Stay from November 5 to 6 Living in Annecy and visiting Béthune regularly, we found our new hotel! Excellent value Welcoming and attentive staff! Good bedding! In short, we will be back for the next school holidays

The hotel is across from the train station and a cinema with a lot of places around to eat and have a drink. It can be noisy in the morning when freight trains pass but if you're sound asleep, you'll probably won't even notice it. There's no parking of the hotel but you can park for free on the street during night time or for free on the train station parking lot.

Very easy as we arrived late. Room smelt of chips maybe from the restaurant downstairs but for a family room it was really well laid out with a double bed and a screen door between this and 2 single beds. Bathroom was a good size and clean and shower was very good. Hair dryer included. We managed to park close by. Would definitely recommend

Staff are enthusiastic and fun to be around. Food is served with attention to detail, and you could not be more central.

Hotel: good value for the money, very central on a lively, car-free, charming square. If you don't like late-night noise, book a room on the back (hotel offered this). Note: nearby underground parking is €20 per day. Bathroom could use some maintenance and an instruction manual for the shower system.

Great location close to A26. Public parking outside hotel. Great breakfast v comfortable room, nothing to reduce satisfaction with an excellent stopover. Also Bethune is a fine city/town worth a visit on its own account. The grand Place is genuinely impressive.

The booking communication was perfect, I had to make some amendments but it was no trouble, with quick responses. This hotel is a 2 minute walk into the town square, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We travelled on motorcycles and the hotel has secure parking space in their courtyard. A cossy great hotel in Bethune. Clean and near to the town but they have some bad sides. The reception is closed after 10 pm. (Which is very early) and they forgat to drop water to my room and I called them at like 12 pm for water and they said they are closed. So it is kind of a problem.

Very convenient for city centre. We enjoyed our stay in the spacious room. We were on the ground floor so could wheel our bikes into the room and store them there.

Excellent stay for our wedding anniversary. Room tastefully decorated. Clean and comfortable establishment. The spa included in the reservation ended up relaxing us. Good hearty breakfast. We had a gift voucher for one night with breakfast. We booked on the website and had to pay. Refusal of the owner to use the voucher afterwards! Very disappointed with this fact. Forced sale! Superb moments spent in this particularly soothing place, you feel so good there that you even have the impression of being on vacation. Excellent welcome, comfortable room and soothing jacuzzi, superb privacy preserved. Great breakfast and very nice hosts. Really don't hesitate any longer go there, you will be very well received.

Very comfortable stay. The accommodation is easy to reach from the train station. It is only 10 min walking from the metro station and ridicously close to the University. The rooms are quite, clean and nice; comfortable bed. The personnel is very nice. I recommend it.

Clean hotel, a negotiated rate with the receptionist, no need for a credit card for the warranty. My only disappointment is that there is no air conditioning, the stove heats a lot. The hotel is a nice place and really big it’s kind of village. The room is big enough. You have a small kitchen with stove, coffee maker, cutlery, sink and plates and glassware you can easy cook there and save some money. The only think for me the shower it was very small.

A decent place. It could have been better of course but for a short stay where you only sleep there, it does it's job. The food is very good though, and the staff was very helpful on the location. On the telephone it was more difficult, but I am not a French speaker.

We had the family room for 4 and it was comfortable. The location was good, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants and not too far from the bustling shopping area. We came by car and although they did not have parking in house, they recommended a place nearby to park. Can highly recommend.

We stayed for a night and found the place to be very clean and well-kept. It was quite dim and dark, but that is part of the charm. The staff were all very friendly and polite. A perfect gateway hotel. Room was small but it is what you need if you are there only for 1 or 2 days. Breakfast was correct. Service was excellent, Alexy at the reception was helpful and friendly. Right next to the city centre (Grand plaza)! Lovely old style decor and furniture, even inside the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The roof top bar had a wonderful selection of cocktails and a great view of the Grand Place.

The rooms are spacious and very tastefully put together. When stepping out of the Hotel, you are just where you’d want to be for starting to explore the city. The rooftop bar has nothing to offer besides the view, understaffed and the staff that are there are either full of themselves or untrained. Edit 14. Great value. Excellent location and staffs are super friendly and welcoming. It's not a modern hotel by any means but the room was spacious and comfortable. Can't stress how good the location is. You are within 500m of a laundromat, grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, cafes, shopping mall, etc etc. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train station as well.

This hotel has zero soundproofing. The front desk called to complain that my kids were being too loud in the middle of the day. And then, we had to listen to loud partying and people in the streets for all hours of the night. The rooms are old. The front desk guy was nice and helpful and the location is great if you want to be right in the middle of it all.

Directly across from the opera house, Hotel Carlton is a gem in the center of Lille. It’s a historical building, having been damaged and rebuilt after both world wars. This place has hosted royalty.
