I only went to the spa after my own hotel had no availability for appointments. Paul my therapist was AMAZING. He was incredibly professional and very skilled for releasing my tight muscles. I did the 75 minute body scrub that includes massage and my skin is as soft as the day I was born and my calves feel SO much better. I highly recommend Paul! Save time for a sauna and steam room and remember to bring your swim suit if you want to soak in the swimming pool!

This place is by far the most unwelcoming place I found in the Alpes.
My 10-year-old son and my wife bought a hot chocolate from a nearby café and stopped here to rest for a few minutes. After receiving permission from a friendly host to sit outside, the manager of the hotel approached them and insisted they leave. Despite explaining that they had permission from the waiter, the manager, who was sitting with the hotel owner, was dismissive and disrespectful.
The manager showed no regard for her employees, my wife, the child nor the family-friendly atmosphere that Chamonix should represent. When my wife mentioned she would leave a review on Google then changed her mind and said you can set 😀

Today we arrived but, we had a complication with the rooms, and honestly, without Mr. Arturo christian we wouldn’t be satisfied he helped us a lot and the staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The location is just perfect, the rooms have views on the Arve River. STUNNING VIEW!!!
I will give five full stars because of Mr. Arturo christian hospitality. honestly and truthfully he is the best , thank you.

Stayed only one night here but it was terrific. Location was perfect -near the gondola and not far from the train station, other restaurants, etc.
Really comfortable bedding and nice rooms. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. On a 3 week long trip, this is probably our favorite hotel.

This is the worst experience of a ski hotel I’ve ever had.
1) the key from the room doesn’t work and we are going to reception EVERY time when we need to go to the room! Every!
2) wifi doesn’t work ! I need wifi to make important work calls and I can’t!
3) there is no vegetables at the breakfast, the hotel is not vegetarian friendly
4) there is no shampoo and balsam for hair in the room - only 2 in 1 the cheapest body and hair wash
5) at the reception the staff is not friendly and not helpful

We would not recommend this hotel - Significantly smaller and dingier than the photos; the hallways and carpet in particular are dirty. Rooms are tiny and bathroom lacks basic amenities (shampoo, for example). Unclear how this hotel has four stars - avoid if you are looking for a nice experience. We left an entire night early, despite having prepaid.

Great hotel with excellent staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices and the hotel was very helpful with everything about our stay. Really made the difficulties of traveling somewhere new with multiple ski resorts all around the valley quite easy.

Good things: the staff was nice and accomodating, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location close to the downtown.
Bad things: the hotel smells bad. The carpets in each levels’ halls are old and smell like sweat. The rooms are tiny and the furniture needs upgrading. The “spa” is more of a kids pool than anything else. When we went there, there were tons of kids running around, jumping and screaming. There wasn’t any staff to oversee the space— needless to say that it wasn’t a relaxing spa experience.
Overall, this hotel deserves three stars. Don’t book your vacation here if you’re looking for a luxurious stay.

Now, the real gems of this place are its culinary offerings. The restaurant serves up some seriously delicious food. Be sure to grab a seat at the bar as well; the bartender's attentiveness is top-notch. And don't skip breakfast – the crew there is exceptionally welcoming.
Additionally, if you find yourself in need of laundry services, there's a self-service laundry across the street, although it might not be the most reliable option. However, the bartender can point you in the direction of a more dependable laundry service.
For your grocery needs, a SPAR grocery store is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk away. And if you're planning to explore further, another cable car is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. So, while there are a few things that could use a refresh, the overall experience here is worth it.
The 3 stars are for the bartender, if not him it would be 1 star.

Lovely place to stay nice welcoming reception safe car parking with a charge 12.50 an ok breakfast with everything you need. Rooms were clean and tidy balcony is brilliant.
