was perfect for a quick break or catching up on some work. The room wasn't huge, but the sofa bed was a great addition, perfectly accommodating our family of three.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, from its facilities (gym, sauna) to its prime location in the Design District. However, most rooms had a noticeable new construction/renovation smell, and the windows don't open. This might be an issue for those sensitive to strong odors.

The free buffet breakfast is a great perk, and the ambiance is lovely! Definitely recommend. It offers excellent value for money, and luggage storage is available, which is really convenient. Check-in was super easy – just needed my passport number. Plus, its central Helsinki location means getting around is a breeze.

Very pretty and affordable rooms in a good and peaceful location close to Helsinki city centre. Only small minus for the lack of amenities (i.e. toothbrush and toothpaste, conditioner) in the room. Would definitely visit again.

Clean room! Check in process was easy and painless(if you can find the door.) The entrance to the building looks like the entrance to a nail salon. You punch in a code on the box by the door (not on a pillar like the pictures on their website.) Radiator was quite loud but other than that I had no issues! Bathroom was big and clean, view was nice and curtains were thick.

I found the hotel really convenient, with easy access to public transport and close to the terminal for going to Tallinn, if you wanted to. There is no human contact, everything is self served, no lockers for the luggage, no reception.

Enjoyed the Finnish sauna, but with surcharge, breakfast is nice and included, room is very small. Not far from town centre and airport, Uber is really convenient and affordable.

Craziest hotel I have recently visited. We can spend a full day at the hotel just to chill and relax. Skypool, sauna and Skybar are pretty awesome, marvellous view up top, and with lots of facilities. Hotel restaurant with very nice food and breakfast. Room environment is awesome, too. Room was clean and with all the necessities needed. Good breakfast options. We asked the reception to borrow some slippers to use in the Pool area but they said those were only for certain rooms. We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it...

New with modern style with excellent facilities, but a little bit far from metro

Staff didn’t help with luggage and claimed that management prevented them to help guest …! We will not stay again when there’s no guest serveip, especially when management say not to help, what kind of hotel is this ,,,?

A nice upmarket place but not so expensive. Good rooftop pool / gym / bar

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient. The breakfast offered is great, and while the bed is quite soft, I would prefer it to be a bit firmer for better back support. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I look forward to staying at the hotel...
