Booked last minute as our travel plans changed unexpectedly.
So happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Check in was fast, room was spotlessly clean.
Bar had a wide choice of beers & wines. Dinner was a fantastic meal with many choices on the menu.
Breakfast was buffet with again many choices.
If you are looking for a hotel in a quiet location but still close to tge city and only 5 minutes to the Airport then book the Novotel

This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to southern France and were really impressed with the quality of the room, the service and the food in the restaurant.

Easy to access off A71 and plenty of free parking. Superb staff without exception. Beautifully designed public areas including outside patio and restaurant. Excellent dinner.

We were shown to our table at 19.10 this evening and still had not been served our main course at 20.50. Decided that we couldn’t waste any more time for them to catch our prawns and left in despair. Staff at the bar and the waiter who showed us to our table were helpful and professional but we lucked out and received very amateurish service.

Stayed here twice on the way to Spain and the way back. Hotel was fantastic and staff were amazingly helpful. The hotel was very clean, rooms were modern and the gardens/ pool area were very good. Our daughter loved playing with all the outside games. Whilst we did not eat in the restaurant the food looked good. Our only criticism was at the night the bar service was extremely slow, however, staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a stop off point on the way to and from Spain, they also have three free basic (presume 7kw) electric charge points for cars and a load of Tesla chargers.

We always choose Novotel when traveling in France. Lovely welcome after a long drive and as expected a clean and modern room. Good Food and service in the Restaurant. We have found all Novotel pools are freezing but half the fun is watching those who don't know this jump in 😄 Would definitely visit again if our travels take us that way.

The hotel is ok, but I was not happy with the customer service at all. I booked the hotel specifically because it was a Tesla Destination charger location. I called ahead to make sure it was operational 2 months beforehand and informed reception I would need to use a charger on arrival. When we got here we were informed the chargers are at the back of the car park and so we unloaded the car first. Then went back to plug in and the reception had put another customer in it, after telling me it was ok to unload first, I understand they have other customers but come on, that is really bad customer service. I won’t stay again!!!

Great stay travelling through France on way back from Spain. Great location just off motorway but didn’t hear the road once! Modern, clean and great staff including Halima on front desk. Now our new hotel each time we travel to Spain. Rooms are spacious and clean with Rituals toiletries!! Beds so comfy and food in hotel restaurant is amazing local fayre. Delicious filet steak and of course amazing wine!!

Good spacious rooms. Stayed 5 nights and plenty of space to put all clothes etc. Used the restaurant and bar every night. Food was very good including breakfasts. I do think the reception set up is bit odd plus couple of reception staff were not very knowledgeable regarding bus system, which caused us some long walks but apart from that great stay.
