Lovely hotel in chamonix. The spa facility on the roof top is great.
Didn't stop for the breakfasts as it was €22 euro and the local bakery 50yards away was great and around 1/3 of the price.
I would stay here again for sure.
Parking is best to be arranged as parking underground is very limited.

We arrived there and were surprised, first of all, we came there by car, they said they would book a parking space, but when we arrived there was no free space, and we had to park in a paid parking lot.
Secondly, this hotel has overpriced prices, we booked a room with comfort, but the room was small and not very clean, there was a lot of dust and candy wrappers under the battery. They also forgot to leave the shampoo in the bathroom. As for me, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars.
On the plus side, I can say for the location and the pool overlooking the mountains

Not worth the price and definitely not “4-star”. Nothing terrible in our experience, but for the high price you don’t get anything special. I’ve stayed in youth hostels with better amenities & rooms. No AC in the summer was a bummer, so maybe this is a winter hotel. Other places have better value for money by far.

There were fingernail clippings on our nightstand and chewed up cherry pits in the floor. I thought it was probably just a fluke but reading other online reviews, the uncleanliness seems to be a pattern. The spa was very nice and well maintained. Staff was great.

Bedbugs!
I recently stayed at Park Hôtel Suisse & Spa and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at my room, I was dismayed to discover bedbugs in the bed. I promptly notified the front desk, but the response was less than accommodating. Instead of swiftly addressing the issue, the staff seemed dismissive and unhelpful.
Furthermore, the overall demeanor of the hotel staff throughout my stay was unwelcoming and unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter such lackluster customer service, especially when dealing with a serious issue like bedbugs.
While the location of the hotel was convenient and the amenities were decent, the presence of bedbugs and the unfriendly service overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. I strongly urge the management to prioritize thorough pest control measures and provide better training for their staff to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend staying at Park Hôtel Suisse & Spa until significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a reservation with the wrong date and asked for a cancellation 30 seconds later. The answer was simply no. Without any suggestion of discussion, on the understanding that the premises will not be used because I will not be in Chamonix on that date. Terribly disappointing.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Ridiculously overpriced. I don't know where they get this 4-star rating from, the rooms are dirty, shower is terrible no water pressure at all and you have to dance around for half an hour to get wet. Room was boiling hot and the AC was there but not working. The window could not open normally. Bed bugs in the bed? Not 100% sure but was itchy all night...breakfast was average..and when you ask for a fried egg, they have the audacity to charge you 5 euro extra PER EGG!! horrible experience alltogether, would not recommend...

Many thanks to the entire team of Park Hotel Suisse & Spa for our 2 night stay in this quality establishment, impeccable service and high professionalism. The spa area has a magnificent view and is in very good condition, the outbuildings and the restaurant hall retain their charm while respecting the current health regulations. The rooms are great and very clean: the maid present today on the 3rd floor was also very kind and smiling. Special thanks to Muriel for hosting, who provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay, to Petra, who offered us impeccable service in the spa and at breakfast while maintaining a big smile (visible behind her mask 😊) and to Allan for his cordiality and good communication. I highly recommend the establishment 😊 Thanks again for your welcome and see you soon

This hotel offers a spa with a heated outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. The service is impeccable and the expected benefits are there. I recommend without hesitation.
