A nice modern hotel.
A nice modern hotel, on arrival we had a pleasant surprise of a room upgrade. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. One strange point was the toilet was rather compact, but without space for a handwash basin. You had to walk to the shower room to wash your hands. Felt that was slightly odd, but ok as only there one night.

Booked last minute as our travel plans changed unexpectedly.
So happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Check in was fast, room was spotlessly clean.
Bar had a wide choice of beers & wines. Dinner was a fantastic meal with many choices on the menu.
Breakfast was buffet with again many choices.
If you are looking for a hotel in a quiet location but still close to tge city and only 5 minutes to the Airport then book the Novotel

This is an excellent airport hotel in Clermont Ferrand however expect lots of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck.

We’ve stayed here before on our way to southern France and were really impressed with the quality of the room, the service and the food in the restaurant.

Easy to access off A71 and plenty of free parking. Superb staff without exception. Beautifully designed public areas including outside patio and restaurant. Excellent dinner.

We were shown to our table at 19.10 this evening and still had not been served our main course at 20.50. Decided that we couldn’t waste any more time for them to catch our prawns and left in despair. Staff at the bar and the waiter who showed us to our table were helpful and professional but we lucked out and received very amateurish service.

Stayed here twice on the way to Spain and the way back. Hotel was fantastic and staff were amazingly helpful. The hotel was very clean, rooms were modern and the gardens/ pool area were very good. Our daughter loved playing with all the outside games. Whilst we did not eat in the restaurant the food looked good. Our only criticism was at the night the bar service was extremely slow, however, staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a stop off point on the way to and from Spain, they also have three free basic (presume 7kw) electric charge points for cars and a load of Tesla chargers.

Great pool staff very helpful and close to pizza restaurant and Mac donalds for kids tired from the journey. Although restaurant was good

Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection with all you need. Room is spacious, charming and clean.The ev chargers were a bonus. All staff very helpful and friendly (and speak great English!).
